This is my go to place for anything I need for outdoor home care. They sell only the best, and treat everyone the best as well. I drive an extra 10 miles, passing another good Stihl business along the way, to go to Powerhouse because they seem to know much more.

We were tired of unethical Honda dealers so we started looking at CFMoto. We bought a CForce 500s from a dealer in Jacksonville, and liked it so much we wanted to buy another one. We went to Powerhouse Outdoor Equipment and purchased the second one. I wished we had purchased both from Powerhouse, because not only did we save over $450.00 but we also got a much better interest rate. The people there were great and we will be making our future purchases at Powerhouse.

Fine staff of knowledgeable people .Good products and great service. But theres more. I just came in to buy an air filter and oil filter for my Ariens mower. I did not have the part number for the air cleaner...but these guys took the time to search for the part that fit the motor and then cross referenced that with their own parts dept and within 5 minutes I had the correct filter. They take time to make sure its right THE FIRST TIME. These guys are the ones that treat you like family. Pros...every one of them!

Overall one of the best experiences i have ever had in a small engine shop. The people were very helpful and knowledgeable. Went through all the paces to try to help me with my problem and save me money. They have my business.

A couple of years ago one dealer declared that my hydraulic system was unfixable and the only way that to get it to work was to buy a new hydraulic system or a new mower. I took the mower by Powerhouse Outdoor Equipment and Ray and his team assessed the situation and found that the fix would be very minor. I ended up only spending approximately $70 on the fix. They saved me hundreds of dollars. I have had no problem with my hydraulic system since. Over the past two years Ive purchased other products and the followup and customer service has been excellent. I recommend Ray Hedgecock and Powerhouse to all my friends.

Horrible service, sold me the wrong part for (3x) three times the price sold in other stores. Which turned out to be the wrong part after I was assured it would work. Will never give this place my business again.

I had my heart set on a new Stihl edger/weed eater combo. I went into the store and the salesman was with another gentleman which was no problem for me so I walked around the showroom and looked at what they had to offer. After 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from anyone and after trying to make eye contact with the salesman (who turned his back on me to avoid me) I walked up to the counter to see if anyone else was available to help but noone was within sight.So I waited longer and then another gentleman pulled up came into the store and someone popped right out to help him and while I was slightly agitated I thought, well thats just bad luck on my part so I just waited longer. Still noone asked me if I needed anything or made any sort of contact with me to say, be with you in a moment sir. When the next guy pulled up a few minutes later and another salesman came from the back to help him I decided to leave and I will not be going back. Apparently my 5 or 6 hundred isnt as valuable as others.
