Well, you get what you pay for. If you can afford to go somewhere else or you care about your time and your vehicle, you need to stay away from here. I had an appointment at 4pm and they didnt start working on my car until 4:45pm. They forgot to put my spare tire in the trunk and I almost left without getting my wheel lock key back. I was told it was in the car, so I checked everywhere. I walked back inside and the tech said oh yeah Ill go grab it. Nice.The worst part is that they scratched a couple wheels and put the wheel weights on the outside of the wheels. On one wheel there is a 1 chunk of paint missing where they put the weight in the wrong spot and had to move it. Absolutely hideous. The employees were very nice. Thats why Im giving it 2 stars instead of 1.

If you’re busy you should be aware of it and admit it to your customers. I was told it would be a little more than an hour for an oil change...that turned into 2 1/2 hours. And then when I got in my car my hand slipped off the handle because it was greasy/oily from whoever touched it last.

Worst customer experience I have ever experienced. 40+ calls to schedule a tire dept appt, but nobody would answer the phone in auto or cust service departments. Now cannot get this company to issue a refund after 3 calls to corporate and a visit to the closest store, but still 50 miles from my home.

Last time I went there the wait for an oil change was over 4 hours. They ended up comping the oil change and did an ok job and I was kind of impressed.

Well why can I say? its always busy this time of year anyway I need tires for my truck and I had to order them because they dont have too much in tires. So I had to order them and its been taken about two weeks now and I need tires what can I say. I can always find whatever I need at Walmart so I love it. Its just too busy

Service was great, the only downside is that there tends to be a long wait even if you have an appointment. I dont mind long waits but when I have gone shopping and still had to wait half an hour thats a bit too long.

We had a tire blow out on a Sunday afternoon and were still three hours from home. Wayne and his team were able to get us in quickly and back on the road. They were super friendly and fast!

I would give them a zero rating if possible! My two sons took in two pickups for oil changes and two hours later are still waiting. One pickup was pulled in, oil change was started then the men went on their lunch break! Ive heard that they are told to keep customers waiting so they do more shopping in the store. We will never go back!!!

Outstanding service by Jeff at the Walmart auto care center in Ukiah, CA (store 02052). We rolled in with a badly leaking tire near closing time on a late Sunday afternoon. He took a look at it and said he wouldn’t let us go without fixing it (or replacing the tire if necessary), even though it would be done after closing time, and the store had already said they wouldn’t take any other appointments. We were very grateful!

Service was just okay. They didnt have two experienced mechanics until after 12pm. I was there at 9am so they rescheduled for me and were nice enough to give me discount.

I mean, I know its Walmart. My expectations werent high. But they managed to disappoint with awful customer service, start to finish.We pulled in today, about 3 PM for an oil change. There is one car in there, so I pull up, not sure where to go, since nothing gives you ant indication as to where to go. Finally some big, rude guy tells us to go park.We go in to get set up. The guy in there is so easily distracted. He wasted so much time on the woman in front of us, who wants tires, and he keeps telling her its so expensive, and to go to eBay. He was looking at what he said were wheels, as in I guess whatever keeps the tires on. Seriously! They some lady comes in mad, talking to another worker, about something, and he stops what hes doing to watch whats going on over there.Finally, we get set up. He says about an hour, and hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. We go shop, come back an hour later. They havent started our car. We wait another 20 minutes. By this time, there is only one guy out there, just walking around. Nobody is working.We stand in line for a bit to ask for our keys back. She says they are outside and get them from out there. We go out, there is nobody around. Finally some guy comes out, and we have to tell him 3 times what kind of car. Clueless. We wont be going back there again. Slow, and incompetent workers!!!

It takes awhile. But the prices are great. And the help was wonderful

Sometimes they are really really slow but they have great customer service and all services done on my car have been great. The earlier you get there the better in regards to the timing.

I got an oil change here once. They didnt put oil back in it and blew up my engine. When I told them about it, they tried telling me it had a serious oil leak when I brought it in, which wasnt true, and they failed to mention or include in the paperwork. They said we could take it to a mechanic they approved of to tear apart the engine at our expense to prove it was their fault. If they were at fault then they would reimburse us, and pay for damages.We were homeless, living in the van. My boyfriend was working so we didnt have to be homeless anymore. He needed the van for work. He lost his job, we lost our housing opportunity, and our dog got attacked and killed in the middle of the night because we had to start sleeping in a tent.

Awful tire service. Worst ever!

The best thing about the automotive center is the parking lot, where no one bothers you when you take off a flat tire to take it away somewhere else to get fixed because somehow theyre backed up for the next 6 hours and to busy to help you out

Got my tires here. Amazing deal and no worries this is a well managed shop.

Was told they werent very busy. Probably an hour or less to get two tires put on so my wife and I left in my truck for lunch. When we got back, her car was in the shop with no new tires. They finally raised it up while we looked around the store but the guys were just talking about 20 from our car. After 2 hours and 20 minutes and theyre not doing anything I told them I just want my car back, this is ridiculous. Ill take it to a real tire shop! So they lowered it down and we left. Its been this way every time at that place but today was the last time!!! Ill pay a little more elsewhere for tires but id rather spend 3 hrs. with my grandkids than standing in the Ukiah Walmart tire shop.

TLE in CalforniaI ordered tires via internet good prices, they told me to come in...once after going once they told ME I drove 100 miles each time so they could mount them...they decided to close service 4 HOURS EARLY this is the worst TLE in california...in a line of internet tire install they were talking about how they hated internet shoppers...no joke this was for real

They sold me tires less than two years ago. I’m replacing them today because they’re starting to dry rot. I checked the manafacture date and they’re 4 years old which means they sold me tires that had been sitting in a warehouse for over two years getting old.

Started on my car at 7 for 4 tires didnt finish till almost 9 30 and I was the first car. bare minimum service and isnt very fast.

This is a JOKE. Walked in at 530 for an oil change. The place closes at 7pm. They refused to.take the car and said they said they were booked up yet the employees were standing around cutting up and not one car in the shop. What kind of joke is this?

Awful experience. Took over 2 hours for an oil change and was given very rude service.

Less than one star. Got there at 7:30am to get an oil change. There was only 2 cars ahead of me. Waited 2 hours and still didnt have my car pulled in. Left without service and went somewhere else. Grandma was slow, but she was old!!!

I Waited 2 hrs for an oil change because thats what I was told it would take since there was two cars ahead of me (which I found weird since there was 5 or 6 people working in the back, you would think itd be a shorter wait time.) After 2 1/2 hours I noticed there were multiple cars been worked on except mine, I asked if my car was done. The lady replied by saying no, it is still going to take a while since theres two more cars ahead of you, I dont know what type of routine they have going on, but theres no way in hell i can trust someone to work on my car if they take 2 1/2 hours to do an oil change. Never again will I go there.

Took a little more time then quoted but glad with service cheapest oil change and tires in town Ill be back for my next service!
