5 years since I moved from another service center to Goodyear Vernon and I am not moving anywhere. Its difficult to get good mechanics and these people are awesome! They never up-sell and they care for you. If there are multiple things needed to be done, they will honestly help you prioritize among those - must do now to can wait till next service. Have been impressed everytime! Thanks to Goodyear to having them. They are awesome!

I had stopped to grab a coffee on my way from NH to NJ and noticed a scraping sound, and found that there was a screw stuck between the tread of my drivers side front tire.Called around a few shops and all of them said that they could not help me on short notice. Finally ended up calling the Goodyear shop, who said they would be able to accommodate me as soon as I drove I. 45 minutes later, I was sent on my way.10/10 - highly recommended

I drove over an Allen wrench which was stuck in my tire. I didn’t have an appointment they fit me in that morning! Super friendly and plugged my tire for less money than I expected! I highly recommend this good year location! If I could I would have given ten ⭐️

I was out shopping, and when I went back to my car, my tire was flat. Fortunately, Good Year was right across the street. I drove a over, and they took my car right in. They did a great job in repairing my tire, PLUS they performed a free safety check on my alignment to ensure my safety following the fix. Customer service was wonderful. They were knowledgeable and helpful. I went in for 4 tires and they found another issue which they took care of. They also gave me a good price on everything seeing how the other issue was unexpected.The only thing I didnt like was the wait. I had a 8 am appointment but did not leave till about 3 hours later. Im assuming its because the found another issue I had no idea was there. Thats why I still gave the 5 stars.They was also a customer that was rude to one of the workers and he was VERY professional in responding. He handle the situation VERY WELL.

We had a large branded RV towing a trailer and we got a flat. We were on a time crunch and in a bind. We called and they were able to get us in ASAP and get us right back on the road. Shoutout to Demaulie for being super knowledgeable and speedy, as well as Anthony the store manager for excellent customer service! Highly recommend them!

I had been yhere two times for free flat repair. And even though my car is too low to put on lift, they are still willing to jack it.Its super easy to make an appointment online and drop off the key there.Front desk guy is super nice and helpful, and the guy in the working area did a good job as well.

Omg the best, we were on our way to from New Jersey boston got a flat tire we ended up stopping at firestone and 3 other places no one was willing to help nor cared that it was an emergency except this place, they took amazing care of us, the service was phenomenal!

It was my first time going to Goodyear (recommend by my husband) to get new tires and I would definitely go back. As soon as I walked in the door, I knew it was going to be a great experience. Demaulie was behind the counter and he is so nice and welcoming. Anthony was nice and welcoming as well. He thoroughly explained other things that needed to be done but didnt pressure me. First time at this location and the service was amazing. I first made an appointment with Demaulie on a Sunday afternoon and he was very professional and did not give me the run around like all the previous places I called that morning. He was honest about the work load and staff available to do the work I needed done and suggested the best course of action for me. He set me up with an appointment Monday morning and I was good to go. I forgot I had an appointment that morning and called less than 15 min from closing and he still had the same level of enthusiasm as the first time I called. He rescheduled my time for later in the day and I was back to relaxing at home with the wife. I come in Monday afternoon and to my surprise it is the same gentleman I was speaking with on the phone. It truly was a pleasurable experience dealing with Demaulie. He explained the challenges we faced with programming my new sensors and was quick to find a resolve and had an employee head right over to Toyota to pick up a set for me. He kept me updated through out the process and asked how I wanted to proceed with storage of my old tires and where I would like my full size spare stored, so he can have everything ready for me since they were aware that I was pressed for time having to head into work myself. This man should be the bench mark of what all the employees should aspire to be like. I made sure to grab several business cards and will recommend all my friends and family to stop by when ever they are in need of vehicle service and to ask for Demaulie Henriques personally. I hope to run into the store manager Anthony Mctizic one day and explain to him how lucky he is to have a person show this much effort and dedication to the customer service he provided me with over the phone and in person. I had my car serviced last Sunday for an oil change and free tire rotation. They always check over my car and let me know of any problems but never put pressure to have any additional work done. It just so happened that they let me know both front signal lights were not working. I had them replace them and was thankful they are so thorough since I could have gotten stopped by the cops or worse caused an accident. Tony is always very professional and friendly. I will continue to have my car serviced at Goodyear in Vernon!!

