I really like Target: Reasonable prices, wide selections of almost anything you might want & need, and great return policy. Ive tried store pick up, free delivery to the store, delivery at home, and in store purchase, and theres no problem. The app is really easy to use too. Specifically for the store pick up, the staff that got the package for me was really friendly.Room for improvement: The outside of the last Target location Ive been to. Theres usually trash at the front, on the ground, flying around and settling on random places. I dont know if its the people shopping there, or the garbage cans need to be emptied sooner, or what, but thats my only comment for Target, Vallejo, CA.

The workers at Target. Theyre always polite and friendly. They really help you, when you need to find an item at there store. Go into target and get ready to buy costumes, halloween candies to give away for Halloween in October.

I was looking for a watch after walking around the store i couldnt find watches i asked 4 different employees where the watches werer and was sent in 4 different directions and i walked out not finding watches the employees didnt know so i dont go to target anymore

Love Being able to pick up cold items, and everyone brings the stuff out fast and loads my car, sometimes stuff is missing or wrong item, but the service itself is great otherwise and has helped me so much!!

How fast and efficient my first experience was with your curbside service?The curbside service was super fast and efficient. As soon as I parked in their designated curbside service stall and clicked Im here in the Target App, the items I purchased was carted out within a minute. The associate placed my items in the trunk for me. I didnt have to open my door let alone get out of my car. What I like most was that Target DOES NOT have a minimum purchase amount for their curbside service.

Im a loyal Target customer and I think everyone should be. Has almost everything you need.

This location always has chaotic parking.Drive up is always packed.And calling their guest services desk is useless as no one ever answers the phone and it rings until the line hangs up the call.

It is clean, everyone is friendly and very helpful. It also is the only department store in our city.

I love target. Target has always been my go to store since I was a teenager. I am now 35!

Had what I needed and it was an in and out experience. Can’t ask for nothing better.

I went to Target to get specifics; all were in stock. Carts were being wiped down. Most customers, if not all, were wearing masks. This is a great resource for all your needs and has been consistently so.

No one answers the phone at all when you call I let it ring for 20 minutes and no one will answer. The store is run by a bunch of millennials who do not care about any kind of customer service whatsoever. Worst target I have ever been to. What is going on with management here? Horrible store. Run by a bunch of stupid kids.

Worst customer service ever. Their online drive up and pick up is a joke. They cancel items without notifying. Managers wont even bother to speak to you or hear our complaints. Thats why I will be taking business elsewhere.

This is my second time using Target pick up. The first time was curbside pick up and I honestly did not wait more than 2-3 mins. This time I went in the store and it moved quickly as well.

It’s so ideal to use the app to make purchases that are ready to be picked up and no need to wait in a long line. It also makes you stick to a budget or what you really need...sometimes. 😁. Since I can’t carry the heavy items after a surgery, I am able to place an order and have my husband pick them up for me and he doesn’t have to have a list of what to get because it’s already waiting for him! It’s quick and easy!

I love Target - you always have all of items I need for the best prices. I love the way the stores are set up and there is so much variety. Best store in my area hands down!

I arrive and i did not wait no longer then 30 seconds. Loved it. Target is the best.

I usually have a good experience at target. Store is well laid out, things easy to find, etc.There are two things they could improve upon.1. Do a better job of stocking shelves. Too often there are empty bins.2. Many of the special offers have exceptions (that are not readily apparent). Example: They offered a gift card if you bought $50.00 worth of food. I did not notice that candy was not included, so when I got to the register the offer was not valid when the candy was excluded. The cashier could not explain why the card was not given, nor could a supervisor/manager. It wasn’t, until a third person got into the discussion that a proper explanation was given as to why my purchase did not trigger offering the card. If your people don,t understand the offer how would at customer be expected to know the offer exceptions.I think Target could a better job on both counts. Having said this I still really like Target and it remains my GoTo store.

Local retailer, everything in one location, Vallejo store is now clean, modern, feels upscale with merchandising and presentations. I have to get used to the new floor plan layout. Excellent Customer service from the checkout staff.

It was safer than going inside, it was quick to get my purchase, and it was an easy process.

