My horses feed has been out of stock for the WHOLE month of September & counting. WHATS GOING ON VENICE??? This hasnt been a problem in the past. Not sure why seeing as how every other tractor supply has NO problems carrying it & keeping it in stock (sentinel LS preform). I love tractor supply for all of my horses needs. However its extremely inconvenient having to drive 45 minutes to a neighboring tractor supply every week or having to pay $20+ for shipping.

My husband & I just traveled 45 min to Venice FL, to the tractor supply to buy almost $200 worth of propane b/c all of the locations near our house had no propane b/c all systems are broken, the manager, (a girl with long dark hair) was EXTREMELY RUDE TO BOTH OF US)we arrived 20 minutes before the store closed, & she made a HUGE deal about how we should’ve arrived TEN MINUTES EARLIER (she said the propane area closes at 8:30 PM, when the store closes at 9pm. (which is not posted ANYWHERE) The gentleman filling up our tanks was extremely nice -This “manager”has a horrible attitude & was even rude to everyone, even the cashier who we saw her treating very rudely in front of customers

Love this store for everything they carry; however, I do wish their employees were more knowledgeable about what they sell. Every time I asked questions about the items I was purchasing I was met with a deer in the headlights look, shoulder shrugs, and apologies.

What a great store! You could spend hours browsing all of the cool stuff that they sell oh, such a great variety. The employees are very helpful.

So heres the reason some shoppers will use Amazon services even when the price is not much different from a local store: Compare the large bags of safflower seeds we buy to feed birds between our local Tractor Supply and Amazon--$1 difference, Amazons favor. Amazon delivers on the day they promise and leaves the product on the porch. No contact. No effort. TSC might have it in stock but you must brave the unmasked customers who flock there for farm/ranch supplies. A sign on the door asks shoppers to wear a mask but no one bats an eye as maskless smirks look around for a challenge to their bare faces. (to TSCs credit employees are always masked) But then they DONT have it in stock after all, so you call a week later, twice. Finally you make your 2nd trip into the danger zone. Yes, I know local people are employed by TSC but I also know we have local employees working at the Amazon distribution warehouse in our town. Employees in each location have the freedom to choose to work there or not. I called corporate TSC and they gave lip service to masks-in-store but no changes are evident. So, here goes my order to Amazon. See? UPDATE after owner response below: Why would I waste time calling again? I called several weeks ago (I did not address store employees personally) to explain calmly and patiently that no employee in your store was interested in whether masks were worn or not. No one was present to offer a mask to bare faces, no one offered clean and sanitized shopping carts, no one smiled and encouraged customers who complied with the sign on the door requiring masks to be worn inside. I called CORPORATE and was told the issue in this particular store would be addressed. As far as anyone familiar with the covid history of this store is concerned, a sheet of paper and lip service is all Tractor Supply is willing to provide to ensure safety of all customers.

As complete a hardware store as you can find in addition to being a farm store.

Love thos store. Always have great items and service. I seem to come when it is difficult getting up and down isles due to stock being put out. Too many carts blocking your path. Other then that... LOVE IT!

What a great addition to Venice!! This store has a touch of everything: clothes, hardware, pet care, lawn care, and even home decor. When you visit, youll surely find what you need along with plenty of other fun items you want!

What a great store!!! Very knowledgeable staff, my husband and I went yesterday and loved seeing all that they have. Their prices are very comparable to Walmart, dare I say maybe even better?! For all those dog lovers out there, they have a bathing station for dogs!!! I brought all of mine there yesterday- so glad that they are clean now! 😊 they also have baby chicks 🐤 if you are looking for some.

Always has what I need for my horses and livestock!

Horrible, asked this curly haired kid for help. He didnt know anything about the inventory. He went to get help n left me to wander for 45mins. When i left he was helping everyone but me.Will get my farm supplies elsewhere as long as this kid works there. (I use the word work for lack of a better word)

Today was the first day they opened. I was shocked to see such a wonderful and knowledgeable team on day one. Obviously must have a great store manager!!!

New store. They could use more customer service on the floor to help people find things. They also run out of horse grain, pellets, and bagged hay too often. They should stock more for the needs of the horse community in Venice.

A great experience working with Robert, very helpful and knew his lawnmowers, even after he had clocked out for the day, went above and beyond his duties, and a very nice staff inside the store.

Love it, they always have what we need. The staff are always helpful as well.

If you have tattoos I would not recommend entering you will be profiled and 2 creepy masked employees will be hovering like a fly above a cows rear!
