Did not pay for any repairs, all costs went through the other drivers insurance. Performance Collision was very professional, patient and informative to my questions and service. Finished the repairs to my truck on schedule. Quick in and out service even with assistance of the car rental. Couldnt tell if I was in an accident, excellent work. I highly recommend Performance Collision Center for any auto body repairs.

Performance Collision Center was the finest body shop with which I have ever dealt. They negotiated with my insurance company to correct an estimate error (wrong part) and had my part (the correct one) painted and ready to be installed within two days. For the repair, I was in and out of the Va Beach shop in less than 30 minutes. Each employee I encountered was properly personable and professional. I highly recommend Performance Collision Centers.

I’ll be totally honest and say I had my doubts about this place just because of how quick, nice and easy they were to work with and drop off my vehicle. I did a thorough walk around and pointed out my concerns one by one with Matt and he listened. I thought it was too good to be true. My car is 26 years old so I was mainly concerned about the color not coming out right due to the aging of the paint. They told me it would take 7-12 business days and work was completed in exactly 7. I did a thorough inspection by myself when I went to pick it up and couldn’t find anything I didn’t like and then a follow up walk around with Matt again. USAA provided this company to fix my vehicle after an accident. Everything was so smooth from appointment to rental car to pick up. They all work as a team and it went seamlessly. The car was ready earlier than I expected until the alignment folks found that my tire rods were bent. They had to wait for parts so that took another 5 days. There was one problem when I took it home. The blind spot sensor didn’t work, but I just brought it in after work, and they fixed it. Did my work in the waiting area so not too inconvenient. I would definitely use them again. Clean, professional, always returned calls. Price came under estimate. Highly recommend.

It is a difficult decision where to have your brand new vehicles collision damage repaired. Performance repaired my Lexus to its original collision. Their staff made the process easy when scheduling the repair, by having a ride to rental car lot, completing the repairs on time and very close to the estimate, and keeping me updated every step of the way. Performance Collision was recommended by my insurance company after I got in an accident. I reached out to them and set up an appointment to inspect the damage and get me an estimate. Dropped my car off on a Tuesday and got it back on the next Monday. They texted me with updates about everyday. Very professional and personal team that did a great job repairing my car.

Flawless front quarter panel collision repair. Professional and car was ready in a timely manner.

We had to wait almost 5 months for the repair to be completed. Some of this issue was out of Performance’s control. We did not receive regular updates. We had to call to find out. We finally attempted to pick up the vehicle and found many issues. Door, trunk was not aligned, finished painting had severe orange peel. Interior had sanding dust all over the custom mats. Wind screening was missing. Trunk mat was missing. Napa leather seats had scratches on them due to someone laying suspension parts on them without covering the seats. Now my car is at performance again because of the replaced door not aligning. This was not a good experience to say the least!

He ordered the mirror, had it painted, and then phoned me to stop by with the car so that the technician could install it. Everything was done in less than a week and it looks great! Alright, let me start out by saying that if there was an option to give negative stars, I would have done that. Giving this collision center 1 star is the same as saying the Hitler was a good guy, you get the point. I brought my car into this collision center that is sponsored by Geico for some repairs to my front passenger door after someone dinged it in a parking lot. Not to bad, just needed to be popped and buffed and then re-painted. It took I think 3 days and the check in process was easy. The Geico team there took a look, told me the run down, got me in a rental, and I was out of there nice and quick. Geico did great the whole way, so if anyone here thinks this has anything to do with Geico, it doesnt. Anyway, When I got my vehicle back, a pearl black, 2017 Subaru WRX, The passenger side window wouldnt go up after I would put it down, so that was strike one. They had to reprogram the computer for that window to make it work. Not a huge deal, but still like...come on, thats pretty simple and they should have thought of it. I get in my car after that, and take it home. I was told that I can wash like regular, but not to wax/clay bar/polish for 1 month. I followed there rules, and did just that. Upon my first wash, I noticed some Haze on my windows. Literally all of them. Around the edges mostly, but some on the center and some on all of them throughout. When I tried to rub it off, or clean it, I also noticed that my top Running boards I guess you can call it, had a haze as well, my roof, parts of my side skirts, my hood, and my rear passenger quarter panel. Welp, it was over spray, and A LOT of it. So I took it back to them and they told me that I could come in and get it taken care of whenever. All it would need was a clay bar and I would be out of there in an hour. Soooo a clay bar was false, it was over sprayed paint that had cured already. I knew it wasnt coming off with a clay bar. After that I left with my ship to go out to sea for a bit since Im in the military, and was gone for a month. I got home yesterday, and bought some stuff to detail my car, and try the Clay bar technique these geniuses thought would work. I started with a clay bar after my wash and noticed some very great stuff. In fact, the clay bar was not taking car of the overspray! Amazing! I never would have thought! Also, on the bottom of my rear passenger door (Which isnt even the door that was hit) had some really bad black runs on the bottom of it! How wonderful! Im so beyond livid, and kind of amused. See, I like when people do terrible jobs, because that means I get to point out the fact that RICK HENDRICK COLLISION CENTER IS ABOUT THE EQUIVALENT OF LETTING A GROUP OF THIRD GRADERS WATCH YOUTUBE AND THEN WORK ON YOUR CAR.

