I called the store for help with a purchase and Jason took my call. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and conveyed true concern for the problem I was dealing with. He went above and beyond and took the time to call me the next day to check on my situation. I cannot express enough gratitude for the excellent customer service he provided - even when he didnt have to. I wish there were more people like Jason working in this industry.
Great experience at MEGA Furniture. No rushing, but lots of help from a special sales person named MARY. Lots of questions answered and a great discount. Able to order a Richardson bedroom set and select the material from the Arizona company and select cushion materials too. Great 5 year protection plan along with lifetime warranty on the furniture. Spent a leisurely 2 hours at the store with no hassles, no rushing, and lots of personal service. Recommend to everyone.
Cheyenne was SUPER helpful, we got what we wanted and she was able to move up the delivery for us. Her manager (I didnt catch his name) was also very friendly and kept us company while Cheyenne got our paperwork for us. Nice experience and a new love seat

Beautiful furniture and a nice selection. They have one set that is pretty much fully customizable. Its pricey, but if you need/want an anchor piece this store would be a good option for you.The staff is very friendly. The guy showing me furniture was knowledgeable and low pressure. The manager is a high pressure sales guy, but nice about it :)Prices varied wildly, but they do have several reasonably priced items.This place is worth a visit.
Extremely rude! I ordered a table and was told it would be a few weeks. 4 weeks later they are now telling me it will be another 2 months. The manager is the worst. I tried to cancel since I needed it by a certain date and was told no. FYI, if you find furniture you like here, do not buy it. Chances are it is made by someone like Ashley Furniture and you will be able to find it 1/2 of their price elsewhere and get it in a fraction of the time. Moral of the story is they lie to you about the delivery times to get your money and then they refuse to refund when you find out about it.

I would give negative stars if possible. I understand pandemic related delays but I have had multiple delays, store giving wrong delivery dates, dates getting pushed back because nothing showed up supposedly. Terrible communication all around. Management was supposed to call numerous times never did. Was supposed to get a delivery yesterday and product damaged, warehouse manager said product would be redelivered and would call(driver was on phone with the guy at my house) never got that call. STAY AWAY

While I was very pleased with the service at the store, I have been extremely unhappy with the main customer service ever since. I ordered my table on March 14th and still don’t have it. If someone does happen to answer the main customer service line, they tell me it will be two weeks. They have told me two weeks 3 times now. Most of the time there is no one at the extension when I call. This is ridiculous. I would just like the item I paid for in full in March.
We LOVED our salesgirl, she was honest, open, very helpful in all questions and we sat on tons of furniture to find the right piece, very patient and kind......we already had something in mind as we already had gone to Ashley furniture and didnt like feeling that we were dealing with car sales people.... Like ..when they say anything to get you to buy.....we saw an ad for the same piece of furniture on Megas online site and were lucky enough to get Cheyenne as our sales person.... Well be going back to buy a new bed next....but only want to deal with her..... Have our faith back in sales people......she may be young but shes very bright and knowledgeable, and what she didnt know she was honest enough to SAY SO and go ask for us, not make up something....REAL PEOPLE, very caring., Her Sales Mgr should be proud !!!!!

I came in to buy a bed frame and Mary was very helpful. She showed us around, gave us multiple options, and completed the sale for us. She was very welcoming and friendly and the experience was enjoyable.
We came on March 29th looking for a small couch for our game room and when we walked in, we were greeted by Vincent and Jason at the door.Vincent ask if i was looking for anything in particular and I told him I was just looking and he said okay just let me know if I can help. Towards the end we ended up having a great conversation with both Vincent and Jason while they closed out our sales.2 weeks later I came back and was greeted once again with smiles from both gentleman again and have added several more items to my previous purchase.I cant forget to mention their secretary Monica who put our final sales and purchase together and got us checked out quickly.

They have nice stuff in here..my only complaint is delivery department. Had to wait two week for delivery, then they said I didnt confirm delivery date then they had to reschedule for another week. 3 weeks later when I finally got my furniture my sons bunk bed was missing and coffee and end tables for the livingroom. I called customer service and they set up different delivery date for those items. Love the furniture tho

Purchased furniture on 5/16 with an expected delivery date of 6/2. They give you a number to call to confirm delivery that no one answers. Now they are telling me they rescheduled delivery to 6/10. This is totally unacceptable. On top of that I told them I want to cancel the order and shop at a more reliable store. There is 40% restock fee. This place is a scam. Do not spend your money here. I will never again. I shopped at the dezavala location the last time and was happy with my service. Not sure if it’s pat booker or Mega Furniture. Either way, I will go to havertys next time. Better quality anyway.

Todd and his manager were amazing while dealing with our family. They honored their online price, as well as added another discount to assist in closing the sale. UPDATE- Three weeks LATER and the bedroom set STILL has not arrived and they are refusing to answer phone calls related to this order. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE! This is unbelievable.Original review:I would definitely be very skeptical of these positive reviews. This is one of the most unprofessional stores I have ever seen. They have horrible customer service and are not true to their word. My sister ordered a bedroom set from here and it was supposed to arrive over a month ago. When it did not arrive on the agreed upon date they kept making excuses and claimed it was back ordered and continued to say it would be two weeks. Two weeks would come and go and they would claim that it would be another two weeks then it would only be one week and now it’s a week and a half. Every time She called or they called, it would be a different story. Finally, after a month she demanded a refund for the furniture that STILL had not arrived. Instead of being a good, professional manager and a good store, they proceeded to say they would have to charge $700 in order to initiate a refund for their own incompetence. Please save yourself the stress and the money, and just get your furniture from somewhere else.

