Boot Barn is always my go to place for Western wear and safety boots. They have a really great selection of cowboy boots ranging from $100.00 to $700.00 in all colors, exotic leathers and sizes. They carry high quality shirts in both Western wear and work gear and there is a great selection of hats and belts as well. The staff is always friendly and very helpful and will go out of their way to help you. Prices are a little high, but I believe in supporting local businesses rather than online stores when I can.

Store was clean, staff was very helpful and courteous. Even though we werent able to find the boots in our size, they did offer to order them for us. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Boots an clothing are great! Some of the managers though have no clue about what there selling an don’t even advertise there boot barn credit card an I figured out the hard way there to lazy to help you make the payment an to lazy to bring down clothes off the manikins. There job must be to hard for all that maybe they should just go back to folding clothes an hanging them. Out of town boot barns are way more honest, helpful, informative an not just friendly they know there job. The age group is different also that could be why.

Western dressing or boot wasnt my Favorite but I desired to give it a Try now Bootbarn is not what I imagine staff is good but inside by the Ariat area is blocked with boxes cant get to it. Going back soon hope it changes.

I went in hoping to find my 2 yr old a pair of boots but they didnt have his size but his dad found a nice pair. No one helped us but they were slightly busy. Very clean store though.

Very expensive and the staff is not as knowledgeable on work boots as I hoped. They really need to work on pricing as I can fine the same boots $40 cheaper on line.

Went into boot barn this afternoon to buy my son a pair of boots for xmas.He told me he loved the pair i had bought him last year,do i thought i would give our local home town store my businessBOY what a Mistake ...customer service by employees and the store manager Amanda...Will never come back here....An employee, told me if i could find a sale ad price for the boots, i could get the sale price,when i checked my phone,i found such a pair,but manager said no,thats not the way we do things around here....so i had yo pay full price 67.00 more....lesson learned,amazon is a better shopping experience,no wonder they are so widely used by people,all over yhe world

They have a huge selection of both Western and work boots. We have good prices on car hartt clothing and others. I like that they match my boots by lot number to ensure a proper fit.

I bought my first pair boots! Not really what I wanted and the employees asked me if I needed help and 2 different ones both did as little as possible and I think my boots are to big???

Will never go here again. I bought boots from them that never came and they refused to offer me a refund after making me wait 8 months for them, telling me on multiple occasions the boots were coming.

Have shopped at Boot Barn for years. Own 20 pairs of boots. Good selection of Western and work merchandise. Most sales clerks are helpful and friendly. Todays not so much. Disappointed that Boot Barn rewards expire 60 days after you earn one - so beware. Found out the hard way today. Sales are few and far between. Black Friday is the one to watch.

I was referred to this business on February 8th by some friends. I was having a special event and from what I was told, Boot Barn would have been the perfect place. My husband and I arrived there and there were 4-5 employees all at the front of the store talking. I was so excited and amazed looking around the store because it looked like the place would have everything I needed. Once the employees saw my husband and I they immediately disbursed.  One went into the back and the others went as far away from us as possible. They all disbursed without saying a word to us. My husband immediately noticed that our money was no good in this store and walked out. I looked around and noticed that if I went to buy something at the register, there would by no one to take my payment. Let me mention that our friends that referred us are Caucasian and we are Native American and African American.  It was obvious that this business has no room for people like us. In 2019 you would think that people can do better.

Pricey but nice selection

The customer service has declined in the last year. Used to be greeted by staff who is more than willing to help as soon as you enter. Not now. The young girls working now lack people skills. A group of people were outside waiting for them to open. The girl unlocks the door and quickly opened it and then pulled shut as a gentleman was about to walk in. Was inside store for 30 minutes before anyone asked if we needed any help. Too busy chatting at the registers. Such a shame.

I purchased a pair of Cody James xero gravity boots about 7 months ago. I had an issue with the stitching coming apart on the inside of one boot. I went back to Boot Barn and spoke to the store manager Amanda. What outstanding customer service, Amanda helped me pick another boot and stood behind her product. I cant thank you enough Amanda. I will purchase all my boots from you. Thank again.

I managed to get a great pair of new work boots before they sent them out to places like the boot stables and the boot farms! or maybe just use them for the delicious boot meat to make things like boot steaks and bootburgers!

A few days ago my wife and I headed to Boot Barn to buy a jacket we both liked to wear to her sons wedding. We got there 5 minutes before closing time and a young lady named Amanda asked if we needed help. Even though it was past closing and the alarm company was calling to see if there was a problem, Amanda continued to assist us in getting the correct jacket and made sure it fit. She was extremely helpful and I want to let her employer know she deserves a raise, extra day off paid or something. Employees like Amanda her are the reason I continue to shop Boot Barn.

9 to 5 works... sad to say

We usually go into this store often to make purchases. Lately when we have been going in theres usually a group of girls talking at the cash registers not paying attention to customers. Jeanine greeted us and helped us pick out boots that were perfect for us and treated us like she has known us for years and made us feel welcomed. Once we got to the register, their manager, Tessa, helped us. Firstly, she was very rude, gave my fiance dirty looks because we asked if we could use our points that we earned from a previous purchase. Tessa did not want anything to do with us and never brought up lay away which is what we wanted to do. The items that we were buying are for our wedding. Jeanine then explained to us that we CAN do lay away and thats what we did. Next time we go in there and see Tessa working we will leave the store.

We go here for my hubbies,work boots, hes a Carpenter & we always find good work boots here. You gotta go on days they have deals/boot sale, because they can be a bit pricey. But good boots thou.

So, I wasnt greeted coming through the door to start with, i guess the staff was overwhelmed with the 5-10 customers they had in the store. The shopping experience was a nightmare, like finding a needle in a hay stack, nothing was in boxes. The color on the box usually hints the brand and makes them easier to find = better shopping experience. Needless to say I didnt buy here.

Went looking for Americana apparel - they had a great selection... if you were not 63. Purchased the shirt for my husband, took it home. He tried it on and as suspected - it did not fit. Returned the shirt the next day without any problems whatsoever! Still love this store!

They didnt have my size and it takes up to 2 weeks to order, the only boots they have are on the shelf. Very dissapointed, they definitely dont live up to their name

I always thought this store was exclusively for cowboys, and while they do carry a wide selection of boots, hats, etc. they have a tremendous variety of working gear an shoes. Anything from gloves to reflective jackets can be found here. While you can see it from the I-15 is not exactly off the ramp and you might need to drive around a little to get to it.
