Bad encounter with an employee with more formal attire. I had gone to pick up business cards and as I was exiting I realized I was heading into the wrong entrance so I began heading to the actual exit. We noticed that said employee was standing behind us now, staring us up and down, and she began to what seemed like ‘walking us out’, and even going as far as to say “yeah that way” in a very rude tone.

I had promised to make two large collage photo posters for a Memorial service. I was very happy with the ease of the Staples website to put them together at home. But I had some questions and made a few mistakes that Justin helped me fix to get it done right..BLESS him.He stayed till 8:15 to get it right and call me--he was suppose to be off at 8:00 !! so nice to see work ethic like that.

Tried to order invoices and envelopes at the Vista store.Its always time consuming, but this time I gave up after waiting 30 min.The girl at the desk didnt know how to place the order. She asked the manager for help, and was reamed for bothering her. She offered no help. Bad training. Bad management

I turned in my empty ink cartridges for recycling (9 of them) back in May and had to go back twice to get my points because the points never got applied, so ridiculous, but the gentleman that helped me was very nice and gave me the credits that I was missing,When I went to use the bathroom before leaving, the stall was just disgusting! Not to mention that the toilet paper rolls are on top of the Tampax receiver where women put bloody items, talk about contamination! That’s just gross. After I washed my hands, I realized that their paper towel dispenser also did not work.No apologies, just said that they knew the dispenser was broken and that they would have someone clean the bathrooms.____________________Went here again many weeks later and still no change to the bathroom, the toilet paper still on top of the female Tampons/Feminine pad container and the floor going out is nasty 🤢. They do keep the hallway going into the store clean though.

JANET IS AMAZING!! I dont think Ive ever had such a memorable experience at a store like this. She and her manager went above and beyond to try and find 245 ink for my Canon printer. I needed the ink right away because I had a test to print that night and it was due that night as well! So obviously I was in a panic. They didnt have the ink available so Janet asked her manager if they had it at any other store which they didnt. So I told her that I needed to go to kinkos or something to print and she said no you dont have to! We have a computer you can use here and you can even get your document sent here and pick it up and its already printed! Umm I had no idea that staples did that, AMAZING! she was so sweet. But of course I tried using the computer and I didnt have my log in for school 🤦🏽‍♀️ so I had to go home and get it and I came back right at closing time and they still let me use the computer to print my test. I was so appreciative ave grateful for this kind woman. I was able to print my test and turn it in on time, so thank you Janet for your kindness it seriously went a long way. 🙏

Slow service, minimal stock on hand, prices better found elsewhere, always an extended wait to check out- especially if you need to drop off a package for delivery. Only thing going on in a positive manner is the customer service - usually pretty good. Otherwise I will gladly spend my time anywhere else.

I was helped by Eric, he was quick and walked me through everything. I am sure the next time I come back I wont need any help because I know what to do. Really this reflects well on the management. Its the busiest time of year and I was in and out in 20 minuest, and my order was.done right when Eric said it would be. THANKS!!

I am always able to get my buildng plan copies and supplies here . The employees are very nice and go out of their way to help me find what I need. The printing dept personnel are very good and often help me out with suggestions or a fast turn around in a pinch.

Wanted to order business cards for Curves workout gym for women. Horrible experience! Came in and was helped for 1st few minutes, but was left alone and forgotten. Came back a few hours later and tried again. I was the only customer so I thought this will be easy. Nope! I was wrong. Left me with computer to figure out myself. I asked for help again because I couldnt figure out computer. Frustrated because they left me alone after I asked please stay with me. Horrible experience. Got no cards made. Lived here 40 years and will tell others of my hprrible experience at Staples.

I went in the evening to mail something out . The manager was nice but had probably 25 percent knowledge . On the UPS service his store provided. It was sad. And disappointing.

Every office supply item you can think of. Youll find specialty items here that you cant find at Walmart or Target. Great clearance section too, dont miss it.

Horrible experience... Ive been trying to print stuff here and SERIOUSLY everytime is something either they cant find it, or file is to big, I sent it separately so is not to big but they didnt have the password of that specific computer. They are short staffed they make you wait a long time... this is my 3rd attempt in 3 different days to print birthday pictures and they still can get it done. Unbelievable!

Noelle in the tech center was extremely rude. Had our computer in there for a hard drive issue and we kept getting different answers every time we called. Spoke to Noelle on the phone and she said they couldnt fix it and that she had put the computer back together herself, and literally 5 minutes later a guy from the tech center called and said he was still working on retrieving the data from the hard drive, so which is it?? Got frustrated and just picked up my computer without being fixed and again Noelle was extremely rude! Would never go into this staples again!!!

Very fast print department

No one was on the floor to ask for help stood in line 20mins just to ask for help and the cashier was so rude and annoyed with having to help me and having to be there! I showed her a picture of what I was looking for I was told itd be with the rest and when I told her I had already looked there she got even more annoyed and huffed then we dont have them. If you are so annoyed with helping a customer or even working in a job that deals with helping customers then maybe you should rethink your employment. STAPLES I hope you read this and know you just lost another customer!

Unreliable and dishonest!!! Don’t believe them when they say they can get a job done in a day or a few hours. First, I ordered gloss posters, but hours later, was told there is no gloss left in stock, and they had to use semi-gloss. Ok, fine that happens, but then I get told it will be an hour and half to produce the print order…that would be fine too, except what they didn’t tell me that that is an hour and half minimum for EACH, if not longer (which it turned out to be)! So after several hours of waiting around, I decided to come back another day to pick up the last of the order and for them to do the spiral binding for four thin booklets that included laminating only SIX pages.I didn’t want to wait around needlessly again so I ask the copy girl point blank: “Will this take a couple of days for you to do?” Her exact reply: “You’re the only customer we have right now so it shouldn’t take long at all.” Hearing this, I decided to run some errands and come back several hours later just to be told, they weren’t done yet. So I go back the next day in the afternoon and guess what, the books weren’t even started!!! I spent close to $400.00 on this project that they didn’t even start the work?!Never again, I will from now on go to Fed-Ex office for my printing needs. Staples in Vista should have been more honest from the get-go about their stock options and turn-around times rather than lie to keep business, because they lost mine, my companies, and my families business forever.