So Sent my brand new Tacoma for a scratch on the side. They took their sweet time to fix it. It was good work so I started inspecting it and found a scratch in my bumper. Looks like if they just dropped it on the ground after removing it for the paint job. Front desk never picks up the phone. I had to call to the office instead. Now my truck is going to stay there for 1 more day just because their fault. No compensation what so ever. They drill out the rivets holding the gas intake to paint it but left all the metal pieces that came off from the drilling. Very unprofessional that situation.I DONT recomend it.

This place is amazing. I originally came to them to have repairs on my car from a car accident in February. Dan, my adjuster, handled everything perfectly and did an awesome job and was finished before originally quoted. I think that my car looked better AFTER they fixed it so I couldn’t be happier. Fast forward to this past Friday. I was grocery shopping with my almost 3 year old daughter, put all the groceries in my trunk. Got home, trunk wouldn’t open!! I was stressing out to say the least. Took it to Hyundai because I’m thinking there should be some type of emergency button or way into the trunk if this is some sort of manufacturers glitch. They took a quick look at it and asked me if I had any recent work done because they could see it was NOT gonna be an easy fix and it was something in the BODY of the car and to do anything more would cost ME a TON. Special needs mom of 3 I couldn’t tell you how my heart sank. I did have rear end damage so I thought about it and called Rick Hendrick to see if they could help me even though it had been 4 MONTHS!! They told me to bring it RIGHT in. No wait, no appointment. Met Desiree at the front desk and she got my adjuster, Dan, came out just as nice as could be and looked at it outside. He said he wanted to pull it in the body shop for a closer look. I’m thinking the entire time how my groceries were gone at this point as most stuff was to be refrigerated. A few minutes later he told me what the problem was and explained my daughters pool noodle was the issue. When I slammed my trunk closed at the grocery store I slammed it hard to get that pool noodle in and I broke the inner latch assembly thing. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ They quoted me a price and told me they could fix it right now even though it was my fault. He barely charged me anything more than the part. Part was about $100 and my bill was $120. I didn’t get paid until Monday so I couldn’t pay them that day and Dan made a call and came back and told me they’d still fix it and I just had to pay Monday! 😱Desiree suggested to Dan to put my groceries in their personal fridge and HE DID, gave me the remote (yes they have cable) and told me make myself at home and got me fixed and on my way despite already being extremely busy and backed up they still made me just as important as the people who were getting thousands of dollars of work done! Thank you Dan, Desiree, Manager Mitch for letting me pay on Monday, and Mike who fixed it for the exceptional customer service and going above and beyond for me!

After months of no answers to what was wrong with my car from a retail car shop, I called Rick Hendricks and was told my car had an extended warranty on the water pump causing the exact issue that I was experiencing with my car. I got an appointment with the dealership and was called the same day with an update on what was going on and other issue they found. I was not prepared to be able to pay for all the additional cost so my service advisor Aj assured me of what was necessary and what could wait. I am very pleased with my experience.

I’ve been to this location twice, both times I’ve been very happy. Front desk is always extremely helpful and friendly. The manager Mitch looked at my car for me after the Norfolk Rick Hendricks location did “repairs” on my vehicle. Come to find out, after replacing the AC condenser, he believed the AC wasn’t charged at all. In less than an hour I had my car back and my AC was actually blowing cold. He told me to keep an eye on it and give him a call if I had any more issues. I’ve also had an estimate done on a previous vehicle at this location, and they’ve always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If you’re looking to take your car to a Rick Hendricks shop, I would highly suggest the Virginia Beach location.

I have been trying to schedule repairs for more than a month. First, I was told that the guy they gave my information to had left the company. So they gave it to another guy. It has been over a week and I have still not heard from this establishment. I have a check from the insurance company which is about to expire. I called today and got no answer, no message, nothing. So now I am going to turn to the other company that gave me an estimate and hopefully I can get some repairs!! I have been to this group before and was very satisfied, so I am not sure what is happening.

The best shop in Virginia Beach! All the staff from the front office, the mechanics and management were professional and kind throughout my service. My suvs windshield, front tire and rim were damaged in an accident and they assessed the damage quickly yet thoroughly and had me in & out of the shop and in a rental car in no time. My car was fixed and clean in less then 48hours!!!! When my rental car had a malfunction (unrelated to this shop) they sent a vehicle out to pick myself and children up on the side of the highway so I didn’t have to wait hours for a tow. Again cannot rave about this shop enough the people are so great and went above and beyond to provide THE BEST customer service!

