Fantastic large place. I have come to this store over the years and they always have knowledgeable staff and decent prices. They recently helped my wife with a cigar and bourbon paring for my birthday gift.

A very impressive liquor store that has spirits, wines, beers, cigars, bar supplies, glassware, etc. Easy access with a well lit parking lot. Very clean and staff very helpful. Dont forget to become a member for special coupons and offers.

This is a large liquor store with good assortment of wines. The place is rarely crowded and there are always good offers (usually 10% if you buy 6 selected wines). The app is very convenient and the curbside pickup can be very convenient. Parking is easy and there are plenty of carts available for shopping.

I was looking forward to visiting this store from some time. They pop up often in my internet searches for hard to find cordials. The selection is very vast and the prices are competitive! Youll likely have to rely on the assistance of the workers to find any specific bottles that youre looking for and thats no problem. The team is extremely helpful and were more than willing to help me find what I was looking for. I will keep this gem in mind, especially when looking for harder to find selections!

Checked first online for the wine what I was looking for. It was located in the aisle listed online and a little cheaper. The cashier was VERY friendly. Exactly what I like as a consumer

Total Wine is my new favorite spot for curbside pickup. Ordering online through the app is super easy and the prices are very reasonable. Even though I wasn’t able to pick up my order the day I originally ordered it for, I appreciated that it was held for me until the next day. There are clearly marked spots to park in next to the building and I did not have to wait long for my order to be brought out. Highly recommend!

Large selection of hard to find items, enclosed humidor for cigars, knowledgeable staff. Just ask and someone with gladly help. And reasonably priced.

I am actually not much of a drinker but my wife likes to go there to buy wine so once in a while I will buy a craft beer or something like that and they have a very large selection in fact they even have single beers so you can try something instead of buying a whole six pack. The manager Ricky is a really nice guy very helpful and actually the whole staff is very helpful. I definitely recommend going to the store

Very helpful service. they let me know instead of buying one brand that I went to buy buy another brand that was cheaper because if I put it side by side theres no difference in the taste. And you know there was no difference in the taste. I like saving money. I will definitely go back

2021.06 huge liquor store. All staffs are helpful and patient. Helped me found all I need.

Worst service ever. Tried delivering product twice and ended up not getting it because the product was damaged. Worst delivery service. When we went to pick it up, wouldn’t sell it to my 21 years old nephew. Would go elsewhere from now on.

I absolutely love the Total Wine. The customer service is great. However they keep changing the store around. Moving products. I know where all my preferences are but they keep moving things around. LOL. Please stop. While they do not carry everything I like, Total Wine carries the majority.

Called and asked to reserve the remaining stock of a seasonal beer, service over the phone was excellent and he physically went to check. Upon pick-up found a great selection and variety, was very busy but still felt safe.

This store used to be 15 minutes from me; its now an hour because I moved to Pennsylvania for my new job, but I still went because it was my favorite liquor store.I wont be shopping here anymore.I made a phone call wondering if their return policy for opened beverages applied to beer because a few that I purchased left a bad taste in my mouth. The response was, Typically no, but we can make an exception in this case. We wont in the future because thats our policy.Great. I thanked the clerk on the other end of the line and told them I appreciated the leniency before making said hour-long trip.At the store, Im told by a manager after I told him that the clerk did not identify themselves by name on the phone, that Im not actually able to return the beers.No effort to page the customer service team to find out who told me I could return $20 worth of beer, just not allowing the return and sending me on my way.Before my new job, I worked in customer service on the other end of the counter for 15 years. If youre treating me like, Im not shopping at your store anymore.

Ive been shopping at Total Wine since I lived in South FL. I now live in the City and take a monthly trip to this location. Totally worth the trip. Lower prices, huge variety, excellent customer service. Special shout out to Lucas, who helped me with a pick-up order that wasnt ready when I showed up, he put it all together in 10 minutes!

Great place to go and buy your beer and other alcoholic beverages ! Prices are great, variety is amazing and if you need help, associates are helpful, I had a question and a gentleman was able to help me get what I needed .

Recommend a new way of shopping liquor during Covid- Total wine. Placed order via website and I ordered “mix 6” to get 10% off. Curbside pickup is easy and contactless. Highly recommend for price, service, ease of shopping during this special time.

I live down the block from here and I have to say, its not a bad place to buy liquor and theyre usually very nice and attentive, but I will mention something.as much as I understand policies and I respect them, the whole ID issue is seriously annoying. I get that people lie about their age and if you dont look like youre 35, they have to check, I always have it with me but everytime I go, its always a 5 minute thing where they double check to make sure that I am in fact giving them a valid ID. its annoying because I wouldnt lie about my age, especially in a place like this and it makes me feel like im a criminal or something. so sometimes I just tell them never mind, I just go somewhere else. they still are my fav place and they have great selections to be honest, but just be prepared to have your ID with you at all times.
