I typically don’t write reviews just give stars, and call it a day. I run a small business, and have this water delivered for my family, and company. We work out side, and crawl through attics all summer long, and rely on the water that is supposed to be delivered to keep us hydrated. It was great in the beginning, but has recently stopped being delivered entirely. We would run out of water so we upped our order amount, and that helped us from running out when the deliveries were postponed. The last few months they shorted us, and refunded the money, and let us know they had a preferred customer option with priority delivery for an extra fee. We chose this option to insure we have our deliveries on time, and in full. Now in October we have not received one of our orders even being pushed back from yesterday to today. I watched the ready fresh truck pass me leaving my house, still have no water, and was now pushed back again. Customer service is beyond lacking for this company. Automated system telling us call volume is too high to call back or use the online service. When you use online service they tell you you will get a reply in 7-10 days. We still have not gotten a reply back. We called several times yesterday with a call log showing we called 45 times in total. Hopefully this will help someone else out before they have the same trouble we’ve had.

I would give them a negative star if I could!! We were a customer with them for years and I canceled, had them pick up their equipment and then get a bill a month later for a reconditioning fee. They made more then their fare share of money and the dispenser in rental fees much less add a reconditioning fee! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They get you with the fine print, their delivery service is spotty at best and then they get you in the end. I would, WILL NEVER, recommend this to anyone I know.

Cant make a simple once a month deliver on time ever!!! Get a text at 730am reminding me they are coming and 5:30 pm no deliver check online and it shows the next day. They have one job delivery water. Its not that hard but for some reason Ready Refresh cannot make a delivery on time. Local management wont return calls to customers. Wish I had another option for water delivery. If you have another option go with them no Ready Refresh

Worst customer service imaginable! Three times they promised to deliver a new unit, w/a weeks wait, once promising an upgrade for the trouble and they still deliver the same cheapest unit on earth! The same unit Im trying to get rid of! Drivers are nice, accommodating but calling in -for any reason is a nightmare! Watch out for hidden costs too!Choose another provider or buy your own!

REALLY some the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Sure, staff is friendly enough but allow me to provide details....1. Website doesnt allow you to manage anything when it comes to billing2. No customer service chat option on the website, forcing the customer to call in with a problem3. Theres ALWAYS a longer than usual wait time time when trying to call customer service. Usually half an hour or more hold.4. The phone menu is clunky and slow to navigate adding an additional five minutes to every call in.5. Once I finally reached customer service they could not resolve my problem on the call. Had no access to the data I needed to discuss and said they would be contacting me later after looking into it.6. No one ever contacted me about the problem thereby forcing me to call in again.AVOID READYREFRESH at all costs!!! Youve been warned.

Not really this locations fault as our delivery drivers have always been great. But I’ve had ready refresh for over two years I got a bill today for $121.56 for 6 5 gallon bottles. Which is normally $56.11. I called the customer service number and got the rudest woman ever! She didn’t even try to help so I canceled my service! I will tell everyone I know not to use ReadyRefresh.

Customer for 4 years. Last month they increased the cost per jug from 6.50 to 8.99. The free dispenser I’ve had for 4 years now costs $4 a month delivery went up to $5. So I went from paying 6.50 per 5 gal jug to $8.99 and all the new charges. The way they introduce the new charges is by sending you a letter then charging you because they have direct access to your account.

Please save yourself. Do NOT use this company. Because I have two young kids that play in the water, I decided to take a break until they were older. I have tried for 6 weeks to cancel and have the equipment picked up. I was told that there would not be another charge to my CC, but the couldnt come to pick up for 2 weeks, Thats the next time we will be in the area. The driver was a no-show. Called again, they made me wait another week. Again no show. Called again, again no show. I have been speaking to managers each time that say We will watch this personally and get back with you on that day. NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED. Now we have been charged $60. They SHOULD be able to get that back on our card once everything is picked up.We also had many issues starting service with them. Two of their water coolers emptied the entire 5-gallon bottles onto our floor. Our experience with this company has had SO MANY ISSUES!

I had to call and deal with a clunky phone computer every time I wanted to schedule delivery because online it would be wrong every time. About 25% of the time the computer would not accept the call and tell me to call another time or the call would drop while placing an order. They also re-scheduled my delivery to an earlier date leaving me with twice as many jugs than I had room for. They sent an email before doing so but sending at 8pm the night before the surprise morning delivery is not acceptable. The price also kept going up at a faster rate than inflation. 3 years ago I was paying about $45/month and when it got to $70/month I canceled. I am not paying $14 a bottle for poor service.

This is a bad Company, my first delivery was on time, but 2nd we never received, sitting here for few days with no water waiting for them, so i called and sat on phone for 1 hour, girl was nice, but made me feel thati did not schedule a deliver, but few day before i talked to them about charging my card extra money, she told me the delivery was set up to show up April 29th, so i told her i was told the 29th she could send someone later 6th sitting all weekend with out water, then seen my bill still trying to charge me for more, i closed my account, and now we wait in mail for our deposit,

Bait and switch on their pricing. Their pricing goes up a lot once they get you on the hook. Then they make it painful to cancel.
