If I could give them a 0 star I would. Staff is rude and say you can’t use half the store deals. They don’t give gift cards when you should recive them. Every time I go in there they are hateful. 0/10 do NOT recommend this store.

Never do site to store here. I tried sending my godson, little cousin and nephew all gifts for Easter and even forfeit a coupon to do separate orders so each of their respective parents were the only authorized pickup people. Even did the orders on separate days. This target gave EVERY last item from every single order to the first person to arrive. When I called to complain about this egregious practice, I was told the problem was that my name was listed on all orders. Despite me saying I understood that, because OF COURSE my name was on all of them as the person who paid (but not the pickup person), the manager just kept repeating it to excuse not checking names or identification or even verifying who was to collect what order. Im in another state, but this is the 3rd Ive lived in in 5 years. Ive made countless online orders to target. This target would be the absolute lone location that doesnt require the authorized pickup person be present to...pickup. They are also incapable of correcting their own errors, and I am having to follow up with corporate to correct Waco Targets issues with following their own protocol. Do NOT recommend trying this simply for the hassle of fixing their errors.

This target is the Worst… always “out of stock” of something and then I’ll go in myself and it’s there. Team members just seem rude and lazy. Just moved here and I miss my old target. This one also looks so old and outdated.

Its a good Target, but often doesnt have everything in stock because Baylor kids buy em out. If you have a Red card though you can basically just order anything you want into the store, and returns are super easy with this as well. I recently returned some items I didnt need, the whole return experience took maybe a minute with the red card. Ive always liked the staff here as well, and are happy to help with anything. Probably the cleanest Target I know of, never had any trouble finding anything either.

It was so easy and fast. I can do my ruminating over what to buy at home and then get exactly that at the store.

Not sure the floor people running the staff understand the social distancing idea. Hard to stay apart when checkout lanes are only one apart and people back up into the aisle. Wish Id had my phone the other day... self checkout was busy, out of ~20 checkout lanes, they had lanes 3, 5, 7 and 9 open and all with at least 1-2 people waiting. Why not spread the lanes out to the other end since you can go in or out either way? Makes no since to crowd everyone at one end and then make them wait and get backed up next to each other.

All I want is the PS5. I believe the guy in Electronics is lying and saying they dont have stock. I checked the mystore app which shows stock for the store at 6. I go in the store he says that they dont have any and he doesnt know when theyll get stock and to check the target app. Two hours later I go on the my store app and the amount changes from 6 to 5. Showing that the store sold one. Six hours later the stock says 1. I guess he is only giving them to his friends to purchase. This angers me so much. I wish I could give no stars.

Seems to always be stocked well, plus its close to home. Usually, has everything Im needing at a competitive price. Staff helpful when needing assistance.

Well stocked, easy to find items, spacious rows (not too close together), well lit, clean, and friendly staff.

This is more about Target as a whole. Since covid things are different and I try to make allowances for that. However 2xs I ordered something from them. 1st one was curbside which was a disaster. Their system is so messed up the poor sales people were running everywhere. Then they didnt have over half of what I ordered but didnt bother notifying me until I was already there! 2nd time I ordered I decided to just have home delivery. They messed that up too. When I called to inquire about my order and why it has not shipped yet the young man was in such a hurry to get me off the phone and kept trying to lie to me about the status when I could see it clearly online. When trying to explain to him I could see the status he hung up on me. I called back asked for supervisor who again gave me another excuse and a new tracking number plus a 5.00 gift certificate for my trouble. Only problem is the tracking number was a non valid number !!! I am so over using Target !!!!!!!!!

I thought wearing a mask was mandatory per the signs outside of both entrances but while inside the past three times I’ve been there I have seen at least 4 to 7 people per visit not wearing a mask.Is this okay now or am I the crazy guy in the mask? Lmk

Even though I didnt find everything I needed, I was satisfied with my experience at Target. I like how serious they are taking COVID-19 pandemic with ways to keep guests and team members safe. Everyone was wearing their mask.

