Nitrous Outlet ! You guys set the bar high for customer service! You have gained a customer for life!While on Rocky Mountain Race Week 1.0 2022 we had a Nitrous Outlet bottle with a valve being wonky. The Nitrous Outlet crew offered to take it back with them on the spot. It was full still so we opted to run it out and ship out to them. I finally shipped it Tuesday. They just called me,all fixed and I just owe return shipping? What? Thats above and beyond.Not only were they filling bottles for us all week (we went through like 70lbs lol) they also saved us when a fitting was being fussy and galled.There are several nitrous companies out there. But dont forget to support those that support you!

Good place when they know you’re going to buy more than $1,000 of equipment, when it comes to bottle refills and product information/replacement- forget about it because they don’t care. They told me they would be there when I dropped off my bottle and when I arrived no one would answer the phone or the door. After 45 minutes I finally opened the door (which it said not to) to them standing there staring at me, then they took it and said it would be ready in an hour. Waste of my time. Won’t be back.

The guys working at Nitrous Outlet are an absolute joke. Always goofing off and walking right past you without so much as a greeting. Not to mention they NEVER respond to their email.I chose to do business with N/O because theyre located 30 miles from me, but if I had known their customer service was this bad I would have gone with a NX setup instead.

Will not buy from here again company sold me wrong plate which could of possibly blew me new engine up spoke with one of there guys told me they did sell me the wrong plate the sale had been to long ago to do anything about it, best they could do was 30% off very disappointed from buyer stand point

Man I didnt know we had a nitrous shop. And they can nitrous my civic. Awesome. They also know some good tuner mechanics. They showed me a dyno in waco too
