Today I went to the store and wanted to buy a phone case. I dont know where the phone case is, so I asked the staff. The first staff said no, the second staff said very rudely: go go go there, then turn left. If you are unwilling to help customers, why do you do this job? I dont understand whether your impatience and your attitude are the same for everyone, or just for me? Of course, this will be the last time I enter this store.

We went to grab snack for our trip after visiting my parents. They were supposed to close at 9 on a Friday but locked the doors early to avoid customers for the last 45 minutes. We didnt get to get snacks for our trip anywhere. Thanks dollar tree.

The store was clean and organized. However, this Dollars Tree didnt have all that I went to shop for. All Dollar Trees are different. This one was located in Vestavia.

This Dollar Tree location is really nice. Well organized and stocked. Very friendly staff. Sometimes they seem slightly understaffed, so the wait is a little inconvenient. Overall, great place though.

I think this is THE CLEANEST Dollar Tree I have been to. I have been to this location several times over the last few years and it never deviates from the first impression I had. I just hate that it is so far from my home. I definitely recommend this location if you are in the area.

ON DECEMBER 6,2017 AT AROUND 12 OR 1. MY COUSIN, HER 2 1/2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND I WERE SHOPPING AT THE DOLLAR TREE IN VESTAVIA HILLS IN BIRMINGHAM ALABAMA. AND, WE ENCOUNTERED AN EXPERIENCE THAT WAS BLOWN WAY OUT OF PROPORTION. MY COUSIN AND I WERE SHOPPING AROUND, AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE PUTTING OUT FREIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY AND EVERY EMPLOYEE SEEMED LIKE THEY HATED THEIR JOB AND I FELT LIKE THEY RUINED OUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. I HAVE NEVER FELT SO BELITTLED WHILE SHOPPING AND MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY UNENJOYABLE. MY COUSIN AND I WERE TREATING SO RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND IT WAS UNCALLED FOR. MY COUSIN AND I WERE GOING THROUGH THE CELLPHONE CASES TO FIND A CASE FOR OUR PHONES AND A DOLLAR TREE EMPLOYEE BASICALLY ACCUSED US OF DESTROYING THE CELLPHONE CASE AISLE AND WE CLEANED IT UP BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEE CAME UP TO US AND SAID ARE YOU GOING TO CLEAN UP THE CELLPHONE CASES... WHICH I HAVE WORKED IN A A LOT OF RETAIL STORES IN MY LIFE AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED AND THAT WAS SO UNCALLED FOR. I FELT LIKE IT WAS A RACIAL ISSUE AND THEN MY COUSIN AND HER DAUGHTER WERE CHECKING OUT AND I WAS ON THE PHONE WIT MY COUSIN AND THIS LADY CAME UP TO ME THE SAME EMPLOYEE AND SAID THAT I WAS NOT ALLOWED BACK AT HER STORE AND SHE DIDNT GIVE ME ANY EXPLANATION AND FOLLOWED ME OUT THE DOOR. I FELT VERY VIOLATED AND BULLIED BY ALL THE EMPLOYEES. I AM VERY SAD AND UPSET.
