Much cleaner than last visit.

Very clean and tidy store. The store wasn’t overly busy despite us going on Christmas Eve. Staff were helpful and plenty full so there was lots of people to ask for help. Great last minute Christmas deals. The store had everything we needed. Deals were easy to recognize and great deals. Lots of games and other stuff. Christmas section was wiped out. There were lots of price check points. Clearance is a little difficult to find and is usually on the ends of the isles. Checkout lady was friendly and quick to scan our items and tell us our total. There is a Starbucks inside.

This Target is alright to go to. They have items that some other stores dont carry but some of it is a little on the pricey side. They got rid of a lot of things that use to be here. The seasonal isle is usually what my wife and I go for. They do have a Starbucks inside so if you just need coffee they have one. The mens section of clothing has gone down in choices too.

The entire experience was smooth and easy. I ordered items from Walmart and it was the complete opposite. There was no wait time when I arrived at the store. The associate was pleasant. All in all, Target has spoiled me!! Thank you.

The girl was super sweet! My Target app said I arrived before I actually did, (drive up order) but she was patiently waiting! Her eye makeup was so beautiful! Even though she was wearing a face mask, I could tell she was still smiling! 💓 thanks girl!

When is Target going to make masks mandatory. Putting their employees at risk. Not sure how the glass at the register is any help. There is a huge hole where the card reader is and that is placed right at the cashiers face. Total fail! The only reason I am giving 3 stars is the cashier was the only employee with her mask on correctly. She also asked the people who got behind me to move back until I was finished. Selfish people don’t wear masks and put strangers at risk. Shame on you Target for not protecting your employees!

Walked in to the newly remodeled store and was blown away by how bright it was. It looked amazing! Then once I started to look around. . . Sheer disappointment. The store was trashed. Recovery hasnt happened for days, because stores dont become that disheveled in one day. I saw 4 employees on my walk around the store. To top it off, no lanes were open, just the self checkout when I was ready to leave. All four self registers were in use, and a line of 5 more buyers were lined up to check out. For the money Target put into this building, it may have been wasted, as the current staff has no interest in keeping it up. . . Or Target spent all their money to make it look nice, and now cant afford employees. Either way, it was disappointing.

I ordered something online and it shipped from the store and I can’t make it into stores because I live on a college campus and can’t leave and when I got my order today the employees who packed my order left the security tag on. So now I don’t know what to do because I can’t leave and I can’t access my product. This is unacceptable especially with COVID-19 going around.

Target is always clean, organized and consumer friendly. It always has what Im looking for. Would recommend this store to anyone.

I love Target

The Target in Twin Falls is a pretty great place to go shop, browse or have a cup of coffee. When I was pregnant with my second daughter this was one of the only places I could find cute maternity clothes. Got my hubby a great pair of air pods, which he loves! I couldn’t give them that last star because when he went to buy me some they were out and still haven’t gotten anymore. But other than that. Target is pretty great!

Availability of products. And the new remodel makes the store look up to date and more modern. The employees are always super helpful and friendly.

New but not improved! Employees are not familiar with the products on their department, not eager to help you. Employee literally answered my question saying I dont know. I can call someone who does, I guess. In the department they were in. In a different department (clothing) nobody around to help me find specific items i was looking for. In domestics, they had no variety of products. Just three brands to choose from. Huge disappointment. Im sticking with walmart.

Target has never amazed me with their prices or product selection. The staff isnt necessarily in-depth knowledgeable for their departments either, but are friendly. With that aside, Ive never waited in line for more than a few minutes, and the store has always been clean when I visited. While Target may not have the best deals they do have interesting variety. Theres a lot of unique items I find at Target which are not seen elsewhere locally. Overall Target is great, and this store is in good shape. Worth checking out.

Always love going to target. This one could use some updating but doesn’t effect the shopping experience too badly. Wish they would do stocking later at night because some of their boxes do block items I’m trying to get. Employees seem nice enough. Bathrooms seem to be always kind of dirty.

This target has a nice selection but my review is based solely on the state of the womens restroom. It was absolutely atrocious. The trash was over flowing and it had obviously not been checked on in a while.

I love Target! Best place to get cute cheap decor and other trinkets. Also love their clothes and love the clearance section! They have Starbucks inside so you can sip on some good coffee while shopping! This target also has a good selection of cosmetic items like NYX, Soap and Glory, Wet n Wild, ELF, and many more!!!

Ordered a pair of shoes online and had them shipped to store they gave me an estimated date that they would be there but never confirmed. So when I went in there to go see if they were there they said that because I hadn’t came and got them that they put them out on the shelf and they must’ve sold. I wasn’t charged for this but this is a real inconvenience.

