Steve and his assistant were both extremely helpful in helping us with our decision. They showed us all the options and helped us make what I feel is a great choice. The first store we went to didn’t have any on display but they let us know that another branch close by had them on display. Anyone that states shopping for a new mattress is an easy task, think again! I had a few choices in mind, however, had not decided which one I was going to purchase. Upon entering the MattressFirm store in Vero Beach, Florida., I was greeted by salesman Vince Vercillo, who offered me his assistance. After comparing my original choices to those offered in the store, I chose to purchase the “Purple 3” mattress.In regards to delivery, I had requested for the mattress to be delivered on 8/5/21, the day I move into my new home. Although the delivery schedule stated 8/7/21 as the earliest available delivery date, Vince, Dan, Nick and Thomas pulled their resources together in order to satisfy my request for an 8/5/21 delivery. The MatressFirm Teams motivation was not to make the sale, that had already been decided. Their motivation was the sincere desire to satisfy the customer to the best of their ability. And that is exactly what they did!When considering recent events, and everything we have all gone through in the past year, how refreshing it was to see a Team do “their thing!” These gentlemen still care about their jobs and the customers that shop in their store. The sales man name was Vince. He had the softest blue eyes I have ever seen, so gentle, almost scared look. He looked as if a man would look if he need a hug. He didnt give a hug, he gave me a great deal on my frame. I sat at the counter we told a few jokes. He has the funniest Santa Clause jiggle when he laughs.whenever he talked to me I would just get lost into his eyes. I will go back even not to buy something and bring him food just to get lost in his eyes !!!!Vince carried my stuff out like a gentleman and told me how much he loves his wife and his job. His son Carlos was his pride and Joy. I don’t know what you will be doing in 2024 but I will be voting for Vince and Carlos 2024!!!!more people should be like Vince!! He is great !!

On November 26, within the early part of the time frame set for delivery, an adjustable bed frame was delivered and two men arrived placing a red carpet at our front door and wearing booties over their shoes. They promptly and carefully removed and placed the king mattress out of the way and removed the two twin box springs. They dismantled the old bed frame and installed the bed frame for the new headboard. The installation of the hardware and electronic control went quickly as did the bed frame. The king sized mattress was placed on the bed and we were shown how to operate it. They were well mannered and did their work promptly and cleanly. There was no old bedding left behind nor clean-up necessary after they left.We recommend the red carpet delivery from Mattress Firm Clearance without reservation.

My experience with Mattress firm clearance was phenomenal I highly suggest anyone who needs a bed to go to the mattress firm clearance center they will treat you right and give you a great deal tell Vince I said hello and thank you for my best night sleep on my new bed.

They gave me an excellent deal on the Purple 4 mattress. By far the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on! I bought the Purple pillow too and while it is quite heavy, it is the perfect thickness for me and the miniature purple crate inside is amazingly comfortable. The smartest purchase I’ve made in a long time!

I went in to see about getting a new mattress and bed frame for my home. The one i have is old and the frame is bent a little causing the center to sink in. Joseph Vera was the associate working that day. He asked me a series of questions regarding sleep style, back/neck issues, etc. He had me lay on 3 demos (soft, medium, and firm). I explained my price range and he showed me 2 different mattresses. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Never during the process did i feel pressured or influenced to buy a certain mattress.The entire experience was very positive! I did purchase a mattress and frame.