The sales associate Yesabeth assisted me and was very helpful. There was only one cashier when I got in line and 5 people lined up behind me soon after. Even though she was on her way to break she saw a line and helped her colleague. She made sure she found the error as to why my items that I was returning was not scanning correctly. In addition the last 2 times Ive picked up my order she was the one that assisted me.

I wanted to highlight an employee at this Target that seriously saved my day on Sunday!My stroller had broken and I was headed to Six Flags with my 1 1/2 year old son to meet up with some of my friends.I stopped into target to pick up a new stroller. I found it right away and asked if they had someone who could help assemble it. I was told they didn’t so I asked for sisters and if I was able to assemble it myself in the customer service area. They let me go ahead and do that.Within minutes I realized how in over my head I was. I had parts all over the floor and customers commending me for my bravery of taking on this puzzle of a stroller. (I didn’t see another option as we were already an hour away from home.)One of the clerks called over Aaron to help. Aaron looked like he had been in the middle of something but when he saw me struggling he immediately stepped in to help.I honestly don’t think Aaron had ever put together a stroller before but he was reading the manual and had the stroller up and running soon enough for me to make it on time to meet my friends at the park.I cannot tell you how appreciative I am to have come access an employee who was willing to go so far above his job to help a customer.You are lucky to have him on your team.Thanks Aaron!

Fast and efficent

I went in store and couldnt believe what I saw three different people with their pet Dog. I think that pets shouldnt be allowed in a store especially if there is food in that store very unsanitary. I went to speak to a manager and they said we are Dog friendly store so I asked can I bring my pitbull in store and got a strange look in return. I think only dogs should be allowed only for those who have a license for example someone blind.

The staff is extremely friendly here and are quick to talk and ask you if you need any help.Its a shame that the customers make a mess of the store. When I was here the staff kept the store as clean as possible and worked hard to maintain.I wish that the people who shopped her were more respectful to the people who have to clean up after them. At busy times certain parts of the store become a mess but not for a lack employees trying to do their jobs.

The young lady in the Customer Service was very very nice and patience with me.

Target Vallejo was very busy today. Found a darling top for my granddaughter which was on clearance, but it even was less when we went to pat for it. Had a $30-gift card and we only had to pay 20 cents extra. Thank you Lord for finding good deals.

I had previously reviewed target 1 star because they lied and said they had something when I called but when I showed up they said they didn’t carry it but after they have remodeled the store and changed the way things are run I realize that target is actually a great place to buy things. It might be a little bit expensive at times but depending on what you go there for it can be the best option. I would recommend shopping at this target. It’s actually the store I visit most frequently

I was shopping in Target Vallejo today and forgot to pick up something. The clerk took my things to another register and when I returned she rang me up. No waiting, no hassle, just a very nice shopping experience. Her name was Antoinette

The store was CLEAN and well stocked. Got help and explanation from an employee quickly.

Wow, Im happy to share my experience...staff was helpful, friendly enough...but Ive never gone into a Target store that was so dirty! The floors, aisles had merchandise that seemed thrown on the floor, and the entryway /exit floor was full of trash! To say the least, shocked, disappointed

Store is well laid out -- every Target seems different, though. Place has a tendency to restock the food section late in the morning. Staff blocks the area & sometimes wont move.

Target a place you can practically buy everything from school supplies, food, clothing, toys, video games, and Miscellaneous items. ****Tip Target has something called the cartwheel app To help you save on different things always scan and check your cart wheel app before going to the register.**** pick up some starbucks here inside the store or check out the food court for happy hour & get your self a drink for $1.00.

The customer service person was great in getting the TV into my car even with it being Black Friday. It was so much better to shop on line for the specials than to brave the crowds.

Selection and good prices. But unhappy with policy of requiring check of ID for purchase of alcohol for someone obviously over 21 (67 years of age).

It has become less comfortable shopping here since the remodeling with loud obnoxious music that almost sounds like electric drums and disco blaring throughout the store. There also appears to be less attention to maintaining inventory, at least in the food department.

I came in to ask for a water and came back about 5 min later to ask for another. (I spilt it) the light skin girl whom I’ve never seen working there before, was not friendly whatsoever in fact she looked bothered when I came back the second time. Other girl is super nice I enjoy her service.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful theyll go out of their way to leave you smiling everytime I visit this target always satisfied my needs and more! Thank you

Everything is nice and clean, organized I should say... was able to fing items quick.