The store is clean and neat. But I will say some of the managers arent as friendly to customers who are super tattooed like me. It has happened a few more times than I can remember.

My wife and I went to this Target around 10AM on Saturday, May 30. When we were in the ten items or less line, a supervisor came by and asked the employee working the line to put on her mask properly. She complied, but as soon as the supervisor left, she pulled the mask back down and began blatantly mocking the supervisor with another employee. We were shocked to see done so blatantly in front of at least a dozen customers. We wont return to this Target until after there is a vaccine. There are other places to shop where employees take public health seriously.

Selection decent but is too far out of the way. Yes, it is only 4 miles. However, I have multiple better choices and selections for everything within half the distance. And, before you say it, I am usually looking for one of those choices at any one time.

Target Falsely advertise same day & 2 day delivery to lure customers to shop with them .I live approximately 4.3 miles from the waco store and they claim to have the item in the store with a 2 day delivery.I received an e-mail telling me of my delivery dated, tracked it call fed-ex still no package this is unacceptable.Had i know they was lieing i would have just picked it up this is the second time this has happened.

I like the quality and variety of merchandise available, as well as being able to pick up milk if needed. The employees at our Target in Waco, and the one in Temple are always helpful and seem to enjoy what they do, with great attitudes and attempt to please the customer. The store, restrooms, and snack area are clean, and items tend to be where they are supposed to be located with clothing on correctly labeled size hangers!

Ive never had a bad experience at this location. Always well stocked, any questions are always answered as best as can be, the employees try to get you into the shortest line. Great selection. Clean. A++

I love this target but the manger (Dan) likes to yell at the Cashiers in front of costumers! We always have sweet cashiers and several times I’ve seen Dan snap at the cashier when the cashier was in the middle of helping a costumer! Dan sucks!

Im not really a Target person. I needed a specific item. Staff was available to help guide me to what I was looking for. And they had what I needed which has not been the case in the past with other Target stores . Quick checkout at the cashier. And conveniently located store with a huge parking lot for easy parking. I give them four stars as I received Quick Service, it was actually in stock, and I was in and out.

I know a lot of people that shop online. My son recommended that I do this as a part of my Christmas shopping. I have also had friends who have registered at Target for wedding, shower, and baby gifts. This is actually the first time that I have used this service.

The manner in which Target treats their employees. Target management has been observed by customers, yelling and using foul language when addressing employees. The working environment created by management is not one that would encourage longevity or encourage employees to excel.

I always enjoy going to this Target. Its well stocked with a good selection of frozen items and grocery items that HEB, just across the street doesnt carry. The employees are helpful and polite, there is a Starbucks and a snack bar area. The only issue I have with this store in with the bathroom facilities. When they remodeled this Target, the bathroom wasnt done and it is getting grungy.

Convenience was the reason for shopping at Target! My order was ready in less than 2 hours.I was shocked how non customer oriented the staff was. Several texting on their cell phones! There should be a No Cell Phone on the Floor policy.Lack of manners was also a surprise.

Always have what I need

Our Waco Target store is clean, always a great variety in all departments and great customer service.

I like this place because the clientele there tends to have a little more class then that of a Walmart establishment. The staff are friendlier. They have great deals with their Cartwheel app. The store is kept very clean and for the most part stocked. Even though they are a little more pricey I think it is pro intuitive to shop here.

Not one person said hello, good morning or can I help you. Employees were stocking the aisles and could care less about customers. This is the third time that my customer service experience was poor. My cashier was friendly which is why my rating is a 2. Target, youve seen the last of me.

Even though I couldnt fine the right size dish I went in there for, I found one close enough! The check out girl was nice and friendly!

A decent a Target. Well maintained and up to date, including the new CVS pharmacy. It is not a Super Target, but it still has a decent grocery section. A good place to meet the majority of your shopping needs.
