Charged me $12 to install a battery. I was able to buy 2 batteries for less than that. I wish I would of known this before. The lady who installed it mutilated my key fob and used something that chipped and scratched it. I will never go back here again. See pictures attached to see the damage she caused. Im buying a new one now.

I appreciated the work, the easy appointment set up, the cost, and the prices. It took a long time to process my service as it appears employees were frustrated with the computer system. I purchased a key fob at this location several months ago and within a week it stopped working. I brought it back in they reprogrammed it it worked for a couple of weeks and stop working again. They then ordered me another one and it worked for about a month and then it stopped working as well. I called to request a refund and they refused. It is not worth it to save a little money on a key fob from this place. You are better off just going to the dealership and biting the bullet.

The battery is amazing! My factory battery only lasted 3 years at a measly 410CCA. The replacement is a whopping 680CCA! what a difference a titanium top of the line Duracell makes! 48 month full replacement worth the price and piece of mind.

Had a great experience today at Batteries Plus Bulbs. Needed a new back cover because I over charged my phone and it over heated and the battery swelled up and caused the back cover to buckle. I ordered on line was informed quickly via email my order was ready. When I went to pickup my 2 RV batteries they asked me if I needed help installing them. So polite, quick and their prices were great!! They offer Batteries,bulbs and so much more!! I Am a loyal fan!!Update! The batteries were installed incorrectly, could have been a big problem. They run in sequence and the negatives were mixed up. Couldn’t figure out why my solar panel didn’t work, I had to go to an RV repair place to have the problem fixed.

I had the MOST INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! Im still delirious from it. It was at Batteries Plus Bulbs in Vista, California. Duke was the gentleman who executed on this amazing service experience. I called to see if they had the battery for my car and I was told yes and to go online to purchase it then come in and they would install it for FREE. I went online from my cell phone to their website and the experience was easy peasy. I even got a 10% discount! I then went to the store. Duke greeted me at the front door and said all I needed to do was sit in my car and he would take care of changing out my old battery with my new battery. It took less than 10 minutes! I wish they could write the bible on customer service.

I had two batteries fail within two weeks of purchase. Not happy with the batteries and tried to return after the second failed battery. Store refused . Swapped an older battery into my car and runs fine. Bad batch of batteries

Went to get a new battery for my 2015 Honda Fit car thinking that I need it replaced. However, after testing my car battery, instead of selling something I did not need, I was told my battery is good and no need for replacement. This is what I call honesty! When I first saw this place I thought, why open a battery store? Then I went in to get a specialized battery for a phone. They have everything you need for batteries but also light bulbs and hard to find items. If they dont have it they try to find it. Staff are helpful, friendly. They do try to sell you more stuff but nothing pushy, I cant blame them for trying to make a buck.

I purchased an item for same day pick up. I never got the confirmation email but my credit card was charged. I was in the area so I stopped by the store to ask what was going on. I was then informed they did not have it in stock. Despite the fact that their website said it would be. I waited 7 days for it to be delivered to the store. I gave the battery to my dad for Christmas (luckily it made it in time). The battery would not hold a charge, did not work. The store would not let my dad return the battery, not even for store credit, he did have the receipt. I must be present. So now my father and I will have made 4 trips to this store for the same battery. The employees also informed my dad he only had 2 more days to return it because of their 14 day policy. They are counting from day of purchase, not day of delivery. Not pleased.

I have called this place numerous times for help with a 6 Volt system. Not only are the people their uneducated on 12 volt and 6 volt systems but they are also useless when it comes to finding out if your battery is good or bad and can be recharged. Its a battery plus store and they focus on batteries but their machines are broken and theyre not able to test a battery and tell you if it can take a charge whats the point of this company being around I might as well go to an auto store which is what all do otherwise Im done calling this place who doesnt have batteries in stock and cant do the middle things a battery store should be able to do so if I were you Id go somewhere else

Ordered the battery over 9 days ago. Still havent received the battery. I called the store and they said it was guaranteed to be in by 2/15/18 and they would call me right away. No phone call, no email, no battery, still waiting. This was a $330 purchase and I have to keep trying to track them down to find out where the product is. This is the last time I will deal with this company and store.

