2 months for a paint job. All the change taken from car. Garbage left In car. Seats moved around and emptied of gas. Brake cylinder and pads destroyed barley made it to a good mechanic. Costing 1,000 to fix. It may have been joy riding. Worst auto experience ever.

22FEB-17MAR2021/ Showed up to the shop to have a clutch replaced and I was quoted at $680 and 2 days. Fortunately, I saved that in my voicemail. There were miscellaneous beer bottles/cans littered everywhere. Showed up the following day to retrieve an item out of the back seat but my vehicle was not there. Shop owner told me the mechanic took it for test drive. Found out that the mechanic used my vehicle to pick up the parts he needed from AutoZone which turns out be a huge liability on me and my insurance since he used my vehicle as company vehicle. They did not even start my vehicle until 3 days into the ordeal. One week goes by and they tell me it is ready to pick up on Wednesday at 5:00 and to pay the office. I call the office and they tell me the bill is $800+. I dispute that with the office and argue I have the original quote and I am not paying more. I paid the $680 and go to the shop at 5:00. The vehicle is still in pieces with the transmission hanging down. I asked the mechanic what the deal was and he had the audacity to tell me It is what it is, bro. He complained that the bolts were rusted and covered in dirt so it was taking longer, they werent expecting aftermarket exhaust, etc. It is a Jeep with 160+K miles on it. Of course there is rust and dirt. He tells me the vehicle will be done the following day at 3:00. Thursday at 3:00, I show up to the shop and the vehicle is still in pieces with the Y-pipe completely disassembled. The mechanic storms off after I show up because he just finished attaching the transmission right when I got there. Apparently it was frustrating. He almost backed into my friends car with his truck and did a burnout to run to the 7-Eleven to pick up a Budweiser pounder and pistachios. The owner of the shop was under the vehicle trying to get everything back together. I asked him if it was going to be done today. His response was a series of profanities revolving around the fact that he was only getting $680 for the job, nothing was going right on the car, they didnt know it was an off-road vehicle and a plea to not reverse charges as he needed the money. In total, this Jeep has seen approximately 1000 moderate off-roading miles as it is my daily driver. They also had the VIN when they gave me the quote so they could not even say that they mistook the information I gave them to provide me a quote. I did not reverse charges as I thought Id be getting the vehicle back in the near future. I leave and tell them to call me when it is done. They call me Friday saying that it is done but the clutch pedal is shaking so they are going to reinstall everything to make sure they put everything in right. I appreciate that gesture. They reinstall everything TWICE. The mechanic calls and tells me he watched a YouTube video and realized that he did not replace the clutch fork. He tells me it will be done on 06MAR but unfortunately, I am leaving the state for a pre-planned visit to PA. He tells me it will be done by Monday when I get back. I get back, and they tell me they prioritized another truck that needed to be done before my vehicle could be done. They took this project AFTER my vehicle. A week goes by and nothing. I call the owner and he tells me 15MAR or 16MAR at the latest. 16MAR, still not done but it will be done at 8 PM. 8PM, nothing. I call a tow truck to haul it out the following day. When the truck arrives, it is obvious that the part was there and the vehicle has not been touched for a week. The mechanic tries to start the vehicle and blows a gasket on my transmission and oil goes everywhere. The tow truck hauled the vehicle to the Jeep Dealership down the road where it is currently getting an assessment for damage to the transmission. Overall I found a scratch in my door, a piece of rubber missing from my rear tire tread, and a dent on the side of my hood. These mechanics are negligent, unprofessional, NOT experts, as their name implies, and I would not recommend them to add wiper fluid. Get everything in writing, take pictures of your vehicle, and be prepared to contact a lawyer.

Dropped the car off Friday they said it would be done by Monday. I thought, GREAT!!! I called Monday and they said they needed another day to finish it. I thought, ok, thats fine, no big deal. I call Tuesday and I woman rushes me off the phone and says she will have to call me back. I waited hours then decided to call for myself. Straight to voicemail several times. I left a voice message and still nothing. I drove to the shop to speak with someone, during business hours and no one was to be found. While there someone finally showed up and said my car was finished but they had to wash it. Fine, so I waited for it to be washed. I paid. Got my keys and went to leave. When I got in my car the inside was COVERED in white dust. So bad the my black interior now looked white and it wouldnt just brush off, it would smear. I got home to take a closer look at my paint and inside of my door frames and drunk are all missing paint. I am very displeased!

Went in this morning with my damaged car from an accident the day before. Dave advised me not to drive the car and called my insurance company to report that. He was given the ok and called the car rental agency for me. It was painless. Would recommend them highly.

Im not one for negative reviews, but the experience Ive had at this establishment was terrible.I went in for an estimate on my truck door. It was bent or the hinges were. One of the employees or mechanics approached my vehicle with some crowbar looking tool and started on my door. After several failed attempts the employee not only made the situation worse than it was, but he also put several dents and very deep scratches in the side of my truck. The owner, I assume, approached the employee and started screaming and cursing at him. My 8 year old son was standing feet away while this whole thing was going on. The employee then attempted to jerry rig the problem he created once again making the problem much worse. After receiving a printed copy of the estimate I originally went in for, the owner (once again Im assuming he was the owner) came to me and started to curse more in front of my son. Using the F word several times and a few choice phrases I dont feel comfortable repeating. So now Im stuck with a very dangerous, non working truck door that doesnt even close. (It closed before I went in for my estimate) and the guy expects me to pay them over $200 dollars to not only fix the problem they created, but to also fix the very small problem I arrived with. Oh and not to mention the dents and paint I have to get fixed... I will never do business with these people in my life.
