Stire was supposed to open @ 10am according to sign on the door. Its 11:08 door is still locked . No explanation not answering the phone. Horrible experience I recommend shopping online.

Went in on Sunday April 25. The two guys working were extremely helpful! I was looking for Naruto items bc my recently deceased son was into that but Im clueless about it. The guys jumped at the chance to explain the characters and help me find what I was looking for. Very impressed with the customer service!

Always been a fave of mine. Kinda sucks it got moved out of the mall... It was more convenient before.

What can I say I just love Hot Topic! Their employees here are very nice and helpful! They have relocated to Cumberland Shopping Center. Still the same great employees! Some other brands that I love are Tripp, Lovesick, Blackhart, & epic threads!

Little pricey but great quality

The employees are great!!. the only reason i give 3 stars is because when i was a teen Hot topic was full of everything an (emo/goth) person could want. Now it seems to be hippy related (not judging) but for some of us that still like the style that has now seem to disappear its a little upsetting :)

My sister had a gift card for her birthday so I went in with her and the employees were very kind and courteous. They asked if I needed any help and even though we were just looking around, they still helped us by telling us about the special discount sale that was going on. When I said that I was looking for a place for my first job they told me about the application process and how much fun it was to work there. They told me that they can hire me when I turn 16 and I look forward to it.

Called to ask if they had any Star Trek outfits (which I needed at any cost ASAP) and the person answered me “I do not know”...no effort in checking if they do or not.....poor consumer service..

The staff are friendly and everything is easy to find! Theres always great deals and most of the items are affordable! 👍🏻

I went into the Hot Topic store yesterday to browse around, and was shocked and disappointed in the music selection. They were playing todays hits, instead of Hot Topic appropriate music. Hot Topic is supposed to be an ALTERNATIVE store for alternative people, so when did they stop catering to us? Pathetic, embarrassing, and I will not be back. I will be sure to tell everybody that I know to not even bother going there.

The staff is great but the quality and choice of apparel is horrible, which has to do with HT themselves. These folks do alright. I stop in a few times a year, to visit the once wonderful place I used to love, walking amongst the decaying shell of what it is now

Honestly I loved the customer service. One of the employees and I talked about The band Gorillaz for 5-10 minutes. They even had all the Funko pops 5 stores in my area in Dallas didnt. You can walk in and find everything you need I even went 3 different times in the same day. Great experience

I came here at 12:05 and waited outside for ten minutes when it was supposed to be open but there werent any workers inside and all the doors were locked. Safe to say the service definitely wasnt the best.

This a great place to get unique items, and older TV series clothing.

This is my absolute favorite place ever for OBVIOUS reasons and i pretty much consider it as my small crammed heaven. The merch is great (though where is the heck is the Linkin Park merch?!), the people there are super great, and sales are sooooo convenient. P.s. if any employees are reading this, yall should soooo hire me XD

Hot topic is an amazing place with all you can want..from band shirts to bracelets..even tho it is known as an emo store, it is still amazing!

Employees are always friendly at hot topic. Always a fun selection and this one is no different.

Only place in town to buy edgy anime stuff.still pretty overpriced though. cant really complain since they kinda monopolized it though.
