The variety of products here is amazing, as is the helpful staff. A man named Kiefer helped answer all my questions as we walked together through this massive place discussing the products they offer. He was very knowledgeable and super polite considering I had so many questions. Windows, doors, flooring, tubs, toilets, and showers, kitchen cabinetry, countertops, marble, granite, backsplashes, moulding, rugs, faucets, etc! Very well displayed. Prices clearly marked.

Juan and Chance are the BEST! I began a kitchen reno project with abstract ideas on what I wanted, however these gentleman made my vision come to life. Their expertise and patience were a welcomed surprise. Too often, in todays society, customer service is lost. These guys went above and beyond and help me design my dream kitchen. I am so happy with the results and cant wait to start the next project.

If your looking for customer service this is definitely Not the place. We came in and were never acknowledged . Never asked if they could help us with anything. Only customers in the place. We are building a house and came in with intentions of buying doors and flooring..... probably will never come back or recommend to any one. Very disappointed.

Horrible, horrible. One person working. 3 guys in the backroom. Nobody bothered to get up and acknowledge customers. Went around and no one to ask except the only 1 working. The others were laughing in the backroom. THIS was about 2pm. No wonder it was empty but for 3 customers. Two left without being helped. We left. There are other places with better service.

This is a great place to save money on home projects. However, unless the employees think you look like you are going to spend money, you had better walk in wearing a sign that says I am going to spend money, so please give me great customer service. Otherwise, you get treated however they feel like treating you at the moment.Update: Both the Assistant Store Manager and The District Manager reached out to me after this review was posted. They were very apologetic and also wanted to know what they could do to fix the situation. I may give them another try after all.

Cheaper way to go when remodeling your house. In the very back they have virgin cabinets. Much cheaper to stain them or paint them yourself. Stop by and take a look!!

I shop here quite a bit for my business. They have a good selection and the prices are great. Staff is always helpful. I always get asked if I need any help by everyone working there. Ask for Juan if you go in. He is especially helpful when I need to order something they dont have in stock and he is great at communicating a time line of when its coming in. Great customer service.

This store is The worst place to get help from anybody. I went in there twice last week and both guys were in the back office playing with our phones never made eye contact with the customers finally went over there and asked for help but even then there were not very helpful. It was almost like They were hoping that I wouldn’t buy anything terrible customer service

What a great place to go! We were fortunate to have recieved help from Raul. He is Awesome. We gave him approximate measurements we went over everything, he was very thorough and friendly. He made a 3d diagram and printed out a quote. We got home and gave him the true measurements, he then re figured the dimensions and placements of the cabinets and the final estimate which was more than fair. Thank you Raul and Surplus Warehouse! We will be back!

Home supply chain. Not as broad of a selection as Home Depot or Lowes but what they do have you can sometimes be at a lower price point. I emphasize sometimes.

I wouldnt send my dog to this store. I had a horrible experience there, they let the worst employees run around the place. Plenty of other stores to buy goods from, never again here!

Not a bad place. Most of what they have is unpainted and unfinished. Thats ok, I can paint them myself. Biggest thing is they dont deliver. Was happy with customer service.
