Prices are good. Stock runs out quickly though. Online grocery people running around like chickens. Not enough cashiers but lots of self checks which I can get myself through faster than any cashier. Deli/bake are clean and food is good. Subway restaurant. Overnight parking Is a yes. Easy to get to/out of.

Hard to find stuff but otherwise Walmart is good, me and my parents come here to shop rather often.

Its a nice place to visit and you can get just about everything you need and if you cant go online you can get everything else at Wal Mart.com

Not the worst Walmart Ive been to, but usually not a very good experience shopping there. Still not as bad as a trip to Costco, but definitely a store to avoid during peak shopping hours if youre trying to keep any sort of schedule.

There never is basketball cards or football cards. Why are all stores sold out everywhere I go. Is it true everyone is buying stores out. The same people. All throughout Idaho and everywhere. That dont even collect cards. Is that why is that why a packages of cards are going for like $90 a pack

Came in everyday for the last month to buy dickies cargo pants for work. The shelf for those pants has looked the same for a month now, and never restocked on smaller sizes. I wear a 30x32, everything they have is 38+. Hate to break it to whoever does the orders, but not everyone those sizes, there are smaller people

This store was stocked better than most that Ive been to tho the layout seemed a little weird to me I found several people who helped me find stuff( Im all about asking for help) The store was clean and the cashier was friendly and efficient. I used to be a cashier trainer so this is very important to me. This will be my go-to Walmart

One of the nicer stores weve been too. Clean and organized. The grocery dept. was well stocked. We found everything we needed.

There are never anyone working the registers. Why have 10 lanes of check out if youre only ever going to have 1 or 2 opened? Its so aggravating...the line could be all the way down to produce thats about 6 to 8 isles long and still NOT open another register...and self check out will be backed up as well... So yeah hate this about this Walmart

By far the worst and disappointing store Ive ever been in,look at these messes they have and all the products that are ripped open and empty boxes just left on the shelf. And the floors all nasty and not cleaned it the worst Ive ever seen a Walmart.

Ive been having issues with the Jerome Wal-Mart, since moving to Idaho from Houston, in Nov 2020. My cuz took me to Twin in the hopes of a better shopping experience. I gotta say Kylee & Michaela were truly amazing! I want yall to know these 2 phenomenal women went above & beyond to help me, treated me with respect, and were on point with their customer service! Seriously, if not for Michaela & Kylee, I wouldnt have my new bike. I believe these 2 extremely hard workers need raises and some major PTO for dealing with me... Im still laughing from the bike being on clearance. Yall got a loyal customer to the Twin Falls Wal-Mart from this point forward.

Store is a mess and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Employees act like they dont even want to be there. Although there have been a few who have gone above and beyond to be helpful. I wish I had gotten their names so I could give them the kudos they deserve. They need to go to Fred Meyer and take a lesson on how customers should be treated.

The crew that works in the delivery and pickup department are amazing. I deliver for this location through an app called Roadie and the crew members are always on top of things. I’ve never had a mistake on my orders and it’s always speedy and friendly service.As far as shopping in store here goes…I would say try to order online or set up a pick up time or even delivery because this place is always busy. Always crowded. They’re always short staffed and honestly they’re overpriced. I never thought I’d say that about WalMart.Also, the EcoPhone kiosk is always messed up when I go to use it. I put one phone in last time and then it said it was experiencing technical issues and couldn’t take anymore phones. Seems like something is always wrong with it.I also get really sick and tired of people who work in a specific department but are no help whatsoever. I’ve always had a good experience with most WalMarts in this regard. There is usually someone in the electronics department who is knowledgeable. Same with sporting goods. Not at this location. You’re on your own here. Even in the automotive department. Just absolutely no help whatsoever. I would be leery about bringing my vehicles here for anything more than a simple oil change.

I wished I’d taken a picture, the entire aisle behind the row of registers was packed and the line wasn’t moving. 1 register was open! Huge cart loads were going through the self-check areas. I know the current labor market is making it challenging but this was ridiculous! I walked off

The layout of this Walmart is particularly unique and can be disorienting. I will say that is is more updated and cleaner than most locations Ive been to. The staff is no more or less helpful than any other Walmart.I shop here reluctantly when there are no other local options for what Im after, I find it hard to support a company that so frequently pursues their bottom line over the interests of their own employees.

Twin Falls Idaho Walmart, went in for cat food, dog treats, ready made salad,and fried chicken.I left store with none of them. It was out of all 4.

Went to pick up a case of water and the shelves were empty so asked one of the employees that was stocking the same shelves if they had anymore water anywhere. He told me no that they were out. I was in the store for about 30 mins looking at other things and happened to walk back by the same isle where the water should be and the pallets were full of bottles of water and he was still there so I asked him how come he told me that they were out. All he said hmm I guess there was some. Now if I were stocking shelves I would know what I had back there to bring out and let people know if they asked if there were some of what they were looking for instead of a nope we are out comment.