We will never stop foot in our local Twin Falls Idaho store again we asked a worker passing by for help he was extremely rude my 9 year old was asking him if they had a Halloween costume and he refused to respond to her when my husband told him to please take the time and respond to her he snapped back you dont need to be rude and he stated he was going to get a manager he never did so we put our stuff back and went to walmart and we was treated with respect I have never left a target before that was ridicules.

I am a target shopper but the staff here are so rude. Only self check out until 10 am and when questioned they said its so easy, you should be able to so it. Able to do it and willing to do it are entirely different. Wake up America, you are putting people out of work and NOT getting a discount.

I was in a major hurry and found the first staff I could find, the lady wasnt from the department I was looking in but that didnt matter she helped me anyway all the way to the register she was superb. The lines were a little long so they opened up registers to get everything through quickly. I am normally not a fan of big box stores but target in Twin was great.

Like most Targets it was clean and easy to get around. However the clerk there was very helpful and when an item didnt ring up with the discount advertised she took our word and changed the price. Didnt treat us like we were wrong or lying.

This store has things you dont find elsewhere. Especially in the line of holiday flavors of everything from Oreos to cold cereal and of course candy. Clothing is higher quality than some other stores in its price range and if you like something buy it when you see it or it will be gone. You can grab your Starbucks fix on the way in and sip as you shop. And always check you the Dollar Stop across from the coffee. There are great deals from $1-3. All worth more than the price. Love this store!

I always love going to a Target. The one in Twin Falls is good, however I wish they had more items for their Cartwheel app in the Grocery Section. Other than that, the service is always excellent and I really appreciate that.

Store Team Leader, Lee Anderson, provides horrible customer service after Dari and Madison st the customer service desk could not give an accurate answer to my questions . Me. Anderson your store team leader said and I quote “your not listening)!! To me the customer, I have had a target red card since 2009 And I will not shop target !!! I retired from Federal Government service of 24 years and I would have been placed on unpaid leave for treating a customer or a fellow employee this way! Your team leader also said his berating comments in front of 10 customers !!

Cashiers are rude. Refused service at one the other acted like we were an inconvienance

They continued to tell me I was wrong. They said their system wont allow them to return or exchange my downloadable game code although they didnt give the code for the game to be downloaded. When they finally tried it, they returned it with ease and acted like they were shocked. I was actually told to commit credit card fraud by the employee, Debbi. She told me to call my credit card and tell them I didnt make the purchase although I was holding the reciept and game card in my hand because she said that is what she does.

Its a great place to shop. When my kids ask what I want to do for fun I say go to Target lol

I wanted to use a gift card I was given, but the girl said I couldnt use it at that store. I went to CS after that to see where I could use it, and she said I could use it there. She thinks the girl scanned the wrong barcode but it was too late for me to use it that day. Irritated me.

We went to get little plastic drawers, and they were on sale for less than the price of Walmart. I was a happy customer. Also their self check out is without a hitch.

Target is usually consistent in the brands they offer. They recently changed their system so that they do not accept many manufacturers coupons, which is very annoying. The cartwheel app is useful if you shop here often, but it is inconsistent in offerings.

Poor Customer Service at StarbucksI was second in line behind a guy that ordered 5 drinks. He had to run out and get his credit card and the gal wouldnt take my order til he came back. Then a ton of people got in line behind me all the sudden. She calls over a manager to help take orders that has never worked the Starbucks register. The other guy comes back finally, adds another coffee to the order, then pays. The manager takes my order and everybody elses. She made everyone elses order and didnt make mine until I asked where it was. She went to grab the cup for the person that just barely ordered. Then I said I was in front of all these people, and she snaps saying were busy right now, then grabs my cup and finally makes my drink. Horrible service. The drink tasted good and I appreciated the willingness of the manager to help with orders, but thats all I can say good about this experience. I came clear into Twin Falls while on my way to Boise, just for Starbucks. Never again.

Has a better atmosphere than Wal-Mart with only slightly higher prices. Not too much sets this place apart from their competition, but I need too give it at least 4 stars because they always seem to have impossibly popular video game items before I can find them anywhere else.

This was the most frustrating retail experience I have ever had. I was pressured into getting a red card, which caused a transaction problem and took $100 off the gift card I was going to use that wouldnt go back on the card, so I left after 30 frustrating minutes at the checkout counter with nothing.

My favorite place to shop for gifts, and their app has incredible discounts quite frequently that are useful. The clerks are always friendly and helpful.

The clerk was very professional, however at the busiest time of day they only had two checkers.

I like target but they seriously need to rethink putting all sized panties into one bin! S,m,l,xl and I, the consumer, am supposed to spend 20 min of my time digging in said pile for my size. After 20 min, guess what? Only 3 pair of size M. And you need 5 for the deal. Apparently its just as hard for whomever is supposed to order them as well. Sigh
