Technician didn’t cut our outlets correctly they were huge. Then he used glue to make the cover stay put. I have pics if you want to see them.

This is our 2nd time using them for counter tops and they have extremely great customer service! I expressed to them the importance of getting the job done before my family came to town which was before their current wait period due to high volume. They put me on a waiting list and maintained good communication. They were able to squeeze me in and get it done before my family visited. I am so impressed with them. They make it right and out the customer first!

I had my counter top and sink installed by Trindco. 16 months later my sink is separating from my counter top. The manager at the store told me it was not their problem. I could have stood in my sink. When I looked at the sink bracket they never screwed it in. They absolutely refuse to fix it or admit they did it incomplete. Instead gave me a $266 quote to fix it. It the pictures you will see the bracket where the screwed never even went through the wood and how it is making my sink drop.

Went to the Suffolk office first, as they had the yard with slabs for us to view. Jen, our salesperson, met us on time, went over our wants, type of stone, made suggestions which were spot on. Great, friendly, non-pushy experience. Then, some days later, we finalized our pick up at the VA beach office, on our way home to NJ. Michelle was our contact person here. Picked sink, edges and signed the contract. It all was a GREAT experience, price was terrific, both Michelle and Jen listened, had input, and made this an easy purchase! Would HIGHLY recommend Trindco for your counter, or other home needs! Great experience! Thank you Trindco!

Lowe’s subcontracted this company for a countertop install while renovating our kitchen. During the install our new cabinets were damaged in several areas. Both Lowe’s and the contractor they sent refused to repair the damage. Shameful display by this company. I do not recommend using their services. They left me to pay the bill for the damage they caused.

You did a 90% beautiful job, but why did you not finish the job. $3800 in granite and you left an unfinished bar? I dont get it. $6 worth of moulding would have made it beautiful...Now I have to do that part my self. But the rest is gorgeous.

We purchased our Corian countertops through Home Depot. We were told ahead of time that it would take about a month or so to get to our place in line. Right away Trendco called to confirm our order and set up a measure. Luckily they caught an error in the color that Home Depot ordered and were able to correct it before they cut the wrong color. The guy that came for the measure was great and even suggested a few things like adding an inch to the back splash so that it would meet up with the bar height and also cover the damage that was on the walls from removing the old countertops. For the install, they managed to hike the countertops up 4 flights without making a scratch and when they installed it, everything fit together perfectly. I would definitely recommend them.

Trindcos quality and professionalism was superb. Their counter tops put the finishing touch on our lovely new Kitchen. I am a customer for life!

My granite countertops were just installed and I can’t express how happy I am with the result.First, our installers (Jeremy and RJ) were top notch. We had some heavy stone and not a lot of room to work with. The care they took was great. They were quick and when they left, the place was cleaner than when they arrived. These guys were excellent!Secondly, the stone was great. No blemishes. No mistakes.Thank you for the care and professionalism. I couldn’t be happier.

Read this companys reviews very carefully!!! BEWARE!!!There is something VERY!!!! shady about this operation. They insisted we pay 100% up front (because we reside out of state and are installing counters in a rental property). The Designer said: We only litigate in VA - if we dont pay the final bill --- so must have 100% payment when signing contract. Odd thing to say to a customer. They dont trust theircustomers from the very beginning of a contract ----- in my experience, that is because they are not trustworthy.With their many negative reviews - multiple trips to get the job right, etc. -paying up front would be a foolish thing to do.There are other countertop companies in Virginia Beach - who are competitively priced and much better to do business with!

Trindco was very professional and accommodating when I had to reschedule my appt for measurements of our new countertops. They look beautiful!

We replaced 3 countertops and 4 sinks with quartz surfaces from Michelle Adams who was a great help in our selection, arranging the install which thanks to Jeremy and Scott was perfect, on time, and experienced in a fine quality installation and clean-up. We had Trindco install our CORIAN kitchen countertop and sink over 10 years ago and I would recommend them to anyone who values quality and value.

Horable.... gave them a chance to fix something and they failed. Be careful all, ...they/their installers engraved in a 2/4 under a piece of granite probably thinking it would never be seen f*** you bi*** sincerely trindco.. the reason I had to pull it up is they told me they would be able to make it out for a month.... so when I went else where because at that point the granite broke because of improper installation.
