I had a wonderful experience in a store in Vestavia Hills. By the name of collage designer consignment.The lady’s were very helpful and very polite!They had a wide variety of clothing that was name brand and well organized. I am looking forward to shopping in the store again and maybe consigning some clothes.

There is a fine line between being “very helpful” and feeling targeted. The saleslady followed my friends and I around the store and only began to make us feel welcomed when my friend was considering a purchase. Do with this information what you will.

This place has been a community staple for 28 years. The staff is caring and the selection is great for several age groups, styles and budgets can be found here. Looking forward to consigning my Frye boot collection here.

What a lovely and welcoming shop! I found some great new designer pieces, including Eileen Fisher. Friendly and helpful at made me feel right at home and even helped me find clothes by my favorite labels. Impressive selection of curvy sizes,too!

This is absolutely a wonderful boutique!! From the time I walked in I was mesmerized by the highest quality clothing, jewelry,shoes, and purses. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Customer service is 5 star. Collage inventory is 5 star.

Collage (and Tracy herself) are nothing short of AMAZING! I live in rural Hawaii, on the island of Kauai, and do 90% of my clothing shopping online. I randomly saw Tracy last year on one of her Facebook live videos, and was astounded at the sheer amount of wonderful items in her store. She held them all up close to the camera, described the level of quality she will only accept of items consigned, and was 100% transparent in all of her item descriptions. I have ordered a rare-issue Louis Vuitton elliptical handbag and several pieces of St John Knits from Collage, and am thrilled with all of them. Collages prices cant be beat, either. Shipping costs have been minimal (around $20 for an order of three knitwear pieces), and I always receive shipments in mere days. (It takes longer for some things to get to me from Honolulu!) Couldnt be more delighted! I feel I have made a friend in Tracy, not just due to her excellent taste and customer service, but because of her warm, friendly and naturally helpful personality. VERY expensive experience!!Items left after the expiration date- no matter what- are Donated to FoundryThey don’t call, they don’t remind you of expiration date - nothing!So the foundry is enjoying Prada and Jimmy Choo shoes on me!

One of the better consignment shops, but the mens selection is poor, lower tier brand names. Some of the womens selection is priced slightly high. Woth noting that a female employee openly expressed disdain for Muslims by insulting a well know local lawyer, suggesting he should go back to where he came from, it made me uncomfortable.
