I came in at 5:03pm on Sunday to this location. I needed 6 copies made for the next day in a slightly larger size than standard paper. I was told by Alex behind the counter at the copy center that he was just too busy and could definitely not get them done today. I dont understand why he was too busy to print 6 copies and could spend 5 minutes helping someone else on the floor. I will start looking for an Office Depot when I need to have my copies made. Ive never been turned away with almost an hour until close.

Every time I come here the guy that works in the fax/print department is awesome. I hope he is being paid well because his customer service is impeccable!

Rude and unresponsive print center. I placed a print order 4 days ago and received a reply that I needed to provide permission from the copyright holder. The print job is for course work of an online class that Im taking. I replied immediately with an email that proved that I was enrolled in the class and that I have access to the material. No reply from them. Two days ago, I emailed again asking if the job was going to be printed. No reply from them. Yesterday evening, I called to find out the status of the job, and was told that the job was still on hold. It was after manager hours, so I asked the sales rep to have the manager call me first thing in the morning. No call. So, I called and was told that I needed more specific permission from the school. I dont have a problem getting the permission, but I could have started the process 4 days ago! I have been a loyal, customer rewards customer at Staples for many, many years. This may seem like a small issue, which in the big scheme of life it may be; but I say No more! I will go where I get better customer care. TERRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. RUDE SALES REP.

Hands down the best staples location. The cashier whom is always there when I go there is the kindest person. The store is always clean and well organized, they always have stock for items available, especially stuff that’s on sale. We have a local business and regularly need office supplies and this location is so close for us.

The manager Chris Wowack and Matt Jones save this review from being one star! I had a heck of a time conveying my expectations regarding the design of a menu and some visual training aides. The process took a week vs. the expected 72-96 hours. Chris and Matt stepped up and bent over backwards to try and make it right.

My printer stopped printing out of the blue. I didnt know what to do, so I got in my car and drove to staples. I spoke to a manager named Rick and he told me it could be my print head and if it was, it is less expensive to buy a new one than to repair it. But he told me to try 2 things first. So I went back home and tried the 1st and it didnt work. Sad, I tried the 2nd and bingo bango it worked better than the day I purchased it. Thank you so much Rick for saving me money that I do not have right now due to covid. I honestly cant thank you enough!!

Go out of my way because their hours say they open at 8 am only to find out they open at 9???

I came into staples looking to buy a new office chair and I was quickly overwhelmed with the options. Doug took the time to explain what to look for in a chair and how to tell if a chair fits my body shape/size. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. He made chair shopping a less stressful experience for me.

Need Better Service! I went in to make some print Photos Digital and the woman who worked in the copying place showed me where to do it but I couldnt figure it out how to turn on the machine first and she showed because she was the only one there and then proceeded to copying my print photos on Printer Paper when I wanted Photo Paper. I asked her where was the Digital Paper, she just says Oh were out of it. Eyeballs Rolling. I did thought get my UPC Battery Recycled along with my ten year old Hard Drive. Even though the Kid said we dont accept some batteries he still took mine. Um,, Check the Website Employees! really??The Staff can be clueless and they dont provide VHS to DVD so forget that. They dont even know what a Photo Restoration is!! Hello?? I swear I dont know what their teaching these people now a days even though everything has gone Digital. If they can help you out thats great but their not my cup of tea. Now I dont like to write poor reviews but I will if I feel the place needs it or the employees are lazy.

There are never workers on the floor. Half the items are not in stock. I stood in there today and ordered what I needed from Amazon because, once again, what I went for wasnt available. Its sad.

I cannot express how wonderful Lovely in the photo department is. She helped me make copies of old photos for my mothers 90th birthday party and was extremely helpful (and patient). Her name truly suits her!

I saw a guy coming out of the door, who looked sort of like he couldve been the manager. I asked him for help looking at the desks. He said he would have Christy help me and walked away. I sat in the chair for 15 minutes and no one ever came to help me. So Im going to Office Depot to look for a desk. Hopefully they have better service.

Danny and another computer guy helped me in a time of distress. It was the best possible solution for some really bad luck at a bad time. I thank them and the University store is extremely helpful. The new ways of the world is EVERYTHING is so called easier to throw everything out and get forced to buy new which is even junkier than what you had in the first place. Sigh

Absolutely no help. Plenty of people walking around and standing at the front.I found the display for the $200 printer I wanted, looked for the actual printer box so I could purchase it for 15 minutes. Guess they sold them all.

Terrible experience! Luis the store manager, literally lost a sale because he wouldn’t sell the last chair on the sales floor. (Has one in the back) He actually tried to upcharge me $15 for it. Lol, who does that? It’s usually cheaper for the one on display, but I didn’t even want a discount. I just wanted the one on display for the price shown and he first said he wouldn’t sell it to me and then said he would for $15 more than price shown. I’ve been in management for 20+ years and he’s the worst I’ve run into in quite some time. Bad look for Staples....Later finding out Luis isn’t even the store manager. He impersonated being the store Mgr. Wow!!!

Jake was extremely helpful in educating us about different laptop computer options, and he went out of his way to help us find the right computer for our needs. Well definitely continue shopping at Staples in the future.

Went there yesterday, to buy a desk and file cabinet, ask for help and no one showed up, told the young lady at the cash register, that no one can back after we ask, so we are leaving and she said ok so on the the competetor

Good selection and lots of clerks available if you need them but they dont push products down your throat.

Good Staples location. Parking is easy. Store is well stocked.

Found a good replacement keyboard and a great office chair for a good price.

Ordered and payed for 2 chairs at the store that were suppose to be delivered the next day, no chairs came. I called the next day to find out why my chairs were not delivered and found out they canceled my order because they were out of stock. Maybe they should work on their ordering system!

Dont do any printing or print work there. They service is terrible.I have made 7 trips there to get one thing done. Nobody knows how to print out, cut out and laminate. I have had a horrible experience and dont wish that upon my enemies.

Employees were not helpful or knowledgeable about their promotions. Cashier was extremely clueless

I got an image printed their TWICE and both times it came back pixelated and looked absolutely terrible. I thought the problem was my file properties the first time but nope. I fixed the dimensions and resolution so its nearly impossible for them to mess up but they somehow did. Again. I didnt have time for them to reprint AGAIN because the due date for the print was too soon. Dont get anything printed there.

Need people to assist find items and discuss products.

Waited for help to buy 4 desks for 10 minutes, went up front to ask for assistance and was told to go back and they would send someone to me. Waited another 10 minutes and still nobody. Walk back up front and 4 employees are standing around doing nothing, 2 of them are texting. There is a reason this company is going out of business......

Service was friendly, but the printing prices are ridiculous, even when compared with office Depot and especially when compared with local vendors
