The process was quick and easy! Santiago was so sweet and helpful. We wanted a truck that was out of town and he had it in the very next day by noon. Correspondence was easy and convenient! We were able to do the majority of it electronically which was amazing since we had to juggle it with the work day. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to come back in the future!

No one picks up the phone. i made my payment on time and they still decide to let the alarm go off after the point that i have made my payment the day it is due. i called them to let them know about their mistake and was falsely reassured that the issue would be fixed. NOPE i get in my car or should i say drive casas car and its still beeping. im gonna need some type of re-emburshment for this because im spending my whole lunch breaks trying to get ahold of your representatives that simply wont pick up the phone. at this point its getting ridiculous and i definitely wont be recommending this place to anyone soon. matter of fact at all. fix it.

TRASH. Would not recommend. Robert got me in a car on a Friday. Took so many personal calls during making the sale. Made me put 1400 down for a Chrysler 200 that showed no problems on lot but On my way out of town clicking in the engine began and the ac no longer blowed. They WILL not work with you ! Take your money else where. Tried to pay my bill and all cards declined. Too much hassle ! Do your research and steer clear of this place. I recommend Katie’s cars before this rip off 😂😂

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HEREI Paid my car note and the vehicle had shut off on me, once I had it towed the car dealership picked it up from the tow yard then filed a FALSE INSURANCE CLAIM ( insured through them ) to have the car fixed at a COLLISION CENTER and CHARGED ME OUT OF POCKET . They ILLEGALLY HELD MY VEHICLE UNTIL I PAID THE CLAIM and then the NEXT DAY TURNED MY CAR OFF STATING THEY FORGOT TO TELL ME I OWE ANOTHER NOTE ….. TNE CAR WASNT EVEN IN MY POSSESSION NOR WAS IT INVOLVED IN A WRECK . I’m APPALLED AND DO NOT RECOMMENDHonestly I believe they do this to customers so they would not be obligated to pay themselves AS A DEALERSHIP SHOULD BEFOREEEEE THEY SELL A VEHICLE.DO NOT COME HERE .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