Great and fast turn around. Car was repaired over the weekend and overlooking it, recieved it in like new condition. Thanks. Why 4 stars? When I arrived at work an hour later, I opened the trunk and found white powder all over the place. A thin layer, but all over everything. Not sure why this was, and Im sure a quick vacuuming will clear it up, but nonetheless, I wish it hadnt been like that.

Our van was hit on the side. The insurance of the person that hit us had minimal choices for auto body shops. We went with Rick Hendricks, which ended up being a poor choice. They had our vehicle for over 2 months and it was constantly something every time we called for an update. Then when we finally were able to pick it up we noticed a new crack in the window glass that was not there before and windshield molding clips that were broken. It went back in for service today but under no circumstances were we letting it stay overnight this time. Get it home today and now we discover the passenger door won’t open and the manual lock on the inside is crooked. We have been beyond patient with this place. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Ive had a run of bad luck this Fall and Ive gone to Rick Hendrick Collision (more than once). Each time Ive conducted the business of getting my car repaired with Dan Jacobs, and I will say that Im extremely satisfied. The repairs were great and the car was done early. Even though I hope to never need the services of a collision center again, Ill definitely choose Rick Hendrick Collision in Va Beach again.

I have been here before after my car was previously hit. This time I had scheduled an appointment, as my car was hit while it was parked, and on the way to my appointment, it was hit by a hubcap flying across the interstate (couldnt avoid it without wrecking). They did the estimate for both repairs as my insurance company was sending them the second claim for the hubcap damage. The work the first time was done wonderfully (the paint matched perfectly and the stripes on my car have to be custom done, but were matched perfectly as well). The staff are all professional and very courteous.

He took me around my car and explained in terms I could understand what they would be doing to my car, so there would be no surprises. I got texts from Rick Hendrick Collision center at every step to keep me updated. They got my car back to me a week early! Just in time for Thanksgiving! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! When my car got hit back in August, my insurance praised this place so I had them tow it here. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. When they estimated the time for me, I was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to fix. When 3 weeks came around, I called asking if my vehicle was ready for pick up. They told me it hadnt even seen the shop yet! They told me call back next week to see where it is. When I called again, they said itll be in the paint shop by Friday and ready for pick up on Monday. I called that Monday and asked if I could pick up my car and they said, no, its scheduled to be in the paint shop by Friday. When I asked the lady why it wasnt in the paint shop LAST Friday, like they said it would be, she couldnt give me a straight answer. When I called on that next Friday to see if I could pick my car up on the following Monday, they told me it wasnt even in the paint shop yet! That was the same EXACT thing they told me a week ago! RIDICULOUS. They told me call back next week, and guess what they told me then too? THE SAME EXACT THING. They had my car for 2 MONTHS and did jack squat with it for the majority of the time it was in their possession. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! I got NOTHING for compensation and they didnt even offer to pay for a rental car for keeping my car WAY over the estimated time they told me and my insurance! They wouldnt even let me pick up my car until after they aligned my car. Then when I finally got my car back, the alignment was so off I had to take it to a different shop just to get that fixed!TAKE YOU CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Rick Hendrick Collision VA Beach is awesome!!! Initially dropped my car off on 1/2/2019 to get repairs done. Received a phone call from Dan Jacobs that same evening stating he found issues with the repairs that were completed by another collision shop back in 2013. This speaks to Dans integrity. He was up front and honest from the beginning and told me it could be eventually deemed a total loss. He just called me and stated it is a total loss. I want to thank Dan Jacobs again for his professionalism! His passion for his work really shows.

These guys took my car in the same day of my initial quote appointment for the insurance and had my car back to me 2 days later under the deductible amount. The work was pure magic and no extensive work was necessary to keep the original paint shining on my car. Cant ask for more. These guys know the business and do great work. Thanks Mike!!

Great Job. My car looks brand new. Dan did a great job with keeping me up to date and they finished my car a week early. Definitely left a satisfied customer.

The quality of the repair was good and the people were great. However, the attention to detail was not there. I had to go back twice to get my turn signal and door unlock sensor fixed and then a second time for my horn.

Rick Hendrix customer service is absolutely terrible. From the start, I asked how long it would take to get my vehicle done. They said less than a month. LIES! They have had my car for a month now & cant give me a set date when it will be done. I was told before Valentines Day & well give you a call. Next I was told Presidents Day & well give you a call. Then I was told Wednesday & well give you a call. Its now Thursday, I CALLED to check on my vehicle since Ive NEVER received ONE call from them & now Im being told Friday & well give you a call. Ive called & left messages that were not returned. Im regretting taking my business there. Regardless of how I feel, they are making a profit off fixing my car. I wish I had taking my business elsewhere & someone with better customer service would make the profit.

The absolute best! I have used them twice now. (Hampton Roads drivers are insane). They were prompt, courteous and friendly. Kept me updated each step of the way. Five stars are not enough for this place!
