Im spoiled now. I cant drink coffee anywhere else. The place by itself is enjoyable to be in, the employee/baristas are all professional and friendly. They have plethora of different coffee flavors and the ones me or friends have had have all been very good. This place is a pretty cute spot, the coffee to me tasted a bit watered down but that was my experience. I like the fact that they have all these different events and experiences so they’re bringing the community together in a way. The atmosphere is pretty warm and welcoming, I’d certainly go back and try other things on their menu.

I love this place. Lucky find on our visit from upstate. We liked it so much the first day, we came back every morning of our trip. I wish we lived closer.The baristas have been exceptionally friendly. Great coffee. Been here many times and always happy with the friendly service, delicious drinks, and newly expanded food menu. I love their sriracha chicken salad!It’s extremely cozy and a great place to hang out or do work.Also, they have multiple events per month and really make an effort to be a part of the community! The owners are Valley Stream natives and I love that they purposely try to create a place for the community.

Amazing drinks and a wonderful atmosphere. The ambiance in this place is fantastic. Every so often Sip This has an open mic night, and the talent that gathers here is astounding. Never have I come here and been treated with anything less than the utmost courtesy and friendliness by the amazing staff. I only wish I could come here more often!

Awesome place to have meetings, sit and do some work and some times with family or friends. Oh did I say their coffee and menu is awesome. I love that they now sell breakfast sandwiches. Best place in town. The owners give so much to the community that it is worth going and supporting them.

My first time here. Its a great place to have coffee or tea or espresso when its cold. Its a great place to have ice tea in the summer time. Great place to study or do a meeting. It is a comfortable and and very clean place. I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone. It is wroth it.

A great place to sit and have a chat. The atmosphere is incredibly inviting. Friendly staff. And the vegan dessert options are a huge bonus. They make vegan brownies that are super fudgy, vegan rainbow cookie squares, and chewy peanut butter cookies. Only minor downside is that they play live music most nights and it gets hard to hear your own voice over the sound.

I stopped by this place on my way to my temporary work location for the week. The pumpkin muffin was delicious, the tea and coffee options were in abundance, and the customer service was remarkable. This has been the best customer service I received while working this week in NY. Check this place out!

A pillar of the community. The support for local artists here is almost legendary. Of course the coffee beverages are really good here, I just wish the food selection was slightly more extensive during the night hours.

Absolutely love this place. A great cafe to run to on a whim. And if youre lucky, there will be some sort of entertainment. Comedian, live music, magician, you name it. The food selection is just a little lackluster. The beverage and hot drink selection is stellar.

Very cozy place, the Ambiance is real cool. Sometimes they have live performances on Sundays I believe, its a variety of bands. A bunch of different flavors and they also serve breakfast. The chairs are pretty comfy, you can usually find people here studying on their laptops. Great place for a date or if you just want to sit outside and drink some tea.

Sip This is my favorite local coffee place. I come here to write, do school work or socialize. Not only are their specialty drinks delish and their coffee is always fresh, they have an amazing menu with favorites like baked mac and cheese, waffles, and burgers served on different days of the week. Its always a relaxing atmosphere to focus on work where you can enjoy friendly staff, excellent music playing, and a comfy couch.

Calm relaxed atmosphere with a cool indie vibe, a great place to sit down and catch up with a friend or do some hardcore studying. Coffee options are in abundance, and come in giant warm mugs! I like that they often have events such as open mic nights throughout the month. Also have board games if you are into that!! Coffee is pretty solid :)

Couldn’t ask for more in a coffeehouse. The ambiance is warm and inviting, the cashiers are super friendly and chill, and their Vanilla Chai Latte is tasty. Perfect place to read a good book, or to just simply unwind. Will definitely be returning.

Not the ideal place to get a bagel. I went in for a plain bagel; cream cheese and jelly... Bagel was hard as if it was a day old. Lets just say it took a whole lot of chewing. So yea, no fresh bagels like a typical bagel shop. Coffee is good tho.

Even though their expresso machine was broken at the time I visited it was still a pleasant experience. Very nice staff and a laid back and chill environment. They had a live band playing some soft blues music. Lots of coffee flavors and good munchies.

Their signature Vanilla Chai and the seasonal Gingerbread Chai (Im having one right now...YUM!) are the best! Coffees, espressos, lattes and great lunch fare and dessert make you feel all warm and cozy inside. Trust me and make this place seem like your second home.

If you are anywhere close, you have to stop in! They have a great selection of coffees, teas and delicious yumminess to snack on. It is a great atmosphere, very comfortable and welcoming. They are very involved in the community, and always have something going on; comedy night, open mic, magic, trivia, live music & more! They also feature a new local artist each month.

The best goddammit, you cant get a better place to get a cup of coffee then this. Nice quite atmosphere to read or study. The staff is real cool, and theres free WiFi.

This is a great coffee shop for meet-ups and work sessions! The coffeee is great, the atmosphere is great and the service is great! There is a small price for parking but the experience is worth it.

Always a great cup of coffe or tea. Friendly, efficient service with a smile. Food seems a bit pricey for what it is but hey, there arent too many places you can go into and relax without dropping a lot of money on drinks etc so a decent bargain over all.

I think I would have liked this place more if it was not as crowded. I have to applaud the barista/ cashier for being so nice to a very difficult customer. I waited in line for around 10 min as these two women asked a hundred questions about the menu. Finally after the women decided what the wanted, they kept coming back to the front of the cashier to complain about the drink. It took awhile, but I was finally able to get my drink. The poor cashier was so nice and made sure the difficult customer was happy. There were not many seats available as this was a Sunday and people were listening to a drum session in the back of the shop. The coffee was good overall. I cant complain too much about it, the coffee was tasty and the size was large.

I enjoyed the smoothie. The price was great too. The place was spacious and clean. I will return, and tell others

So I parked my car, a block away. High-tech parking meters, with 2 quarters giving you an hour. I walked into the cafe, and was greeted by a really nice lady, I bought some gluten free cookies, cake and green tea. Everything tasted great, I had no allergic reaction or anything. Very clean and friendly, they have bathrooms as well as free Wi-Fi. Ill definitely be back!

Among the multitude of chain shops, Sip This is a jem. A local staple, somethings always going on, be it open mic or movie night. Coffee is always hot (or cold—however you like it) and snacks are always yummy. Staff and management goes out of their way to create a welcome atmosphere and make delicious drinks. Sit and stay or get something on the run, Sip This is always good.

The atomsphere was so adorable. I didnt spend much time. But this definitely seems like a place, Id like to come back and revisit. And you cant beat the prices. Cheap. Affordale. And the portions are worth it.

Good drink selections and reasonably priced. Good customer service and they have a rewards program. They also host trivia night and open mic nights. They do offer breakfast and lunch but its a single special for the day (no other choices) They just started serving food so its super plain (grilled cheese or BLT ect) and you can no longer bring in outside food which is why I gave it 4 stars

Sip This is a Valley Stream hub. You have Open Mic Nights twice a month. New art every month. Live music from local bands on the weekend. An expanding menu and an always evolving staff to meet the demands and needs of the community and its patronage. In the past during the aftermath of the hurricanes that hit long island they participated in food drives. Stephanie and David (the owners) are in it for the long hall and will do what they must to make sure the customers are always happy. Stop in and experience Sip This for yourself.

An excellent little place that was once a Record Store called- Slipped Disc for many years. Its a cozy little nook to meet up with friends over a hot cup of tea, hot chcolate,latte,coffee, scones,cake, etc. Or if you just want to go there alone to sit and read a book or use your laptop,etc. The staff is very friendly and nice.
