Good store. Stocked with the normal stuff. One of three Walmarts in the Victorville area.

Fairly clean store on the inside. The outside parking lot can use some work though. Store is always busy in the evening. Seems as though they don’t have the bandwidth to handle peak times. The team is always friendly and ready to assist. Special shout out to Christen (may be spelling wrong). He was an amazing help. I interrupted his stocking because I needed assistance. It seemed as though a glass jar had broken in a box prior to the items being stocked and the glass dried in to the jar that I reached for. He stopped what he was doing, addressed and assisted me. His sense of urgency was on point. Thank you so much for assisting me today.

I went for an Oil change. This is my second time...Excellent Service... They check everything for me... I feel safe with Walmart Auto Center

I would give five stars but they removed the McDonalds that used to be inside the store. And on my last two visits I had to walk out to the parking lot just to get a shopping cart. Part of the parking lot its too dark to walk safely to and from the store entrance.

This visit was the best in a long time...Financial services employees were a mess as usual but we (my new cuzzns in line) made it completely enjoyable!!! Gotta find that silver lining and if its not there just make it happen!!!

I just want to find out if someone might have turned my iPhone into lost and found, but, no…Why have an option to speak with a representative if no representative is going to answer the phone?That is just a relative question for any logical person that deserves an explanation.After +/-2 minutes, the phone company hung up on me…

Great place to shop... Dont ever attempt to utilize the Western Union if your transfer was completed online...As informed by a Money Service employee...Western Union has always been a problem...the system has never worked!!! So why is it even listed as an available service???

This is what passes for a super center? Wow this place was dirty the bathrooms are so disgusting I just had to walk out, they got rid of most of their selection of graphic tees and what was left was scattered all over the mens department, and lastly whats the point of having 20 registers when only 4 are open with huge lines nothing about coming here was pleasant not even browsing the video game case which is normally fun, because nothing was hung up in the case it was all in the floor of the case. Not that it matters because no one had the keys to the case so that I could buy a game so after 15 mins of waiting for the keys I just said screw it and left this poor excuse for a store dear god the bare minimum you guys can do is open more registers so the costumers can give you money is so beyond what your willing to do this place is hopeless.

Not my favorite location, if you are buying fabric be prepared to wait and wait. Some of the male staff was very helpful and went looking for help, but some of the young ladies straight out told me they couldnt help me. Apparently only one lady knew or worked fabrics, so we had to wait for her, she was very nice and apologized for the wait.

Its a good location, but its unfortunate that its missing a collaborating food shop like how other Walmart superstores have a burger king or in relation. Also, idk why, but I couldve sworn they have like.. 3 sections just dedicated to Halloween snacks.

Get what you need but some employees seem like they dont want to be there kinda dampers the mode to shop. And there is no one around when you need them ask one employee and they say oh thats not.my dept.

Shopped the night before with the convenient Walmart app. Picked it up at 730am and was done in 7 mins. People are friendly and efficient. Its a blessing when you find yourself immobile.

I cant believe that this location refuses to carry any 49er apparel but is willing to carry plenty of raiders gear🤬And its very hard to find anyone to help you in the hardware/automotive department

As usual store is busy but well maintained. I do wish there could be more help at the cashier stations to get lines down and faster but other than that store is well maintained and clean.

This is a nice big Walmart, a bit far to get to for a Walmart but I will deal with it.

Sometimes a little crowded but always a great experience. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would like it was open 24/7 because I prefer staff didnt didnt restock during busiest hours.

Its just hard 4 me cuz they only have 3 or 4 of the disabled carts 2 a million people! Their always taken when i get there. Employees are always nice 2 me and the stores more stocked now but the cart thing leads me 2 a 3 star. Sorry walmart

Just went to pick up cat food last night I the way home from dinner and spent 26 mins in line for the quick self check out.....for one bag of kitty food. The regular lines that were open had lines going way back through the clothes almost to the kids section. THEY NEED MORE CHECKERS AND LINES OPEN AT 7:15 ON A FRIDAY EVENING!

We did a big event to give free backpacks 🎒 and we bought about $5,000 worth of backpacks. All the main store manger rejected to give us any discount 1% or like 5%.

The cashier bagged my stuff so good I didnt need to tell him to fill the bags up

Walmart in Victorville, CA. Terrible customer service. Cant get a supervisor to talk to you. Great toys in the clearance area, but not actually on clearance and not marked with a price tag. Very long lines. Not customer friendly.