The employees at Goodyear were a pleasure to deal with. They helped me with every aspect of my tire purchase. Tony was a great help in choosing tires. I have sent all of my family to get tires from Goodyear. The only one drawback was dealing with the credit card company, they are worthless.

On Sunday I had a flat on my utility trailer. I bought a new tire but couldnt mount it. I went to another tire shop up the street but they said I would have to leave it and they werent sure they could do itSo I left and came to Goodyear. The gentleman in the office looked at it and said he could do it. In less TV than 15 minutes I was heading back home to put the newly mounted tire back on my trailer. Came in for the first time Saturday to get a slow tire leak checked out. Was irreparable, so Demaulie explained all the options - getting 1 (not recommended), 2 of the same, or 4 new tires. I decided to buy 4 new tires with a promotion after a discussion with my mechanical advisor, my dad. Dropped car off at 10, picked up 5. Scheduled appt online - when I showed up they had my tires in-stock and install went fast and was well done. Also after years of bad tires and multiple brands I now only install Goodyear tires on my cars.

Fixed my flat. Woke up with a huge bolt in the tire. Brought the tire on and they were able pull the plug and patch it up. It did take a lot longer than I expected, but I didnt have an appointment when I walked in.

I was traveling from NYC to Boston and had tire trouble on the highway. I pulled off at about 7:20pm on a Friday night. I called after they were closed and told them my dilemma. Nick told me to come even though they were closed and they would quickly help me get back on the toad. I arrived, he fixed the tire promptly and pleasantly even though he had to stay late. Extremely generous and amazing. Goodyear Vernon and Nick, deserve 5 stars all the way!! Thanks guys!!

I’m very impressed by this facility. I called to get a quote on tires for my car. I spoke with Simon who was able to track down some tires for my car and have them at the shop by that evening. I came in for my appointment and Simon gave me a time frame for completion. He ensured me they wanted to make sure they got everything right since I have a Maserati and they do not generally deal with them. They ended up working past their normal business hours to make sure everything was perfect with the new tires. I’m positive they all wanted to get home after a long day of work, however I greatly appreciate that they took their time. Simon has exceptional customer service skills and I would recommend this facility to anyone. They always give quality service with a smile!

Dont go there, the managers rip People off. They dont care about employees. The employees get the job done and do amazing job. It may take a little bit longer For them to get it done because the managers over book them. they say the check everything over but most of the time the managers tell him just to push out your car. And the main manager Cuts employees time cards so he can make more money for himself. And of the employees tools arent good youre approved or they cant use them I dont see the point why it has to be Goodyear approved owns a tool gets the job done and doesnt do damage to the car. They make their employees not even want to work on cars anymore. Its pretty sad. They dont even get paid enough to even buy new tools Are there box.

Good service as always. Took it in on a sunday for check engine light, oil change and rear differential cover replacement, quickly diagnosed the check engine as bad mass air flow sensor and a large evap leak. Reasonable price for repairs and truck is running great. Thanks again!

Hi I went to the Goodyear in Vernon CT. I had gotten there late in the day. They were very busy but was able to take me. I was not in any hurry. They were able to put on 4 new tires and balance them. They all and Simon especially was the best person. His customer service was outstanding, which now a days is rare.. They even helped me with getting my rebate. That was the manager. On a cold Saturday afternoon two of our lug nuts came off our back tire on the highway driving from Maine to New York City, and we were towed to Goodyear. Though they had several customers ahead of us, they still took us in and fixed our studs *so quickly*, just so we could make it back to NYC that night. Real saviors—and excellent customer service!

I’ve always had bad experiences when getting my oil changed, so I was skeptical my first time going here. Thankfully Good Year has changed my outlook and I’ve never had a bad experience there. Today i went and got my oil changed, and was told there was a nail in my tire. They patched it up FOR FREE then sent me on my way! I couldn’t be happier every time i leave this place and neither could my car. Thank you!

I needed a set of tires and wanted OEM Michelins, with which I was more than satisfied. The same model tire comes in different tread patterns for different vehicles, and only Nick at Goodyear in Vernon was able to give me an immediate quote on the specific tire I wanted. Although the tire alone cost $22.50 more than the Tire Rack price, they came with lifetime balancing and rotation. Installation and 4 wheel (lifetime) alignment were reasonably priced and their road hazard protection is superior to the competition. Installation took a little longer than estimated (2.5 hr vs 2 hrs) but I’m confident the job was done right and worth the wait. My life is worth the (slight) extra time and expense. Is yours?

