Nate and his crew came through with a quick turnaround when my contractor could not. Fortunately, they do carry an in-stock selection of carpet. Selection and measurements were made on the same day, and installation was complete within 3 to 4 days. Excellent product and customer service.

Best flooring company I have ever dealt with. Professional service and quality product at a price that was better than the rest for the actual quality. Had a small issue after install, the product was defective in one spot, and they immediately came out and fixed it for me. Definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a floor done right.

I have several properties and did business with the previous owner many years ago, may he rest in peace (Nathans father). When Ive developed relationships with other people I dont always get a written this & that for everything. BIG MISTAKE, this is not the same company, customer service or ethical business that it once was...This large flooring job was SUB-CONTRACTED without consulting me. I paid about 65% down and I also bought a remnant and many hours after the job was started (by the sub-contractors) I was called by Nathan stating there was NO remnant (that he couldnt locate it) and that I would be paying the same amount, when I objected, he said they had already began the job and offered $100 discount, I further objected because the leftover materials would have covered a 15x17 room which was worth at least $400. Just like the other customer complaining on here about not showing. Nathan NEVER came out to supervise or see the final product, which by the way was done poorly. They didnt even clean up the job site. It took them 3WEEKS to do a 2day job, because he didnt want to use his regular crew and he cost me the opportunity to rent it sooner. I had someone from Dallas that was READY to move in and they had to go somewhere else. DONT waste your TIME or YOUR MONEY...for me this ended up costing a big chunk of cash.

I have never had such rude dealings with a company before. They came out to give me an estimate back in October, but I ended up having to pay for a medical procedure, so I couldnt have my room re-carpeted at the time. After saving up my money again, I was finally able to afford it, but because it had been 9 months since the last quote, I assumed that I was going to have to have the quote redone. When I called them, this assumption was confirmed. I made an appointment to have Dennis come out for Friday afternoon. I waited for 3 hours, and no one ever showed!! I tried calling the offices, and no one answered the phones. So, today (Monday), I called to find out what had happened. I was told that someone came by my house, didn’t see a car in the driveway, and left. I park my car in the garage! No one called or knocked on the door. They just assumed that I wasn’t home. Then, he said, “I’ve been out there before. Are you actually going to do something this time?” When I said that this was a very rude thing to say, he made no apologies. I told them that I would find my business elsewhere, but thank you for their time. I have NEVER been spoken to like that by a company that I was going to give my hard-earned money to. I know that they had been out there before, but things happen. I explained my situation to them back in October, and they seemed to be understanding. I guess that wasn’t the case. I will never use this company and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I suggest they have their employees take some customer service classes ASAP!