Walmart is generally fine, but the last couple times I have gone in the middle of the day, they only had 2 lanes open! The lines were so super long. We stood there for at least a half hour before it was our turn. Ridiculous! And they never called any other employees up to check! I couldnt believe it! Big thumbs down!

Great place to find everything we needed for our trip back home. It gets crowded when the high school across the street lets out for lunch.

I love WalMart pickup. I dont grocery shop any more. Its so nice to just drive up and go. The people delivering your groceries are very nice and kind. You do need to plan ahead so you can get a time for pickup. Its always busy but Ive never waited more than a few minutes. Thanks for the great work at Walmart pickup.

Im really a big fan of any Wal-Mart anywhere but its not the worst place to have to go to shop or do whatever you have to take care of at the time. Ive noticed over time that some of the employees arent very nice and are not helpful when you need help or have questions about something. Other than that its just another busy store and everyone fricken seems to shop there and all at the same time lol. (Just kidding, its just gets really busy and crowded at times. Haha)

Walmart often has what I need but the experience is seldom fun. I hate the fact that they have many registers but only a few being used. The self service lines are always long and I dont like using them. The sad part is that I have started using the self check out because I want to get home before my food spoils.

Have only been inside of the store 2-3 times in at least that many years or more. But let me tell you about ordering groceries and all items they sell, and picking them up... OR... getting them delivered to my house! This is actually very fun. You dont have to rub shoulders with people, you can stay COVID safe, and you get the items you need. Ive had substitutions on my orders, but if you dont want the substitute, in the email they send you, just tell them no. Or if the substitute is fine with you, just tell them yes. Its easy, free if you pick it up- and only $8 and they bring it right to your door. You can even watch the delivery person on their app. Fresh fruits and veggies are hand picked to your specifications, maybe better than you could pick them, who knows. But, I say give it a try, why not?

Terrible, terrible service. My husband went there to get a window ac that was quoted to me yesterday at 134 today the put a price of 164 but online the still said 134 . At check out the manager dude in the yellow vest was very rude and said he isnt changing the price even though it stated we could order it from Walmart com for 134 and pick it up in the store. This dude was rude and very unprofessional. How he got promoted to manager is beyond me. He needs to be fired or demoted immediately

This is a typical Super store Walmart. Its big (huge) I would rate it higher if it was a little cleaner and was kept a lot more stocked. But with all that said it is a friendly place to shop with the family. All the employees are helpful and happy to be working there.

The good: its HIUUUUUUUGE.The bad: it doesnt have enough workers, so finding anything outside of basic groceries is freaking difficult.In addition, it really exudes a looming sense of the dystopic present by the sheer fact that you cant see the exit from multiple points in the store.

The store has a strong foul odor in the cold food area that has been there as many years as Ive lived here, it is really unappetizing! I prefer to take the drive to Jerome walmart which is kept much cleaner and is odor free! The upside to Twin vs Jerome is a larger selection...if you can stomach it.

My husband was looking for Stop Leak. We looked on the aisle where the oil & antifreeze were. We didnt find any Stop Leak, then an employee came up to us and asked if he could help us find something, as theyd just closed for the day. He looked on his handheld scanner & led us to where it was located, which was on the same aisle as the car stereo demos.The guy who helped us genuinely wanted to help, rather than get off work sooner.

Horrible jewelry service!! Waited for more than 30 minutes and got many employees to “help me” and no one ever showed up!!! Many customers waiting in jewelry left with me… so angry!!

Passing through this lovely city and stopped by the visitors center to buy some souvenirs but they were not stocked up with larger sizes so I went to Walmart.Clean and well stocked store but disappointed that there were no souvenirs of Idaho.

Bad service. No service... waited 22 min for someone to come to the cosmetics section because everything is locked up so to get what ya need someone needs to be there to unlock... Had someone paged 3 times...I tried calling. But no one answered the phone. We gave up finally and went elsewhere to get what we needed...The community doesnt respect this place at all... its a complete mess... need to hire more people just to clean up after all the customers who just drop stuff wherever they want to. It was awful.

Spent a good long while looking at the laptop options, excluding what was marked as sold out of course which was like half of them. I can understand being sold out. Its right after black Friday. My computer picked a bad time to die. I finally picked one just to find out it was sold out. Turns out the little sold out signs were posted entirely randomly. Half of what was marked as sold out was in stock and half of what wasnt marked was sold out. The employee was nice enough to scan them for me to see whats what. I picked out a different one,brought it home, and it has a dead pixel. Great.

If you need to get in and out quick then the self check out is the way to go. This is the only Wal-Mart in Twin Falls so it gets busy between 3 and 8pm. It used to be open 24hrs BUT NOT ANYMORE. Which I think they should be because its getting busier every year. It has everything the super centers carry. Also has a TLE (tire and lube express) and is always first come first serve. Always cool gadgets and other items to look at and a great place to kill time if needed. It also has a gas station with one of the best prices in town(but not always).
