My laptop was password protected and basically useless to me. I took it in to Complete Computing and they figured out and reset the administrators password and reloaded all the programs and had it back to me in less than 24 hours and at an awesome unbelievable price. Cannot say enough good things about these guys, will definitely go back to them for anything computer related, and their customer service is outstanding, they can easily explain things in a way even the most computer illiterate (me) can understand. Very impressed with everything about them. They deserve ten stars.

Dan and the team at Complete Computing are fantastic. I messaged him early this morning about our server being down and within minuets he contacted me and scheduled a time to be at my shop in Jacksonville. He arrived on time and had us back on the net in no time. He then problem solved the original issue and was backing up our data. He even suggest a low cost alternative backup solution that he doesnt sell.Now were getting quotes on some new hardware to expand our storage system.Over the past 18 years he has been our (as needed) tech that we can call on to problem solve any IT issue.No service contract, just a fair price when services are needed. He has built many of the pcs that we have currently in-use today. We have recommended him often to our business friends.
