Tire Town is an excellent establishment to have your vehicle repaired. I’ve had both foreign and domestic vehicle maintenance performed there. John, Peter, Michael, and co. are knowledgeable, fair, and go the extra mile for their customers. They complete work on time and on budget. It’s the kind of garage you used to go to, back when a garage was a garage, not just a service center trying to sell you something. I absolutely recommend them to everyone I can and I even trust them enough to have them maintain my senior-aged parents’ car.

John at Tire Town helped me out this week when my tire pressure light indicated low pressure. He filled my tire so I could get to work. Somehow I had picked up a bolt in my rear passenger tire. Since I have an all wheel drive SUV all I was thinking was ugh, Im going to need 4 new tires....ouch! John told me he could fix it.I dropped the car off the next morning and they had it done before noon, AND didnt charge me an arm and a leg. I HIGHLY recommend Tire Town and will make them my go-to tire place from now on.

We drove over a screw on the way to grandmas right before thanksgiving. We called and John was kind enough to wait for us even though he was closing. He patched the tire and got us back on the road in under a half hour. This saved our entire holiday.

John got me a same day appointment. I was able to drop my Jeep off and within a few hours I received a call saying it was all set. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Took my Lincoln in for a noise the dealer could not find after two attempts. An hour later the noise is gone and I am thrilled! Very nice people. Very good mechanics. I would highly recommend them.

Have been going to Tire town for my Jeep cherokee for routine maintenance for 2+ years now.They are always wonderful to adapt to my schedule, and ALWAYS have the Jeep ready when they say they will.Theyve done oil changes, tire replacements, and brake repair - all timely, all quality, all left with a satisfied customer.These guys rock !

My mother was traveling from Maine to Connecticuts for her granddaughters birthday. Unfortunately her car broke down on 84 in between exit 66 and 67.AAA towed her car to Tire town requested by the tow guy. Peter said he would look at my moms car while she sat their for 3 hrs, well he didnt and knew my mother was in a pinch and would be trying to get back to Maine on MondayPeter of Tire town did not look at my moms car till Monday- it was a Friday -I can get it.He looks the car over 2 hrs after being open on Monday. Reports to my mother it needs a radiator, 2 hoses and a thermostat it would be 800. Also mentions she needs new tires and her battery is rusting. Ok fine.My mother pays and heads on her 400 mile trip back to make.She makes it to New Hampshire and her car breaks down at 7pm.Ends up she needs a new engine, sway bar, new ball joints.You want to tell me this man had no idea that the car had other issues?Even if he didnt - and I dont think that was the case- is this the person you want fixing your car?This could have ended a lot worse. I just find it extremely disgusting that he sent my mother on a 400 mile trip in a car that was not safe and charged her 850 dollars.This is why car repair places get a bad rap. Think twice before going here.

I took my car there after my tire popped because of the pressure gauge. It took two days for them to change my tire when I bought a new one days before. The second I got my car back I had only been driving for only about 8 minutes and my light was going off on the instrument bar. I took it back and the guy check the pressure and laughed and smiled and said, “the pressure gauge I put in it already died” this is after he told me he ordered a brand new one, so my guess is he lied and used an old one, this cost me $160. One of my tires now has a bubble in it so I’m at Monro and they said they over torqued the screws and they are way too tight and are having trouble getting it off. These people have no idea what they are doing and mess up while not caring about the price they are charging their customers. I will never go back there, for now on I will always come to Monro.