I have been going here for my oil changes for the past year Always decent customer service never great though. It started to go downhill a lot when about 6 months ago an employee decided to cuss out a customer. None of my business but pretty unprofessional if you ask me. I as given a “free” oil change card for having to deal with the drama of waiting for them to stop fighting. Little did I know when I went back to use my “free” oil change it’s for the cheapest oil you can buy. I use high mileage and I feel they should have honored that. About 2 months ago I brought my car in because it what I thought was one of my belts was making a noise. They come out of the shop and tell me that absolutely everything is fine and they couldn’t find any issues. I even showed them the video I took the day before of the belt making that noise and they proceeded to tell me that they heard no such noise. Told me they could “take it apart” and look more if I wanted but they doubt they’d find anything. At that point I thought maybe it was a fluke and said forget it. I took my car in just a short 3 weeks after that belt situation for a rountine oil change. They come out and tell me “ you need a new serpentine belt badly”. Boy was i upset. I told them it was funny because 3 weeks ago they said that belt was fine. They also told me I needed a few others things. I said I’ll think about it and call back. Frustrated and confused I called a family member who has worked on cars his whole life. He took a look at it the following day and told me the belt was absolutely fine and that he actually discovered the water pump needed to be replaced. For men who get paid to diagnose these issues for them not to know that is ridiculous. They are a bunch of salesman, not true mechanics whatsoever. Also, the bolts on my battery were so loose it was causing my radio display to fade in and it but they also failed to figure that one out. Needless to say, I won’t be giving them any more if my business. I tried to give them many chances and time and time again they prove to be lazy, uneducated, salesmen.

I was on a road trip with friends when our engine light came on and our car wouldnt go over 40 mph. So we pulled into Goodyear and with the help from the great staff they were able to change the fuel filter in under the amount of time it usually. Takes and they gave us a Great deal as well!!So thank you Goodyear of Vernon

I was with my 16 year old daughter and her car that she just bought. She thought she needed 2 front tires because they were almost flat and torn a bit. As soon as we walked in, we were taken care of immediately. The man who talked to us went outside, checked her tires and noticed another tire that wasnt going to make it, i agreed. He was kind, and very intelligent. My daughter was in tears because she was running out of money, so this man offered her something to drink and cookies. They gave her an amazing deal on 4 tires and a free oil change. They checked her car over and let us know all the things that needed to be done asap and some things that could wait. I could feel the concern they had for my daughters safety. We were a walk in, without an appointment and very close to closing time. The man who helped us said hed wait until her car was finished before he closed for us. I wish i could find his name and business card to give him thanks from the bottom of my heart. You are an angel!!

Amazing! Nick was wonderful. We had a tire issue on our ride home and not only did they stay late to take care of us but they were so friendly and kind. They didn’t take advantage of us either. We so appreciate it and will be recommending them. There need to be more people like this in the world

Had a nail in the tire and it was repaired for free. Staff was courteous and professional. I’m a little more educated about cars than your average person and I observed how they didn’t take advantage of a customer that wasn’t as educated about cars and that says a lot about them and how trust worthy they are.

Ahmed, and Nick were great guys. Very welcoming. You would be so lucky to find this place if you had a flat like me. I didnt do any major work, a flat fix, but they were busy. Which is always a sign of a good shop.

Simon and Terrance were very helpful. They stayed overtime to fix my car as I had to pick up my kids from the JFK airport that night. They did their job in a professional and timely manner.

While traveling up the East Coast on our road trip this weekend, I ran into a small bubble in our tire. Thank goodness for the team at good year! I called them from the road, they told me to drive directly to them, and they helped us right away. We got sidelined for less than an hour while they assessed the situation, changed our tire and checked us out. Great customer service. Thankful to have been in the right place at the right time.

Friendly, accommodating usually high quality service, but repeated difficulty sussing a continued shimmy following installation of then new tires.

My tire pressure was low so I asked this good year location to take a look. They told me the tire had a nail and couldnt be patched and I would have to buy a new tire. I didnt have time to do it that night so I brought the car to another good year location closer to me. They were able to patch my tire and never suggested that I needed a new tire.