Purchased 2 sofas on July 9 2020, I was told I would recieve the sofas in 8 weeks, they scheduled a delivery and only delivered 1 sofa, gave no reason why but I had to wait an additional 4 weeks, scheduled a delivery took off and they called same day and said they had to move it back, finally when my love seat came, delivery drivers showed up and the first thing one of the drivers wanted to do is use the restroom and both of them were maskless, they opened up the box outside unlike the first delivery guys, brought the sofa in and ripped the material against my the door frame, I am still waiting to get the rip repaired, there customer service doesnt answer the phone and I have even been hung up on trying to get a hold of someone, do not purchase furniture from this place, if you have any issues after the sale you are screwed! Youve been warned.

Terrible experience with this company! We went to get a small temporary couch and made sure our salesman understood we needed a couch ASAP. We just moved to Texas and couldn’t wait for one to be back ordered. He assured us the warehouse had the one we wanted in stock. We went to the warehouse and waited over and hour and a half, they have 2 people loading one truck at a time from one dock, only to be told they didn’t have it in stock. Called the store back and the manager told us to come back to the store. They then offered us the same couch in colors that wouldn’t work with small children. Even offered to throw in two tiny bottles of protectant/cleaner...YIPPEE! I asked if they had anything else available in our price range and he said they didn’t, wouldn’t even to work with us a little. So we got a refund and took our business else where. Our initial salesman was nice and I looked forward to coming back and furnishing our house that is being built but the warehouse and manager were terrible, won’t be doing that now.
The sales person we spoke with was very friendly and informative but gave us space to look on our own. We will definitely go back.
I am so pleased with my custom sectional. I was reluctant at first because I was not familiar with Mega and thought it was a knock off store, but when I went in i was greeted by the salesman Todd who showed us a sectional that we could get made to our specifications. I had a very bad experience with another furniture store and had to send my previous sectional back. When Todd explained that this would be made in Arizona and I could get the fabric and dimensions for no extra cost, I was sold. I am so pleased with how everything came out. It is a very quality piece of furniture that I will have until Im tired of it.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Horrible experience- save your time and money and shop elsewhere. Was not properly informed of absurd 40% restock fee for returning a living room set that wasn’t even delivered. The manager Brandon and District Manager Daniel were incompetent in resolving my issue. Told me he’d call me back with a resolution- didn’t have the balls (pardon the French) to directly speak to me when I called back to cancel the entire order and delivery. Stay away- you’ve been warned.
Came in looking for a sectional. Got greeted but told they wouldn’t stalk us like Ashley’s does . Looked around a little overwhelmed with no help. They shouldn’t profile . Too bad I can easily pay for my house full of furniture without financing . No one offered to help or said bye as I walked out the door. No problem . I’ll take my business to Ashley!
Don’t shop here. The employees “profile.” My kind hearted hard-working college student son went in to find a desk. The employees could not be bothered to make hi. Feel welcome, but found the energy to follow him around the store and not even bother to help him. Ironically, because he has worked so hard and knows how to manage his money, he has a better savings and credit profile THAN MOST ADULTS. The “manager” Brandon said he’d follow up at the Saturday morning meeting. He did not. We’ll call corporate tomorrow. Probably won’t matter. But sometimes good ole word of mouth is what places like this deserve.

They discriminate against those with a medical condition that cant wear a mask. Masks are only required when you cant social distance and/or if it restricts your breathing and cant wear one. Please read the ordinances and educate your employees. Was looking to drop a lot of money for a whole new bedroom set. You just lost my business. Will never go back.

I don’t even know where to start. I personally don’t like shopping for furniture I had already went to 3 previous furniture stores and was annoyed with how expensive a bed frame/headboard was going to be. My mom pushed me to stop at Mega Furniture before going home(I was ready to give up). My mom and I walked in and right away we were greeted by Vincent. From the point we walked in to the point we walked out, he was very friendly professional and helped me find what I was looking for and gave me an amazing deal that I didn’t feel like I was spending so much money on a piece of furniture. I definitely will be coming back to Mega Furniture and I definitely recommend working with Vincent!

They didnt tell us that the furniture we were purchasing werent in stock. After signing the contract, they told us that some of the appliances are in the back orders and going to take 2 ot 3 days to get ready. And they told us that their sale rep (Megan) will be calling us the next day to update us regarding our orders status. We never received a call. I when there the next day to know whats going on? They told me that some of my things will take about two weeks and they dont have an ETA on the rest of my stuff.We never buying furniture at that location again. Im truly disappointed and angry 😠

After trying to make me take a delivery day I didnt want she told me I already accepted it by text!! I never received any text from them. We bought a Queen bed with matching stands, a Queen bed for our daughter, a sectional, TV stand, and a sofa. We are very pleased with our purchases. I was so impressed with Mary with her knowledge and friendliness that I decided just to purchase my furniture needs at Mega Furniture, the process itself, took no more than maybe one half an hour, from the time Ive got there until I decided on what I wanted, until I walked out with the dates or approximate dates that they would deliver. Congratulations to Mary Lopez, friendly, courteous intelligent and very professional. I will definitely be back for all of my furniture needs.

First time shopper at Mega, but always drove by the place and wondered what they had.. Pretty nice selection, but I was mostly impressed by the salesperson, Mary...She listened to exactly what I wanted and did not want, and she directed me to the exact pieces I needed.. No unnecessary pushiness, instead she was knowledgeable and patient with any concerns I had about the delivery.
DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE. We purchased a full living room set and dining set plus got the Extended Warranty which covers everything. Well it hasnt even been a whole year and the chairs and table are falling apart. The Extended Warranty company says they dont cover it and the Manufacturer 1 Year Warranty doesnt cover it either. Please tell me why we spent an extra $600 on Extended Warranty if our stuff isnt covered at all??? Cheap furniture from a scamming company!