The optometry team here is awesome. My eye exam appointment wasnt too long, hardly a wait after I checked in and the optometrist and receptionist were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend.

The American sparkling wild cherry flavor water is undrinkable. Save your money till they fix it. Have tried to find out why.....no response

Good luck calling this store. They blatantly ignore the phones and sometimes they will answer and hang up on you. I have yet to talk to anyone.

I really dont like to shop at walmart. Just the vibes but they do have good prices better then others.

I really loved this place! It was so much fun walking through and seeing all the vendors, and there were some awesome shops! The hardest part was picking my favorite items to purchase because I loved so many things.

I rarely shop at Walmart and now I remember why....its been my experience that a large majority of the employees are rude and act like me (the customer) is inconveniencing them in some way. Example(from last night).....I was looking for spider/bug spray for outdoors and wasnt are to locate any on the shelves, so I went to garden to ask. Not only was I ignored for a time but when I was able to approach the gentleman working there (and we were the only two in that department at that time) I asked him about it and without looking or anything he responded we are out. Thats all he said before he walked off. Hmm ok. I went back and continued to search the shelves and lo and behold way up on a very top shelf I found it. I couldnt reach it and didnt want to climb so I asked the employee in the next row if she could help. She looked irritated and told me to go look for someone in garden. Ugh! So I went back to garden and when I asked (the same guy) to assist me, without saying a word and with a very annoyed look he went and pulled it down for me. Anytime I shop there asking for assistance seems to be an unwelcome interruption to whatever that employees is currently doing. The lines were long and only 2 registers open. Walmart is just not a pleasant shopping experience for me. Its worth whatever few cents extra I spend anywhere bit there!

Only 3 stars because theres never Is enough cash registers open You have to Chase down your own shopping cart in the parking lot because they dont want to do their jobAnd the place seems to be getting dirtier and dirtier by the day Come on Walmart do a better job

Well stocked shelfs, friendly staff with warm greeting upon entry. Bathrooms could use a little more cleaning but other than that the product variety and service is satisfactory!

Could be cleaner. I prefer the pick up. On certain days like a Saturday morning or early afternoon they can run behind making the pick up times longer than usually.

This is the Victorville Walmart store. The parking lot is nice and big. Good staff and lots of selection with affordable items.

Its been awhile since Ive shopped at Walmart and I must say I was impressed. Every item on my list was available. Check out time was within minutes once I completed my shopping.

Store has hard time maintaining there stock properly. You go in for certain items and they are out of them often. They have to many items under lock and key and not enough people to unlock them. It is more than upsetting. Not enough people to check you out. I do not believe in me checking my self out. I am not paid to work there as cashier.

Well I was In a rush so I wasnt too attentive to how well service of any kind was I went through the self check out which to my surprise was without a line at all and as I walked up the employee supervising the area had just sanitized the checkout machine! Yay! Almost never happens there for me!

Pick two of $2.44 item and check-out scans as $2.68, call the mgr. and explained. she said I can get only one at $2.44 as if they are doing me a big favor and said its their policy.what a policy !!!!!! walmart has a wonderful policy.!!!!check prices at check out, it might be different then you saw price tagat shelves.!!!!!!!

Its Walmart. Self checkout was to the rear of the store. Checkout with a cashier was a crazy line. Cashier was such a cool lady...

Went into Walmart to do some shopping and someone stoled my license plates off my truck. Never would have I thought this would happen for I go there all the time.

As far as I know Walmarts mask policy in not enforced as mandiory at this time. We shopped in the store for more than an hour and a half without any issues not wearing a mask( I have been fully vaccinated). When i fully loaded the Belt the cashier rudely told me that she will not ring me up if dont have a mask my wife was in front of the register at the time. My daughter found a mask in her purse then the cashier continued to scan our items. The cashier turned away 3 customers away telling them rudely that she would not ring them up without a face mask. Walmart said they are making masks mandatory

Requested help in the fabric department twice, finally gave up and left. Ill give my business to someone who wants it in the future.

Magnificent shopping experience customer service was excellent.

Any Walmart you go into tends to be a bit hectic. Nonetheless, Im mostly able to find exactly what Ive come for &, in many cases, many things I didnt have on my list. Parking can be challenging when Im in need of handicap space for my mother, but nothing we havent been able to handle.

Most of the staff are unhelpful, aloof, and difficult to find. I had a great experience with Brandon the team lead and the tall bearded man in the electronics section.