Target carries a large variety of different & unique items that are difficult to find at other stores. They are usually well stocked too.

Selection isnt that great, its oftentimes disorganized, and sometimes the checkout lanes can get really backed up and go slow because the staff is standing around talking. But theyre friendly, and they do have some hard workers who do their best.

Love options of checking inventory, Ordering right away and just picking up really within a few hours in Vallejo CA

Very bad experience at Target Vallejo, the employee was rushing me to check out, but the process was poorly handled by her, I was charged for $272 instead of the correct price $196. Found out when we got home, I feel shocked and disappointed with Target. I really need some explanation.

I am not one to complain about customer service but today was horrible. The cashier was rude didnt even say hi. Also, didnt accept my coupons for my purchase. Target should train their employees better, I would rather go shop elsewhere. Horrible customer service!!

Rude and unprofessional management! Very degrading towards a long time customer and former employee. Customer service has been on the decline, one would think we were in Walmart. Complaining about having to be there till a specific time to customers is very unprofessional. Accusing us of Re tagging clearance stickers, there have been numerous occasions where the clearance tags weren’t reflected in the system. Those are one time use stickers so you can tell if they have been peeled off. When we called to speak with the MOD, they promptly said we need to go back in and talk to her, then hung up on us. Very professional conduct there. /sarcasm. Unimpressed. We shop Target because we like the bargains you can find in the clearance but no amount of savings can make us think we’re going to put up with that nonsense. There are plenty of shops that provide what Target does without that kind of attitude towards their consumer base. Might need to change some personnel to keep up with good service, otherwise Target is just going to become another Walmart. And FYI we don’t shop Wally World.

I go to target regularly, but this location is just awful. Not only are the lines consistently long, but the workers there just dont seem to care about how long the lines are. They still take their sweet time ringing you up. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Best shopping experience ever I went to Target to pick up a gift for my grandson, it busy, l expected to be there for awhile. However, to my surprise l was in and out in within 30 mins. Thanks to Joseph in the electronics department.

The website claims they exchange gift cards for Target cards. They dont. Not unless their tech guy is scheduled to work. I drove half an hour to exchange gifts cards for Target cards only to be told NO ONE IN THE STORE can do that but that they would gladly text the tech guy to see when hed be in so I could drive half an hour home then half an hour back to HOPE hes available wasting TWO HOURS OF MY LIFE instead of one. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. If you CANT except gift cards then DONT SAY YOU DO! This is a reflection of a POORLY managed store.As an edit, went to the store in Fairfield no one even there even knew they did gift card exchange so not only did the Fairfield store not only not know how to exchange gift cards but they didnt even know they could. I called customer care and spoke to a very nice gentleman at corporate who said he would be contacting both managers of both stores possibly all stores to enact some sort of training.

Ordering was great and so very easy to pick up the items I needed.

Decent selection. Has the grocery section which is a plus. Parking is constrained by a lot of shops in same area and being relatively narrow.

This store is the worst Target I have been in. The store was a mess. Cloths were on the floor and the displays look as if they have never been folded. My thirteen year old childs room looks better. The checkout lines had 8 people waiting with only 5 lanes open for checkout.

I have never EVER seen a target like this one! Im not kidding but even the Walmart by my house is nothing compared to this one! All employees dont wear a Uniform everyone was dressed like they didnt care, the store was filthy! Every where you go stuff was on the ground, out of place, empty cups on shelfs from fast food restaurants around the area, opened Items, and much more going on! I think they need new management! This is unbelievable!

I often shop here as my low-cost / smaller size alternative to Costco. Love it!

Average Target store at best. It felt like a friend and I were followed around the store by staff as if we were stealing or something. We left.

Promptness when doing the order pick up

The customer service here is horrible they never know what theyre doing and every station that is supposed to have person at the post are never there. The photo center is a joke if you want pictures at the kiosk good luck because the machine dont work, and theres never a worker to give you photos that take days to print.

Clean, great remodeled store with many more options

It saddens me to say that the Vallejo store is always in disarray. But I found the employees very helpful. I still prefer to shop at the Concord or Pinole stores.

Love the Starbucks but wish it was bigger. But the store is cool though.
