Extremely good speciality cookie shop. I love my sweets but even I could barely get through one😉👍. The cookies that are available to purchase rotate weekly with the classic chocolate chip always being available so be sure to check their website. Milk is overpriced but it is the convenience of not having to stop elsewhere and you will need milk trust.

This place is so cool! You order on tablets and then they prepare your cookie for you. I loved how they also have single serve ice cream cups to go with your cookie and they gave it to you hot. Really good and definitely recommend but do wish they had a few more flavor options.

Seriously best sugar cookie i have ever eaten. Butter cream frosting! Yes, real butter cream frosting. The cookies are medium in quality for sure.. idk what ingredients they use, but it is not a real food store for sure. It is indeed very American looking. The kids working inside proved they are following a ingredients list and use boxed mix. Not home made fresh cookies at all,, but they are sold warm lol. Apparently if you live close enough they deliver milk and cookies till 10pm. I like that it is all white inside the building as well, Very clean and neat.

Driving an RV is stressful and my husband had a particularly stressful day of driving, so I decided to surprise him with some cookies.Covid-19: you can order takeout or delivery online. I did delivery. I always go through the company directly so they dont have to pay the fees of the third party company. I wish I had known they use DoorDash anyway because I have a credit card that means I wouldnt have had to pay the DoorDash fees, but didnt take advantage of that since I went through Crumbl instead.I had a chance to try Crumbl at a pre-opening event back in Charlotte. The only cookie I tried there was the chilled sugar. I was excited to try some of their rotating specialty flavors.I had to get a box of 4 to get them delivered. I got two Pumpkin Roll cookies, a Raspberry Cheesecake cookie, and a chilled sugar cookie. The cookies are huge.I loved both the Pumpkin Roll and the Raspberry Cheesecake. They were both very unique cookie flavors and I love that theyre delivered soft and warm. I had already had the chilled sugar, but its really good too. I love that its cold. The frosting is an almond frosting.I think this is the best cookie chain Ive had. They have very unique flavors and the cookies are so soft, warm, and big. I think theyre definitely worth trying.

I love the cookies. I give them as gifts. But I would love to see the employees change their gloves. The last two times I went in they take my cash money, touch the cash register then go touch the cookies. I was not the only customer either time. Never saw a glove change.Otherwise great cookies .

When you are feeling a little indulgent and need to satisfy your sweet tooth, this is the place. The app makes it easy and convenient and curbside pickup is a very definite bonus when kiddos are in tow. It is a little spendy and isn’t something we do all the time but it’s a great every once in a while treat for us

I love most of the cookies, but the app never works for curbside pickup. Ive had to walk in multiple times because they dont get the notification Ive arrived or the order doesnt show up on their end. Very frustrating when you have a young child and cant leave them in the car.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! It was close to closing time and I called to make sure it was ok for me to order! They said that it was and that they would wait for me and provide curbside service. Well, when I arrived I pulled into the parking spot in front of the store and there was a car sitting there with the employees waiting for me to give me my order! Instead they looked at me, started laughing and drove off with my order in their car!! I tried to get out and talk to them but they drove off to fast!!

Very delicious cookies. I got a 6 pack variety. 2 cookies were in single boxes. The cornbread has a drizzle of honey I believe and it was in the 4 pack box. The 3 other cookies got honey on them. Not very delicious. A suggestion would be to put it in a separate box when it has runny drizzle.
