These folks are the best. My trucks windshield was shattered by a large rock on our way to Virginia Beach from Texas. Although the rock put a large dent along the frame of the window, they were able to straighten the frame and replace the window, at no extra charge. And they water-proofed the gash that the rock put in roof, again at no charge. All at a fair cost.

Woke up one morning and discovered that my rear was shattered!! Called my insurance and they wont cover it. I walked in on a random Monday morning with a drivers side window that needed a new regulator. With a full waiting room, my truck was looked at and diagnosed within a little over an hour. The workers were very polite and professional and after asking my name the first time, they called me by it the rest of the time I interacted with them. They were able to order a part immediately and give me a set estimate that DIDN’T CHANGE when I picked up my truck (hard to come by). I took my truck back the next morning and It took all of 3 hours to fix it and was ready for pick up. I highly recommend this place!

Our window broke while in vacation. No other place could get it fixed before we had to leave. They were able to fit us in and even wrapped the the hole in plastic until they could do it. Pleasant to deal with and they did a great job.

This place is a great business - period. Run by fine honest people who do good work at a very reasonable price. I went to them about a year ago because i thought my trucks back window was leaking. They took a look at it and let me know it was actually just a bad seal on my upper rear brake light assembly at the top of the cab. I was able to buy a new seal for $10 bucks and fix it myself. I know many auto repair places who would replace or fix the window even though it wasnt the actual problem and then charge an arm and a leg. I thought that was pretty awesome and showed their honesty. The other day I had a huge rock bounce up and crack my windshield on the highway. My insurance deductible was too pricey, and I decided to pay out of pocket. Safelite or other big name auto glass places wanted more than $500 to do the job. Im glad i remembered Low Price Auto Glass. They had my windshield in stock, and charged less than half of what the big name shops wanted. They replaced my windshield in less than 2 hours. Great place! I highly recommend

We were visiting VA beach from TN and our window would not roll up- which was going to make for a very long ride home on the interstate. Two different auto parts stores recommended Low Price Auto Glass to us and for good reason! They were super accommodating and our technician was even off the clock when he began to help us, but he was determined to at least get our window up so we could travel home. Highly recommend!!

These guys are same-day service, fast extremely professional and extremely affordable. If you need your windshield or window replaced I would suggest here. Windshield was replaced in a timely manner and the staff was very polite and helpful but didnt QA the technician that serviced my vehicle. The Bluetooth mic, alarm system indicator, and EZ pass sensor was not reattached to the windshield and left hanging in the sun visor. After completion of the windshield swap the tech failed to clean up the mess on the dashboard. I called to see if this was normal procedure and I was told that it depends on the tech doing the work and if he had any double sided tape. The vehicle they worked on was my work truck but I will not bring my nicer vehicles to this business for a windshield replacement.

I was referred to Low Price Auto Glass by Bannister Nissan in Chesapeake. I originally went to Bannister Nissan because I had a leak in the seal around my windshield. I was hesitant to take their recommendation for fear that it would be pricey. I noticed their apt name and decided to try out Low Price Auto Glass anyway. I had a great experience. I arrived and one of their techs took a look at my windshield. He was really nice and knowledgeable. He not only showed me what the issue was after just 10 minutes he explained how I could fix it myself. After all that they didnt even charge me a diagnostic fee. When I first started talking with him he initially thought my windshield needed replacing completely. The price he quoted was very reasonable but thankfully that didnt end up being necessary. Overall I walked away knowing they had great prices, will look at your issue for free, and even explain how to fix something myself. I am very pleased and will definitely be going back when I have a bigger issue with either of my cars.

I came to find this business after Geico referred me to another one of their preferred vendors. The other vendor was unable to accommodate me as I have a classic vehicle, which has a discontinued glass availability. After searching for other piece of replacement class for 4 months, I was quite disappointed when the owner told me the glass I had purchased was incomplete and unusable. I thought I was going to be stuck again looking for a replacement with no help from Geico. Knowing her help me out but reimbursing me for my unusable glass out of his own pocket and proceeded to order being a complete piece of glass. That is the kind of service that the business reflected while I was there being as busy as they were. It was certainly busier and Geicos other preferred, nationally recognized vendor, and absolutely provided a much better service. Awesome place with good prices and quality work. Needed my windshield replaced and camera recalibrated. Safelite want over 900 dollars and they did the same thing for a little over 500. Also asked about window tint and got a quality job with no up sale. Will definitely be back in the future if I need any further work.

