Great customer service, very personal. Although it is a bit of a drive for me, i love my Oreck Vacuum, repairs are done fairly quickly.

Worst Oreck Store I have ever been too. The owner is RUDE and unaccomodating to help like other Oreck stores are. We always buy Oreck products for our church but will drive further to go to a store that appreciates our business.

Brought in our Hoover carpet shampooer. Hose broken deep inside machine and cannot be repaired. Bought an Oreck model and very happy with it! Now have a Dyson cordless vacuum that needs testing/repair...will let you know!

The staff is very helpful. The sales rep was very honest with me. She could have sold me more expensive items, but she listened to my needs and recommended the right vacuum cleaner. They also do in house repairs and have replacement parts.

The guy that helped me was EXTREMELY rude! And then when I came back later that day, they were closed way earlier than the hours listed! Beyond disappointed with this place of business!
