You keep sending me this after each service.Why have I been driving my Mazda for 90 minutes one way for the last three years to service it at your dealership?I think this will answer all your questions.

I brought my car in for recalls because the previous owner of my vehicle didn’t do so, and there was a new recall for my airbag. I bought it in, the customer service was nice and polite, but when I got my car back, it reeked of gas. I didn’t say anything because I thought it would go away since they did a recall for my fuel tank, the smell did not go away. They told me that they couldn’t preform the recall because it was an aftermarket fuel tank, which is fine, but they didn’t put it back together properly. When my dad and I called about it a week after the service had been done, they rejected that they did anything wrong and (Amanda the service manager) is refusing to fix the fuel tank on my car. I find this very unprofessional because I trusted this place to do my recalls and they gave me my car in worse condition than I trusted them in.

I cannot speak highly enough for how professional and friendly the customer service was at Dyer Mazda this weekend. From my salesperson Tre Scrivens to the Sales Manager Nic Campion and even Chuck Marchetti in the Finance Office, every person I worked with at this dealership treated me with respect, kindness, and the utmost professionalism. This commitment to the customer truly made my car buying experience, which we all know can often be an anxious and difficult process, both enjoyable and a delight. I will be returning to Dyer Mazda for service on my new Cx5 for as long as I live here in Vero Beach and I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

My car was brought in to set my air bag modules, etc after extensive body repairs post accident on 11/15/2020. Dyer Mazda did an excellent job with the repairs and I will always use Mazda Service Department and Body shop due to the high level of service and excellent customer car.

I scheduled my Miata’s first oil change/ tire rotation since it was purchased last year. The work was performed well plus they washed and vacuumed the car! They also provided me with a full report on all the major systems regarding condition.