Amazing team of professionals! I attempted to have my windshield repaired and when I was told that it was too far gone for repair, I was advised to come here and avoid Safelite. This was at 1pm on a Saturday and Richard, who answered the phone, was trying to count how many cars to associates he had left to see if he could get me in same day! How kind! I wasn’t going to be able to make it but brought it in today (the following Saturday) and they had my windshield replaced and everything recalibrated in less than 3 hours! The service was more than I could ever ask for — fast, friendly, trustworthy, above and beyond!While I hope to never need a windshield replaced again, I feel so much better knowing such a wonderful location is right around the corner!Thank you so, so much to this team!

I had only a small rock chip in my windshield, but it was right in driver line-of-sight. I checked with my insurance company but it was not covered by my policy. I did ask my insurance rep. who the use for covered repairs. I was referred to a major company and was quoted over $700.00 for replacement. I contacted Low Price Auto Glass based purely on reviews (excellent), and was not disappointed. Total parts, labor and tax was $390. Customer service was pleasant and professional.

I got a quote from Safelite for 347 dollars to replace my windshield in a 2001 Jeep Cherokee at that is without disposal or installation. Low price glass install it for me in less than an hour and for $170 and did a wonderful job

Someone broke into my car and broke my passenger window. My friend recommended that I go here to replace my window so I went early the next morning. Everyone was really nice and service was prompt and their price for replacing my window was very fair. I had difficulty cleaning all the broken glass from the inside of my car the night before and they even cleaned all the glass for me. I even think my car left a littler cleaner than it usually is! I would recommend this company if you need to replace or fix your car windows and windshield.

Real Class Act!! That was probably one of the easiest experiences at a shop that Ive had! I Broke My Window and called 5 minutes after it happened. They told me to bring it by and gave me a quote. They did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it and had it done way faster than I expected. I highly recommend these guys.

Nice quality work, the Im guessing owner who dealt with me was pretty stand up guy. Prices were reasonable. 4/5 stars for quality speed and price (I called ahead and made sure they had my windshield and went at a weird time midweek).One complaint is minor but Im not out here just throwing around 5 star ratings. The work was a bit messy, like its clear they had some shavings/epoxy or plastic/rubber from the process that was on my dash and cab also on top of my steering wheel. Nothing overly terrible but I had gotten me truck detailed before and was caught off guard when I got it back...it wouldnt take much for their techs to run a microfiber cloth over the dashboard and possibly leave it cleaner than they found it.

I couldnt be happier with these guys. I stopped in with my kids car to have them replace the windshield. They made me feel like I was family and they were going to take good care of me because they care. First let me say this would have been a 5 star review had it not been for the way I was treated today. I got a new windshield installed on my 2005 Subaru Forester XT on Saturday. It turned out great and I was extremely happy with the customer service. The older gentleman who I can only assume is the owner was very active in giving all of us waiting estimates on when the car would be going in to the shop and where we were in the cue. I waited for almost 3hrs to have the windshield installed but it was worth it. My car is equipped with windshield wiper defrosters and after further inspection of the new windshield I couldn’t see where there were defroster strips. On my factory windshield they were OBVIOUS. I decided to swing back by the shop today to have them double checked it. My exact words to the same older gentleman were “I’m not sure but I think you may have installed the wrong windshield that doesn’t have the defroster, but I wanted to have you double check”. We walked outside and he instantly started talking about how I embarrassed him and his business and why would he ever install he wrong windshield and he never would have told me to bring it in if he didn’t have the correct product and so on...the entire time he is trying to just walk away from me and is not friendly at all. He pointed out the defroster strips that you can barely see in the lower black section and I instantly apologized and thanked him for showing me all while he was still talking about how I have somehow embarrassed him. I was literally planning on giving them a 5 star review and was about to schedule a time to have $650 worth of window tinting done but I will happily find a different shop that prides themselves on customer service and never makes a customer feel uncomfortable for wanting to confirm he was given the correct product. Again they did a good job and everything turned out great but you should never treat a customer the way I was treated especially when I never once said they were in the wrong and never got upset the entire time.
