Placed an order for two complete uppers which were in stock when I placed the order. Build time said 2 weeks on complete uppers. After a month of no word or no shipping notice I tried to contact ACME Machine. I have left multiple voice mails and emails none of which were responded to. This is very frustrating and with the amount of money spent you would think customer service would be better. One of the worst experiences ever and I am beginning to wonder if this is even a legit company or did I get scammed. I understand that in the firearms industry supply is very low and build time are extended so I have no complaints on that. My issue is with the total lack of communication and integrity of the ACME Machine. If you say you are going to contact a person via email or phone call with 1 to 2 business days you should be able to do that. Just hoping to get what I ordered this point.

Ordered a 450 bushmaster upper a month ago. Website says 2 week lead time. Product was in stock when I ordered. A month later no upper yet Ive called 3 times and emailed no response from customer service either. So far it seems Im just out my money.Update it took me another week of leaving numerous messages and emails asking for my money back. No response from Acme at all. Thankfully my bank app notifies me of deposits. Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. Would not recommend.

I love everything Ive ordered, 17 rail, bottom sights anti-walk pins, red dot, charging handle, extended take down pins, tools of all kind. The blokes claiming terrible CS are straight up lairs. He Answered m y question on Thanksgiving day!!!!

Its pretty much impossible to get in contact with someone who works for acme if you call you cant wait for the next rep to answer the phone you only have the option to either hang up or leave a message and they have not responded to my email either

Ordered the 45 degree sights, received package marked “Received in Damaged Condition “. Only had a small piece of tape holding it together. No sights in the package, just the packing slip. Still waiting on response from voicemail and email to ACME.Have made SEVERAL calls over the course of three days, sent two emails, and one internal message through their website (which is where I initially purchased the sights). I continue to get sent to voicemail after voicemail. No response from the company whatsoever.Will gladly update review upon reasonable resolution.**UPDATE-Customer service prevailed. Follow up to last review. ACME contacted me and swiftly sent out replacement sights. A+ Customer Service.

I recommend Acme machine to a friend looking to buy a nitride 10.5 upper. He ordered it and received an upper with a phosphate barrel and a broken dust cover that wont stay shut.he called customer service for a refund was told they dont give refunds. Customer service said they would see what they could do and would call him back. NEVER called back and wont answer his phone call. Stay clear of this company. I

Placed an order 6 weeks ago for in stock parts. Nothing received to date.Cant reach customer service by phone - on any of their extensions. Messages dont get answered.Emails to customer service go unanswered with the exception of cancelling part of my order 4 weeks in. In that case, I only knew that cancellation worked because I received the credit. They never did confirm by email. (Hint to other customers, you have to email them a cancellation request because theres no cancel button on their website.)

I have purchased 7 times from Acme in the last 8 months. These folks have the customer service side nailed - fast response, correct tracking info, timely follow-up in both FB messenger and email. I personally have not had to return any items, but my buddy had a problem after I recommended them - They responded quickly and sent the replacement. The products I have ordered have all been correct and very cost effective. Wide variety of value driven products in addition to higher end products still with an emphasis on competitive prices. These folks are 5 star across the board.

Received my refund after filing with BBB. I doubt these guys made the refund, since complaint was against Amazon.Stay clear. Slow to respond and then they accuse customer of trying to scam them. These guys do not refund or remedy problems. They want customer to pay for mistakes made by business. Products made in china and poor quality.Response to owner......My wife ordered something from you as a gift for me. The first item you sent was broken and she asked if you would replace. You never responded. She followed Amazons return policy and returned your broken item for a refund. 4 weeks later she received the requested replacement, the problem is you never responded to her request, so she went to another vendor. After she contacted you this was your reply-ACME Machine: I did exactly what you asked (Just w/o responding to email and sitting on it for 4 weeks). At this point you need to return the replacement for a refund. WE ARE NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF GIVING FREE HANDOUTS TO CUSTOMERS TRYING TO SCAM THE SYSTEM.This sounds pretty nasty to me. The accusations and lack of common sense from your end are shameful. So, I will be around until you send her a paid label and refund her money. I hope you understand its the principle here. Why do you think you can accuse my wife of scamming the system?What system are you speaking of anyhow?

Just ordered some relatively inexpensive gas blocks from ACME Machine. When I sent an email to let them know that they were rusting in the bags, I was told that I could return them for exchange. I didnt email to exchange them but, instead, to make them aware of the rusting problem. Bottom line... the CSR didnt seem to care about the rust issue and that makes me question their desire to deliver a quality product. Would you want to install a gas block on a rifle, then have the set screws seize and prevent future removal, especially after you saw the block rusting in place? My concern was with them selling a potentially defective product that could impact the functionality of a weapon. This lets me know that I need to shop elsewhere.

Saw the post on Facebook trying bump reviews. You never said anything about a good review so here is your review. I have not purchased anything from ACME but I find the wording on the items very misleading. People say you get a good product for the price, but the prices are higher than what you can research and buy on your own direct. Ok so maybe you stand behind your product so that is worth the extra in the price? From the reviews, it seams that thats not the case.So there is the review. Lets see if I win the free scope and then maybe Ill give it a review as well.

I met the acme guys at a gun show in indiana they answered all my question gave me alot of info showed me a couple tricks to building ARs prices are great good products have not had any problems with any of the rifles and lowers or rails that I have bought off of them I bought a couple lowers from them they threw in a couple mags all around great guys to deal with I have about 5 of their rifles and I must say that 6.5 grendel is a monster I love it thanks again guys and o iam about to purchase the 6.5 creedmoreand 308 with their scope from them in the next week or 2