I am writing a Review to mention the Goodyear Associate Tony. Always has a smile on his face and is very accommodating and helpful. My Family goes to Good year in Vernon because the way we are treated by Tony.

We had a blow out on our way to a wedding. The gentleman at Goodyear Vernon could not have been kinder. They had us back on the road in about 15 minutesI HIGHLY recommend this establishment!

They are pretty good in terms of getting you back on the road. But other then that the date just takes to long tho at time they can be booked in which that is understandable. But above all good customer service an great employees.

We were traveling in our RV and needed new tires quickly. They quoted us a price, replaced all 6 tires and remounted the spare at no additional cost after finding one of the wheels was bent. NICK went out of his way to get the correct jack and did a great job replacing all the tires. Everyone was very friendly and we got a 0% card with a 10 % discount to pay for the tires!

I called the location on Tuesday morning. Tony, the manager, set up my appointment for later that day. I was going in for two new tires. Tony said that they had the tires in stock, and they could get the job done, today. I arrived at 1:30, and they were right on schedule. My car was taken in, right away! Tires were put on, balanced, and aligned. Customer service is excellent. They put their customers first! I will be back for all of my automotive and tire needs!

As far as bad luck goes with blowing a tire on my way to work, Im very fortunate to have broken down right next to Goodyear. I was happy with the service I received and they have a customer for life. Went to have a flat replacement. All four of my rims swapped. They went above and beyond to replace missing parts and oh yea they stayed there 2 hours after close yo finish. GREAT PLACE

Purchased tires for many cars here, I also use them for my oil changes. They are very friendly and reasonable, clean shop, they are willing to match prices on tires from other locations. The oil change prices are better than most, like most places they will offer their other services (wipers, etc) but they never pressure.I think the wait for an oil change might be a little longer than other express places, but we usually just drop our cars there and dont wait for it. Like a barber shop, I think the wait depends on how busy their garage is.

I went in for 4 new all-season tires today and spoke with both Tony and Jason, who were knowledgeable and friendly. The quoted price was very reasonable, they changed the tires and checked alignment while I waited and made quick work of the process. Free tire rotation as needed in the future is included in the price, which is a bonus. I definitely plan to go back when our other car needs tires.

Driving from Massachusetts to Virginia, we had a bad tire blowout on the interstate near this shop. They put on our spare tire and checked/rotated the other ones at no charge. The manager was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and kind, as were the other two men working on our car. If we lived in this area, we would go to this location for all of our tire needs. This place is awesome and its employees are great. They repaired my flat tire free in the past and I went back yesterday for 4 new run-flat tires. The price was great (actually cheaper than Tirerack on internet) and the service was even better. I highly recommend this place!!!

Great customer service and work.. I take all 3 of my cars here and drive 25 minutes just to go to this Goodyear... Always have some promotion going on. Takes longer than the normal oil change bc they check everything during the service, but its worth the wait to find a problem if it exists.

Came here to get a replacement tire rack tire mounted and balanced.Brought the wheel and tire home to realize it was mounted backwards. When I returned, I was told it was because the wheel wasnt mounted on the car. The tire is clearly marked inside and outside.Spoke with the manager (Anthony) who quickly admited fault and reimbursed me.Due to his honesty I rated this 4 stars. I dont think I would have left as satisfied had he not been there.

If I could I would rate this zero stars. I have never been more upset with a business. I was informed that my tires were fine with air and that my breaks were good when I went in for a routine oil change. I had a flat tire today and went to a local garage to get it fixed. I was informed that all of my tires were worn and that I had been neglecting to take care of my car. Thats when I informed them of my ROUTINE oil changes with this company. For a routine oil change I waited 3 hours and they do not check or do their 29 point inspection. Because of this my car was almost ruined. I am absolutely LIVID that I wasted money at this organization. I will never return to this business.

I had brakes rotors done at another good year location heard rubbing brought it in after 2 hours of waiting they tell me to take my car back to the Norwich Goodyear store where I had the work done to warranty the breaks. I then called the store in Norwich and the manager asks me why didnt that store do the work since also a Goodyear Auto Service location. Brakes still making noise they replaced all brakes rotors and two wheel barrings in a 2 to 3 month period between two locations. On a Buick Lacrosse fairly newer model. Just a horrible experience lots of time and money
