I was looking for plastic auto model kits, when I went there and was disappointed in their sparse selection. They had plenty of other craft items, just not what I was looking for.

Each crafting store in Twin is better for different crafts. I think Michaels is the best for crafts like scrapbooking and jewelry making. They also have a nice selection of yarn and storage items like bins and baskets.

They have tons of stuff. I had an okay experience first time shopping there . I did get the item I wanted. I asked a clerk I found in an isle arranging things for a Brite yellow shirt they had it in smaller youth size just not in adult that I could see. The answer I got from her was. If it aint over there then we aint got it.. which might be true but #1 she didnt say they dont carry that color in adult size so she really didnt know. I did find other color that were displayed in another place of the store that were not in the place that she said if they had it would be there. Good thing I wasnt looking for dark red and asked her cause I would have found it and went to tell her she needs to be more people friendly or find another job because do to her I did not have 100%great experience I would have had. Great store lots of great things. Front end cashier very friendly and nice helpful.

Place was full of xmas stuff. They were in tge process of moving it out. Had no idea they had suvh a huge xmas inventory. Definitely worth checking vf out next year.

Could have more miniature stuff, you know beings they are a craft store. Some stuff very pricey but other then that usually have what I need.

We went for their free holiday craft day! My 2nd grader made things for herself, her sister, and her best friend. Super helpful event staff.

I love shopping at Michael’s because I can always find what I need. I buy lots of stuff there to make the crafts and projects for my classroom. Their prices are a little expensive but their selection and products are high quality. The only problem I have with them is that I inevitably spend too much money! Which of course is not their fault of course it is simply because I lack self-control.

I love Michaels but the one in Twin occasionally has super slow people working at the checkout counters. Often times there will be a long line and the cashiers still take their time ringing things up. Ive also had really great customer service once. Overall the store is great and tidy.

They have a great product. Had some really good sales.

Found cardboard hearts, that I write love notes to my husband then I hide them in various places for him to find later. It is fun finding them when we are not with each other... letting him know I am thinking of him. Obtw we are both in our 60s and still enjoy love notes

Michaels is one of those stores where youre browsing, and you find such a great deal, you cant believe you found that at Michaels! I bought a huge, huge canvas here at an amazing discount. Save those coupons! Its worth it.

Absolutely no customer service of any kind. Youre lucky if you find someone to help and if you do, they either tell you that the item youre looking for isnt at the store (only to find it eventually yourself) or they just point to the vicinity and send you on your way. Ill be continuing to purchase my art supplies from Blick.com.

Closed the store and it fauld up my order. In store staff where helpful, but the online service left my order in limbo, online could have handled it better.

Was looking for rice paper n gel pens. No rice paper. Limited supply on gel pens. Plenty of art supplies, but no variety of coloring books or vibrant gel pens selections. Have to shop online with Triarco now!!

I always find what I need plus way more. They have supplies for just about whatever you want.

Usually has what I am looking for, but not always. Prices are a little high, but the weekly coupon is always good for at least 40% off of something. They also give me a teacher discount off of everything I buy, which I am very grateful for.

Very helpful on framing my art. She gave some wonderful suggestions on what would enhance my paintings. Reassured me frame made out town, but framing takes place in TF shop. I worry what could happen if transported from store. She was having computer issues but was efficient on handling them. First time using Michaels framing service. Looking forward to seeing how they look.

Now I remember why I dont go in there. I need help and the only person I could find was the cashier and he was doing his job to to ring up customers. I walked around the whole store four times and no one was around. The cashier kindly got some one to help me and even after that the person did not know what I was looking for even after I explained it to them.

I went in today 1/23/2020 I came from Gooding to use a coupon that said no exclusions, but I tried to buy a book and the coupon for some reason wouldn’t work, but the manager honored it for me anyways, and completely made my day, so thank you very much!

Easy to find anything with how well the store is put together. Signs and staff are sure to lead u in the right direction. Staff are also friendly and outgoing but not too pushy overall a near perfect experience.

Ryan in framing did an excellent job on a cross-stitch I brought in. He helped in picking out the perfect mat, and he was so professional and knowledgable about the whole process, and it turned out beautiful. Ill definitely be bringing in other projects to have framed in the future.
