I went over labor day weekend just to look at what kind of sale they were having and to maybe test out a few mattresses - John was so knowledgeable and helpful that I came back the next day to buy! The whole experience made me feel confident in my purchase and that my business was valued.

It was a genuinely pleasant experience. They worked at a steady pace, made sure to take everything into consideration, and were extremely patient and polite. Decent customer service is hard to come by these days, let alone service as good as this. Highly recommend.

We pretty much knew what we wanted so the transaction took about 30 minutes and the mattress we wanted was in stock so we took it with us.

Absolute best service ever! Spoke with Mack on the phone prior to visiting the store to determine if Mattress Firm was the right decision to shop. He did a good job of helping my daughter determine what level of firmness was comfortable for her and he started with the sale items /lower prices and worked his way up. Great service and product. Purchased in Tyler, Tx just as businesses were reopening following covid 19. Only one employee in the store doing a great job with an elbow problem. She was able, with my help, to load the twin mattress and box springs in my truck but had it been full size I would have to have come back. I probably would have gone to another store.

I like my mattress. But, we live outside of city limits and therefore dont have anyone to haul off our old mattress. They told us for a price they would deliver and haul off

Stopped by today just to browse... honestly, didn’t have many intentions on buying a mattress because I didn’t think we would find anything in our price range here. I’m so glad we stopped in!! We were greeted and taken care of by Wendy. You could tell that she knew what she was talking about. She answered all of our questions and helped us stay within our budget, which wasn’t very big. And we got a great mattress that we can’t wait to have delivered! Between Wendy and John, we got exactly what we needed within our price range. I had a very limited budget for me and my boyfriend to get a new mattress. He had broken his back in three places and we needed a quality mattress that wouldnt break the bank. After some exhaustive looking we found this store and I called and spoke with Josh. I told him what I was looking for and our budget and he was able to find us a set that worked for us and was well within what we could afford. So much so we were even able to buy a mattress cover and a couple extra pillows! I would recommend this store and Josh and his associates to anyone and everyone looking to buy a mattress set! I am looking forward to us both getting a full nights sleep without him waking up every 3 hours in pain from my old bad mattress set.

Went in with looking for a guest bed with a certain amount I was going to spend and not go over. Josh was very helpful and not pushy or “salesman like” at all. Purchased a nice bed for a great price ($300 less than the previous store I was looking in) and even better it was in stock so actually left with it and didn’t have to wait to order and pick it up.

We have been mattress shopping today, and Bill at Mattress Firm was BY FAR the most knowledgeable and nicest out of everyone we met at the other stores. He didn’t try to sell us anything, he gave us information and helped us find the mattress that was best for us.

I visited this store on my way home one day in order to just look at prices of beds. The salesman, Josh, was very kind and explained to me the benefits of all the different types of mattresses. He didnt push me to buy, but I ended up purchasing due to his honesty and apparent desire to really help us. In an age where we always shop online, I would encourage anyone to go and visit Josh before you make a final decision. Id give 6 stars if I could.

The reason were giving Mattress Firm one star is because of the delivery service. They messed up the service twice. There was a problem with their phone communication and they also had the wrong address entirely. Our new mattress and box spring were supposed to be delivered on a Thursday and drivers did not show up. There was a txt confirming Thursdays delivery. No delivery. My husband called our sales man Bill to find out what went wrong. Driver said they had been calling us. My husband never received a phone call. Rescheduled for the following week. The exact same situation happened. No show. This time we were very upset. We put in another call to our salesman. Again he tried out find out why this happened again. He got specific directions from my husband to give to the delivery driver. Finally driver from Houston showed up on designated day with a snarky attituded, no apology for their screw up...TWICE, complaining about the directions, and was rude to my husband. Completely incompetent, foolish, and unprofessional!However we give 5 stars to the sales man Bill at the Tyler store. He was fantastic from beginning to end! He knew exactly how to help us and his suggestions were great! He wasnt pushy at all, yet informative and knew exactly what we wanted. He cares about his customers. We would recommend him highly! Hes the only reason we would even recommend going back there. That driver needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers. Common courtesy and manners is what you use when youre working with paying customers.

Do not purchase anything from this store! I specifically asked the sales associate Bill (also known as Earnest) before purchasing 2 mattresses last week if the items could be returned to the store if the plastic wrap was still intact, as I wasn’t sure if I would actually use the mattresses, and he said yes absolutely, just that the plastic wrap still needed to be on the mattresses. However, when we tried to return the mattresses today we were told that it’s “against the law” for us to try to return a mattress, and that upon talking to another customer in the parking lot with the same problem, Bill then came outside and screamed that he would call the police if we didn’t leave! Seriously, you’re going to call the police because we would like to return an unused product?? Oh, and after saying that we should take this up with his “district manager named Mitchell Stewart”, the phone number he gave us to call was a private line to someone who has no relationship with this company. Please shop ANYWHERE but here, as you will be lied to and threatened. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and taking any means necessary to have the issue resolved.

I went into the store to look at mattresses really not having any idea what I may want. Josh was available and answered all of my questions and helped me decide on what would be the best fit for my budget and my needs.

Spent over $650 for a new medium mattress! Was $1,000+ but this week only for a Blu lite special, free delivery and bla, bla 6 months warranty, just enough time for the HOLE to form where you MUST lay! Good God man they know its junk! It was $800 SALE PRICE but you can talk em down, really. Knocked off $75 Throw in mattress cover to $650+tax, these new ones cant turn over but will spin around just long enough to go past warranty! Basically youll need a new mattress every 12 to 15 months inless you go elsewhere and drop a couple grand, straight up! Mattresses are one of the most Marked up items that you will EVER BUY! That $1,200 sale price, down from $2,000 has a TOTAL COST OF NEAR $100 to make! 800% to 1,200% mark up! Ripoff
