I was there with my 2 year old son. He had peed through his clothes. I could not take my cart with my purse. Matthew the security was absolutely amazing. I asked him if he would mind. He was absolutely amazing. He watched my cart. He was so sweet and did not leave my cart until I came back. Best associate ever.

Not only is Target aesthetically pleasing to shop in, but the stores are always clean and organized, and there is almost always a great selection of anything I am looking to shop for. And using the app to tie in all my shopping trips together, find coupons, and even order items ahead of time for pick up makes my shopping experience feel personalized and fun.

Awesome service. The woman who brought my order out, I could see her pushing the cart out the door before I even parked the car! We didnt wait at all. I wish this store had cold goods for sale to for pickup. We went to walmart for a scheduled pickup after we left target for our perishables and we waited over an hour in the parking lot. I know everyone is going through a hard time and working the best that they can but I feel target went above and beyond!!

She was thoughtful and explained to me all about how to use the delivery settings even though I messed it up and brought it put to my truck anyway. Good thing it was early in the morning and she wasnt too busy! I am handicapped so this was a blessing. My first time doing this so it worked out wonderfully. Thank you so much! I highly recommend doing delivery service especially for those that may have a hard time getting around or just need the service that is easy, quick and convenient.

The Valparaiso Target is always clean, staff is friendly and there is plenty of staff around when you need assistance. They also have hand sanitizer at every check out and are cleaning carts and stations if thats something youre worried about during this time. Plenty of registers open to avoid crowding and allowing for social distancing as well.

I have used this hiking polls, teeming polls, for a year hiking at the Indiana Dunes National Park and Indiana Dunes State Park every day. I volunteer and report trail conditions. There are a combined 65 miles PLUS. $19.99 is a bargain.

Me and my partner love Target,but this particular one we can not support anymore we witness someone who we believe was a manager or something speak very badly to other employee insulting their intelligence it was very sad we dont remember her name but her name tag started with a R i believe god only knows what else is said about employees behind closed doors disgusting and bad leadership

I love shopping here even more now that it has music! Employees are very helpful and courteous. The only negative is that the bathroom is the pits!

I love that you can order your stuff and just go up front and get it. And I love the target brand diapers and wipes! I think they need a better selection on baby clothes. But this is one of my favorite places to shop. A little high on prices.

I have two kids and live in NW Indiana. Weve had a nasty winter. Being able to get my shopping done and still have my Target essentials without having to drag my kids in and out of the slush has been amazing!! I LOVE the drive-up service and am very grateful for it!!

Target can have some very nice products.The check out at this store is usually fairly quick. However, IMO this particular store doesnt seem to have as big of a selection on many items that other Targets carry.

I have always been a regular Target shopper and each time Im in the Valpo store the cashiers are always very nice. I was in a few weeks back and purchasing quite a bit for a bedroom remodel. My husband noticed that a worker was following us oddly close. We asked if there was a problem and he got very upset and continued to follow even after we asked if we had done something wrong and asked if he was indeed an employee. I understand they have loss protection staff and they have a job to do however this man followed us to the point that we left our full cart and watched him walked to the front and stand at self checkout by another co-worker on their phones laughing and clearly not working. I ended up placing my order online and have not been back since that. I regret not bringing it to a managers attention but I will not go back alone with my children when they have workers clearly making customers feel that uncomfortable. And if they are going to have people following they need to remain far enough away that they are ad hearing to the 6 feet rule due to Covid and PERSONAL space. This man squeezed in-between my husband and I in the curtain isle without even an excuse me.

Never shopping here again. After hearing about the terrible mistreatment a very kind hearted friend of our family suffered at the hands of their rent a cop security guard and a similar experience befell a neighbor, I can only assume this place is getting kickbacks for reporting innocent people. They really should try to have less lecherous staff if they want to keep any business.

They added food to the place to make it more tempting. Didnt seem to work that well. Their prices are mid to high, and they now have a special service where theyll shop for overpriced goods and either deliver them to you or give them to the poor -- I should have read the ad more closely. Anyway, The only place Ive ever seen crowded there is the return desk, which completely blocks the front door during the holidays. Maybe thats one of their advertising ploys. Anyway, if youre looking for a headache, go to WalMart. Cheaper prices, and about the same helpful staff.

Didnt understand how pick up outside worked either... should have explanation in the order is ready alert. Did not have pick up order line open. Everyone waiting in one line... The week of Christmas?? Seriously? Then no notice, finally had to ask even though they are standing right there. I told another women who was waiting. They just let her stand there...

Order pickup is horrible. You have to wait in behind returns and all customer service. I could have gotten in and out faster if I had just walked in and took out to the cash register!!!! Why order online for pickup if its faster to my go in and purchase regular?!

While I much prefer Super Targets, this location is tolerable in a pinch.The location is in a highly congested area & as usual with a lot of Targets, the parking lot is far from being user friendly.The greeting card selection is slim.Staff seem to be hard to locate, other than at registers; girls clothes in 4-16 are available but definitely not in much of a selection if you wanted or needed to buy a last minute birthday present;By far the best thing I can say about this particular Target is that its near a few other decent stores

This target is always very clean and organized. Employees are generally very helpful. Self checkout is available here, which is convenient and easy.

I ordered 1 single item and received the wrong thing. It was someone elses order. I had to turn back around and drive another 25 mins to get the correct thing. Waste of my time, money and gas!

I had a gift card that I handed to the cashier. I assumed she swiped it. then she asked me if I had cartwheel. Which I do. I said to the cashier make sure you do the gift card FIRST, because I have tried to use my gift card twice before this and couldnt because my payment is connected to the cartwheel app and it wont let you do the card once you scan the app. Apparently she thought I was wrong and scanned the app, and guess what... I for the third time couldnt use my gift card. So...If you use the cartwheel app the way Target wants you to. make sure you Force the cashier to scan all other forms of payment first or you will not pe able to use them.

Walked around for 20 minutes and couldnt find one single snowboot for girls. They had the snowboots for boys all over the place. I made a complaint to the manager and all she could o was pull her phone out and stare at it. Thankfully the Mejier store just a quarter mile east had what we needed. Do yourself a favor and skip Target.
