Terrible, terrible, terrible!!! Where should I start, customer service is terrible!! No one greets you when u enter the store let alone asks if u need assistance. I also placed a order for a shoe for my son that wasn’t in stock this was the first week of July. Come to find out the girl helping me never put the order through. My second attempt took place 3 weeks ago a d still no shoe! It’s so pathetic the the owner of this place is allowing young kids to run his business and run it in the ground. The manger morning opener is also rude, u professional, and not helpful at all!! Ceo of this company do you care about your business?? If so, get more involved and hire staff that are well trained in management and customer service. Your business is a reflection of u!!! I will NEVER BUY SHOES FROM THIS STORE EVER AGAIN! Would give 0 stars if I could!!!!

Watched a man on tictok get played by the woman you have working at this “so called establishment” you have people stealing from customers here, someone has to step in and be the bigger person and obviously realize the people you have leading this store are NOT trustworthy at all.... you have multiple comments stating so and over 50k people online seeing that your business isn’t being ran honestly. Do better.

Yesterday I went to Sheiks to try and purchase the Jordan 1 mocha some guy that works there told me “it’s a raffle online but you could come tomorrow morning and purchase them first come first serve”. I end up going today 2 minutes after they open and I asked a guy. Which he said they didn’t have anymore so I told him yesterday I was here and some guy that works here told me to come early and I could purchase them and then he said let me ask the manager.. and so then he asked her and she straight said no. I know for a fact the manger in this store is resealing them to someone so she could get something out of it.

I came in to buy a pair of Jordan Why Not Zer0.3s because I saw that they were on sale. A young man helped me out very well to get me size and complemented my Off Whites that I was currently wearing. Then I decided to buy a pair of shirts and a sweater to go with the Jordans I was going to purchase. While looking, the same young man was helping me look for some styles that would go perfect with the shoes, untill I came to the register. A women was attending me at the register and started to criticize the shirts I got and the sweater that I chose for the shoes. She said that shirts and sweater didnt go with the shoes because they didnt match and the colors didnt t look good on me. I then told her that I chose these things because I thought they looked good with the shoes and she said that thats not having style. I ended buying everything that I chose but I left the store very disappointed with the service. The young man was very nice to me except for the woman that was on the register. She needs to learn how to not judge others opinions and options.

This location has become more of hassle to go to then it was before

My son didnt know what he wanted, he tried on different styles, and the associates were very helpful and patient.

Denise and Chelsey were extremely rude to me when shopping on 12/24/20. Love the owner of the store and would shop here again be cause of him.

I was at Sheikh at the Victor Valley mall on Christmas eve 12/24/20 at 11am sharp. I waited in line with my raffle winning screen from my app and the associates Denise and her manager Chesley denied me my pair. I waited over 3 hours and they couldnt give me and my wife any answers as to what happened to my pair. My wife and I even spoke with a manager by the name of Abdullah but he was talking to me as if I didnt have any rights to pick up my shoes that I won fair and square. Well looks like my Christmas is ruined and I will be in contact with corporate soon, obviously one of their staff members took the shoes and hope I would for get about it.

This place is a joke I ordered some shoes for store pickup and the next day I called the store to see why I haven’t got a email to pick up the shoes. The manager was so lazy and rude she couldn’t even see what was going on and gives me a 800 number to call corporate office and they aren’t taking calls from customers but she could of called but she’s lazy!!!! I went to shoe palace and got the same shoes and got treated with respect! You need to fire whoever your manager is that was there on 9/16/20 working the morning shift!!! If you don’t handle the way your workers are to the customers your gonna lose the money that puts food in your mouths!!

Terrible. I get better customer service from a computer shipping online. No one in here wants to be working... Well I guess I wouldnt actually call what they are doing working 🙄

Saw a dude win a special edition shoe raffle on christmas and the employees actually stole the shoes and told the guy they dont have them in. Smh it was 2 girls working here, viral video.

I walked in there and wanted a shoe so I went to the counter and stood in front of the ladies working they looked at me and continued to talk about what shoes they were going to buy . They looked at me again and kept talking as if I wasn’t there, they never helped me. Then the lady who was helping someone finished and came and apologized to me . Thankful for her because I was about to complain .

My experience here was before evtything closed down. I saw some lavander shoes on the mens section and i really liked them. I went to the girsl sections and they had the same shoe, so i asked one of the workers if i can get this is a size 8. i waited 10 mins and he comes back with a size 8 in MEN. When i realized this wAs too big for me i checked, i told him these are size 8 in MEN. DO I LOOK LIKE A MAN ???? he literally told me you see, you didnt telll me in a women size ???? like excuse?? meee???Rude empolyer, i regret not getting his name. workers here are unbelievable.
