My mom went to get her water here and the gentleman was super nice and not only helped us fill up the water bottles, but also took them to the car and loaded them into the car (which was great because I recently had surgery on my shoulder and my mom is 90! 😃)

POOR SERVICE - OWNER IS RIDICULOUS.We bought one of the coolers that have the hot and cold nozzles it for $150 and it broke - this is within 6 months of purchase. My husband took it back not expecting any money in return, just simply an exchange.The guy working the store while the owner was off kindly gave us a ceramic one to hold us until the owner came back.This morning my husband went in to see the owner. Jeff was in and complete A-hole. He threw $100 at my husband and told him Im out $150 because of this.Listen Jeff, WE ARE OUT 150 DOLLARS. NOT YOU!WE PAID 150.Thanks for the $20 ceramic water dispenser. And the $100 that you threw at my husband you can keep (as he did not take it).Seems like you need it more than we do!

Walk in and excellent service awaits you. The prices are great, too. The water tastes great! I used to make my own water with reverse osmosis filter, but this is so much more convenient for the price.