I went to Batteries Plus Bulbs yesterday and the new owner, Peter, as well as the employees I met were all very friendly and helpful. I brought in 3 of my watches that required new batteries, and they had them up and running in no time, and were more reasonable than the watch repair place I have gone to before. I highly recommend this store, and will be going here for all of my battery and bulb needs in the future!!

Great selection of of batteries and bulbs. Including specialty bulbs you wont normally find at Home Depot or Lowes. Battery applications available range from simple watch and hearing aid batteries, to bigger cell phone, land line phone battery packs, laptops, to even giant car and off road vehicle batteries. Their prices are much better than the bigger corporate companies. Screw you AutoZone. Somethings such as those small emergency car jump start packs would be a better purchase for the Tony Stewart and Jimmy Johnson DIYs. Better prices and greater selection.

I have a Ford F150 and they key fab had broken. I tried calling Ford and they wanted $60. I called Battery Plus Bulbs and an employee named Andrew answered the phone. He was very knowledgeable and he wqs able to find the exact replacement part I needed.Not only that, but Andrew told me about all the other cool things they had. I thought they only sold watch batteries, but this place had everything.Thanks guys!!!

After dropping off my iphone 6 for a battery replacement today, I was told to come back in two hours and it would be done. So I go back to get it in 2 hours, and I am told that they have no iPhone 6 batteries. The guy who was working on it opened up my phone to replace the battery, went to their shelf and noticed they didnt have any stock. No one from the store called me either to let me know. So I wasted gas going over there twice and still no iPhone battery replacement. I guess they dont check whether they have what they need to perform your repair before they open up your device. Choosing Batteries Plus Bulbs was a total waste of my time and gas to get over there. Will never use them again. Customer service 101 people.

I was looking all over for the small battery I needed. I was leaving for vacation in 2 days and didnt have much time. I went online to Batteries Plus Bulbs. They had it in stock and I was able to order it online then pick it up in the store! In the future they will be the first place I look for batteries and not the last!

I went to this store last Thursday afternoon to see about getting a battery for my car. They said they didnt have it but could get it by Friday from their Orange County store - they wrote up an order that said with would be there on Friday by 6:00, they said they would call when it arrived. I waited until 6:00 and called the store. They said (at first ) that the person that left Orange County left after the order went through and didnt have it on the truck. I said that wasnt true as the order went in YESTERDAY and they left today. They took the order again and promised to have it on Saturday by 4:00. I called at 3:00 and they said it would be there. I said should I come over and wait and they said no, they would call me when it came in. I did not receive a call. They had assured me it would come down on Saturday night.... I called today (Sunday) and they said the order did not go through and the person did not bring it down from Orange County! I asked to speak to a manager and the person on the phone said there would be no manager there until Monday. They are terrible! Whoever owns this location and/or manages this location is doing a terrible job. One of the things that frustrates me about this experience is that several times the excuse was the paperwork did not go through. As you can see by the attached, I have a copy of the paperwork they put into the system and the PROMISE date of the first order (by Friday). I guess the word promise doesnt mean the same thing to them as it does to me. I went to firestone today to get the battery for my car.

Nicest man, Matt took time to walk me through unfreezing the phone. Patient and kind. Got my phone working. Cant say enough nice things about this call. Needed 2 different batteries the one for a UPS was fine, but the one for my jumper box terminal are closer together than the original battery, now I am making it work,still not fitting the case, also could not use a credit card, used all my cash, they did try to help, I will go to them before going to a online store, I should have checked the terminals in the store

Christian was extremely helpful in testing my Harley Davidson’s battery and confirming a replacement was needed. He located the in stock replacement quickly and I was on my way.

Apparently appointments dont really mean anything. So yeah, took longer than you would think. Plan ahead. Otherwise decent price, good warranty. I had a battery changed on a Samsung cell phone.

When I called, I talked to a woman that didnt seem to know much about RV batteries. I had to do some research on my own. Then later, after I ordered a battery online, I got a call, telling me that battery wasnt in stock, but there was another one I could get and he would discount it to $116 and some change. I get there and got my new battery, after some waiting, for $119.99, but the core charge wasnt taken off, even though I brought my l battery in. Got that fixed and went to install battery. Quite a bit smaller than the one I took out, so it doesnt secure like it should. I had to remove my RV from the storage yard where I had it, so I had to rig it in the tray, but I may be bringing this battery back.
