Very professional! They had great communication and let me know every step along the way exactly what was going on and had my car ready when promised. They did excellent work and went the extra mile to fix a safety issue that was discovered while assessing the damage to my vehicle. I would go back to these guys again without hesitation. Richard Karr isn’t a place I recommend. They did a horrible job on my vehicle repairs. It was so bad that parts were falling off. I moved and I had to take it to another repair shop to have it fixed. They do have a life time warranty, trust me you’ll need it. Now, fortunately I have great insurance and they got in contact with Richard Karr to have them pay for my car to be repaired again, which should never have been the case. Be careful with what you get back from these guys. Repair guys at the new place said parts were missing, put in wrong and thrown together.

I took my car there to get repaired. I received great customer service. Anna kept me updated and informed on my car while it was at the shop. She was very helpful.

First I should tell you that I hit a wild boar. This hog tore up the underside of my car. It was pretty gross. They had to get the underside professionally cleaned. I received calls periodically keeping me up to date on what was happening with my car. They handled all the insurance information and explained things as they developed. A whole month later after the work was done, we discovered one more item that was damaged from that incident and Anna handled the entire thing. She called the insurance company, ordered the piece I needed. Called me when it came in got me in at my convenience. No hassles. They took me to the nearby Market Place while they worked on it and picked me up when it was finished. Super easy. Everyone was very nice. Very polite. Very helpful. I will definitely use body shop again. I’m even thinking of buying a car from here just for the customer service. Hard to find these days. Just sayin

My van was hit during the last snow storm and I took it to Richard Karr Collision to get it repaired. Scott was great, pure professionalism vary friendly and helpful. My go to shop but for some reason my insurance didn’t have them on the preferred dealers so I couldn’t use Richard Karr. If something happened to the parts they wouldn’t warranty them so I had to move it to a shop that they would cover the parts on. I do all my business with Richard Karr normally.

I also came in person the next day just to get additional pictures taken to get a better idea.This was my first rodeo in this situation and I definitely felt like I was being taken care and that he truly cared. Excellent workmanship my GMC truck was just shy of totaled. Due to an extremely violent hail storm. When the vehicle was returned to me; it was better than when it was new.

Not very strong communicating vehicle status, including when want they call at 4PM on Friday expecting you to race across state . I understand they want to get the car off the lot but people are working. I called on mid week after 2 weeks of no information and no hint that the car would be ready and then RING”Get the car! Get this car!” 2 days later. Oh and a $1200 safety sensor they replaced threw an error msg and shut down 5 miles after picking up the car. So I get to do this again. The physical portion of the repair is 5 stars. Communicating is 0 stars. Completeness of repair is half or 3 stars so I guess a 3 rating overall

The final product had poor quality control. Overspray left on the black part of the bumper, crooked paint lines, paint that had to be redone 3 different times. After the 4th time I am content with the overall product. I still need to go by for a flaw to be polished out. The customer service was great and communicated well. That same service needs to be used with a final QC of their body work.

Had work done after having an accident

I was completely disappointed with my experience at Richard Karr. One, the vehicle was dropped off on November 25th and was not completed until December 18th. Two, when we went to pick the car up my son arrived first and when I arrived he was walking around the parking lot looking for the car.i asked him where did he get the keys and he said that they just gave him the paperwork and the keys. I had already spoken with an employee to let him know that we were on our way so I would figure that they would have the car up front for us to inspect once we arrived. Since it was already dark outside and the car was parked on the side of the building where there was no light I had to get my flashlight to attempt to look at the work that was done.
