All was easy, looks and feels like a solid unit. Working well at this time. Complaint: mounting brackets did not match unit (the charger itself, noor the lift) that said I was easily able to modify to work...glad I brought my drill to the field. I should state also, I never contacted anyone as I had an easy solution and wasnt willing to wait for any type of feedback. I will definitely use them again.

Bought a battery for my quad from them. It failed after 4 months and riding the quad maybe 5 times. Wont hold a charge, wont crank the quad. Battery is very cheap quality. Contacted their tech support who informed me that I had to ship the defective battery back at my expense and they would determine if they would send a replacement. Im not taking that gamble but will buy a replacement locally. Filed a complaint with BBB. Very poor customer service.

I discovered that wheelchair batteries that are sold at medical supply retail locations are an absolute Rip-Off. We saved over 1/2 by buying through High-Tech Battery Solutions. Bought the best Deka AGM battery these guys sold. Lasted 18 months. They said, unfortunately your battery is beyond the 12 month warranty period. Needless to say, I wont be buying another battery from these guys.

Richard provided phenomenal customer service!!! I thought I needed a new battery charger for my handicap scooter. I ordered one from High-Tech and couldnt get it to work. I thought it was a faulty charger so I asked for another new one. It still didnt work. I called Richard & he helped me trouble shoot the issue. Turns out it wasnt the chargers he sent me; it was an electrical problem in the scooter itself. He sent me a prepaid label to send the chargers back for a refund. I am so very grateful for his patience and assistance and not trying to rip me off! Keep up the good work, Richard. Good customer service is hard to find these days!!!

Ordered a marine battery from High-Tech Battery Solutions. After waiting over a week they refunded my payment and said the manufacturer kept missing ship dates. I think this was an excuse. Wont purchase from them again and recommend other do the same.

Bought a Deka batter for a 2013 road king. It lasted about 10 months before it died. These things happen unfortunately, the bike had to be towed into the nearest dealer and a HD battery installed. Since I had no ability to take the defective battery with me, I left just happy to be on my way. This company requires you keep the battery and ship it to them if you want to make a warranty claim. Very impractical maybe impossible and certainly dangerous to be riding your bike with an extra battery strapped on so you can comply with their gotcha language in their warranty. I would never buy a battery again that did not have warranty service centers throughout the country. Live and learn

Purchased a battery for my motorcycle and selected 2-4 day shipping which I was charged for. My total was right under $20 that was on saturday and today is Thursday. If anything it should have arrived today, but when I tracked my package online it said it was just leaving indiana and is expected to be delivered Monday the 11th by 8 p.mSo I paid for 2-4 day shipping and Im getting it in 9 days, i will most likely not be a returning costumer to this business.Waiting a few extra days isnt the biggest deal in the world but its not what I paid for

I placed an order for my sons Razor scooter battery from this company, the battery came after 3 days in a professionally packaged and safe cardboard box, I did talk to one of the employees of this company by phone before I placed the order and she was very polite and knowledgeable . Ordered a battery online. It took 2 phone calls, an email, and finally a dispute with PayPal to get it shipped. It finally came 14 days after I originally order it. This was for an order for which I paid 2 day priority shipping. Which I was still charged for. I would not recommend this vendor.

The website is very easy to use. The pricing offered is great, especially in light of the 2 year warranty on the batteries. The loss of a star on my rating is related to the condition of the items I received:Time will be the ultimate tell for how these batteries actually perform but the following notes on the items received support my current 3 star rating for the product, 4 star rating overall product and store:1) Units received had the labels placed on the sides of the batteries that end up double side taped to each other to form the final battery pack configuration. this means that months or years from now, when these batteries reach the end of their useful life, I will be unable to read the labels and will have to find the original sales documents to determine how to reorder.2) These batteries were sold with the claim that they would arrive fully charged. That was not the case for my shipment and in fact, they were so low on charge that the UPS system issued an error, excess load, when turned on with no load applied at all! I spent a while trying to figure out what was going on when after about 15 minutes of charging, there was finally enough charge in the batteries to function properly.Since these initial issues, the batteries have been performing well. If they make it to the 2 year warranty expiration I will consider raising the star rating but for now, High-Tech Battery Solutions only earned 3 stars.