Always something happening here.. pure entertainment while you shop.

This is one of the cleanest and well organized Walmarts Ive been in. The cleanliness was not just inside but outside as well.

The place is a mess. The garden section had no associates available. We waited for 20 minutes for an an associate to arrive there. We wanted to see if we could purchase a patio furniture set, but it was covered in dog poo!!!Then when asked if we can buy an another one. They had none available. ???Then when we went to get rung up, the lines were very long, their wasnt enough resisters open to accommodate all the customers waiting to get rung up.They need new management.

I called this store from 5 pm until 6:38. No one eitherer in electronics or at customer service ever answered the phone. Yes, I will probably be going there tomorrow & I probably wont be very nice!

Nobody to help at sporting goods. Called on button no 5x no answer...nobody to hel0 after 20 min wait. Went to get help after wait. Password that employee had ...did t work. Just left!

This is a smaller store so it can be difficult to find something specific. But the sporting goods and electronics departments usually have what your liking for. Its nice that its 2 floors but the cart escalator is often broken so you should plan to take the elevator.

The slowest, worst service Ive ever experienced. Most tire shops include taxes in a bottom line quote, not Walmart. 2 hrs. to mount 4 tires!

UPDATE:While I cant rate higher, because poor management choices are poor management choices a friend told me things improved. I have now been back three times beginning in the middle of February 2021 with significantly improved results. The longest Ive waited is only about 4 minutes. I even witnessed Associates coming out with groceries waiting on customers to arrive who had checked in on the app and werent there yet. Great job in increasing speed and efficiency.ORIGINAL POST:I used to use this location for pickup of groceries, but the store manager opened up more time slots without the staff to support it and prioritized door dash pickups over actual customers at the store so its almost impossible to pickup groceries. Youre order will be delayed by several hours up to a day. My first experience with this was Dec 29 and then again on the morning of Jan 1. On the 29th after i waited in a drive up line for an hour, they said my order was ready and checked me in, but I still waited for over 2 more hours to recieve my groceries. On the first I arrived at 8 for my 8-9 pickup and was told I would be notified when my order would be ready sometime after 1pm.

Took 30mins to have someone help us with pick up, one of my pick up items was canceled....I went back to the school supplies there was over 20 of the binders they canceled that I wanted...so had to go buy separately. Dont understand why its so hard to try.

Was visiting some family in the high desert and had to go to this location. Greeters are nice. Store was packed and the prices were like your typical Walmart prices. You need to wash the carts yourself though before you use them.

Wal-Mart is always that one retailer I know I can find the best household prices for my household needs. I know I can find whatever I need reasonably priced as opposed to the grocery retailer closer to home. We try to make a once per week Wal-Mart Run for our necessities and save money as a result. I gave a 4-Star Rating only due to the checkout lines and the wait time. My husband and I normally checkout in the self checkouts but lines back up down the first two aisles unfortunately.

They dont have items available as before the pandemic. Those items can be ordered on line and delivered to your door. Self service checkout is available. They accept credit cards. Nice amt of fresh frozen meats are available. They have a nice amt of cotton fabrics/sewing Dept. The prices are not shown on the bolts.They have an in store McDonalds takeout. Eye department available by appt, and nice bathrooms. The reason for 4 star is that a limited number of before pandemic in store items must now be ordered online and prices have been adjusted according to pandemic demand and supply. I feel some items are overpriced. And some item prices are not marked making it hard to know if the price is advantageous or not. Self pricing scanners, I could not locate

A much bigger selection times 10 compared to our local Little Apple Valley Walmart but you definitely have to wait. Every time Ive gone here the lines go out to the clothing area and theres not many open. Also when I do pick up, I get moldy food so I stopped doing pick up and now we have to go in the store to buy our products and it definitely is a long wait, be prepared but the prices are great and a huge selection of everything.

Terrible customer service, ridiculously long lines, & the wait for products that are locked up is way too long. Good luck getting an employee to unlock the sliding glass.

Both new tires and got them installed there. They said it would be 2hours wait and I was out in half an hour. They were amazing and professionals. I have nothing bad to say about that crew. Keep up the good work.

The store itself is great... But the customer service is bad. Everytime I go, the employees always give an attitude and a face that makes you feel like a burden... Especially at the electronic section.... They only have a handful that are nice.

So many spaces in the Shelves are so empty. Never anyone around to help. Im not a big fan of the Victorville Wal-Mart 🔆
