All best buys are good and thats why im giving it a five star. however the service there seems to be understaffed. but lots of good products.

This victorville location is not very friendly to uninterested to help the customer. I watched who claimed to be the store manager argue with a customer and refuse them service and publicly humiliate the customer. I ended up taking all my business to the Apple valley location and was treated much better.

Seems half the people working here are worthless to customers. The other half during my visit were very helpful and willing to reach out to help a customer. Seems Best Buy 8n general just sucks with customer service.

Needed RAM from the case everyone was busy but as soon as the geek squad guy was available he came right away and helped me a.s.a.p. and the products Ive purchased well they worked as expected and thanks, Im here a once in a while otherwise Ill spend more than I can afford! this place is like a candy store for technerds that want their products the same day no shipping!

The place to go for good prices, good merchandise, and experienced and helpful staff. Professional Geek Squad to assist customers. Love them.

Employees were polite and helpful despite a small mix up between my nephew and the website. If the site had been clearer we might have avoided a small mix up but the staff was understanding and politely provided my nephew a refund.

Had a car stereo installed in my 2011 corvette. The guys did a great job overall. Some problems with disintegrating clips means that I will have to return but Corey the tech said it would be no charge. Great service so far.

Our dryer has been rescheduled 3 times! With no communication as to why. We called and got no clear explanation. At least give us a realistic date. We also scheduled an appointment for TV mounting and in-wall installation and they were no-shows. They eventually came, another day but took a lot of obstacles to get it done. If youre going to buy a service, you should look elsewhere, otherwise be prepared to spend your money and be kept on your toes.

Well my nephew had attempted to purchase a laptop for me online but when we arrived we found that he misunderstood the website and had only purchased a keyboard it mightve been avoided if the website had stated clearly in big bold print that the keyboard was by itself and perhaps if it offered suggestions that fit the keyboard that mightve helped too. Despite the mix up the staff was polite and kindly issued a refund. Either way it was all good just website could be clearer.

Went in to exchange bose ear buds and they said it was passed the return date. before I remember them taking back something as long as I had the receipt. also had the same thing happen with a printer I had just bought from them. it lasted a couple weeks before the printer went out.

Ive been to Best Buy a couple of times, and I have to wait a long time for someone to help me. You are short in staff and no chairs to sit while your customers are waiting. Paying to much for no help to your custo.ers and having to wait so long, thats not right.

Best electronics store around, friendly staff, well stocked. They take safety with covid seriously. There is a que for assistance due to covid so at times the wait can be a few minutes however still wonder place and great team members there.

Great prices. Excellent service. I was shopping for a small chest freezer and Best Buy had the best price. I was able to order it online. They had it ready for pickup in an hour. When the sent me a notification, all I had to do was park in front of the store, let them know what space I was in, and open my vans side door. They brought it out, loaded the freezer into the van after an ID check; I was done without entering the store. BTW my freezer works great!

I have been here a few times, and I found that the people are nice. I give this place 4 stars and not 5. The times I went there they were out of what I was searching for, or they simply didnt carry it. For example, a popular Logitech mouse and portable printers.

You will find what you are electronically looking for. Just a little prices compared to Target or Wal-Mart. Their home in-service rates are outrageously high. But the quality of the product is good.

Went in response to sale advertisements. Wanted to purchase a laptop. Changed my mind. Too pricey plus sales lady was too aggressive about including a maintenance agreement for $200 a year. She seemed more focused on her gift for gab than on satisfying my need.

Sales person was not very knowledgeable. Sold me two accessories that did not fit the phone . Sold me a phone that wasnt in stock. Went to the other location and they were helpful but didnt have the 2 accessories for my new phone! Will never buy a phone there again.

Came in on a Monday afternoon. I was approched by a friendly gentleman when I was looking at the networking equipment, I dismissed him as I didnt need any help. After that I couldnt find anyone to help me locate the cat5. (Which was by the laptop displays and not by the networking equipment). I got up to the registers and the line was 5 deep when I got there and grew to 10, with only 1 cashier. Meanwhile the Manager David was chatting up the door monitor and the girl at the online pickup desk, finally the 1 cashier called for back up.

I checked on line for a certain battery and it showed that they had a particular battery that I needed.This was the fist time I visited there.When I asked where the batteries was told about where batteries. When I got in the approximately they area I asked where it was the employee pointed to where it was and left me to find the batteries my self. The battery was not there and the battery section was very poorly stocked.

They charged me for a $2000 computer and set a delivery date and didnt deliver after 3 days but still took all my money. Wonderful. On the phone for an hour and they wont do anything about it. Do not bother wasting your time at this POS place.

Got what I needed good place too shop for electronics

Always helpful but their staff needs to remind cutomers about geek protection plans. Bought phone for my daughter and forgot to add protection plan. Daughter dropped phone before she could activate it. Screen is destroyed and now have to take somewhere else to get fixed.

Not a good experience..couldnt find anyone to help and answer questions about a ring camera..when asked for help I was told they would call someone..well that never happened...it sucks best buy used to be the go to place...

Great selection of vacuums and electronics, the open box section is a bit hard to find but if you look for you could find great deals there as well.

Returned a 32 TV and wanted to get a larger 4k TV. The service was great and I got exactly what I wanted.

No customer service at all. Not one person came up and asked me if I needed any help. The funny thing about this is I was going to spend money for a tv . That is awful. I bet corporate executives have a issue with the workers missing a sale . I know I would be .

Well... from the start it was a weird visit Im not going to lie. I thought we were waiting in line at the front door for maybe a temp check during this COVID19 ordeal but no🤷‍♀️ A nice woman was, well I dont know really🤔. She was asking the names from the patrons in line before us, then, what they were there for. When we got up there... nothing but enjoy your shopping 🤪 she was nice but I still dont know why give our names?? Maybe for pick up orders, I dunno? was funny but a waste of time for those of us who knew what we were there for. Didnt matter; they didnt even have the battery I needed, but they sold the unit🙄 left disappointed and their prices for everything are outrageous I think. Overall, the associates were friendly and really seemed to be happy to work there and I like that.

Went in to buy a computer. The website said it was in stock. Asked an associate for help as it wasnt on the floor. He checked and confirmed it was in stock. After about 15 minutes of searching, the associate told me he couldnt find it. He simply said sorry about that and there was nothing else he could do. I could have asked for a manager but I didnt think it was worth pursuing. Ill buy it somewhere else, their loss.
