Staff is very polite and helpful. I was looking for a hard to find glass piece and they did everything they could to try and help. The mail service is nice the plus will have me coming back.

Upon being a first time customer, i purchased a Puff Bar that ended up being defective. i did not realize this until i got home and was just considering it a loss. i returned to the shop and explained what happened with the associate and he kindly replaced my product and advised me on different brands. i’m beyond pleased with my experience here and will surely return 👍🏽
