Great management and very kind associates. workers were very funny and helpful, enjoyed my experience.

I usually love pacsun. I decided to stop by since I was shopping for deals on jeans at Levi’s. I did not have a good experience. The entire store was disheveled and messy. The desk in the middle was messy as well with a pile of empty hangers. Meanwhile, the associates seemed disinterested in their jobs. They were casually sitting behind the desk playing music off a portable speaker and laughing loudly. The music was uncensored. I was not approached by an associate the entire time, and they seemed bothered when I finally asked for help checking out. Not a good look.

This store is messy asl and allWorkers do is on the phones and talking to each other “folding” clothes . Like it’s clothes shoes hangers everywhere so unprofessional tbh .

Very unorganized.

I bought a lot here bc the deals were really good! BOGO 50% and free, and for the most of you who will probably only buy brandy, there were lots of good deals! i bought 2 pairs of brandy pants for just 10$!! Although, you will have to be patient when buying a lot because different items have different discounts, and it can be very confusing and kind of annoying, but the deals are still really good!!
