This company is TopNotch! The customer service is beyond what you would imagine. Great quality products and clothes are actually in fashion. So kind, so informative and they take all your needs into consideration. I was blown away by the service we received today. A hard fit to find FR clothing and they hooked us up and had pants altered in no time. Will even do custom fits if needed. Cant say how impressed I was. Will be a customer for life when needing this specialty line and will surely refer them out whenever I can. Thanks for being old school and treating the customer like they matter! If I could give 10 stars I would.

I am required to wear FR at Edison substations. I am fortunate enough to live close by their store in Santa Ana CA. I highly recommend their product for the quality and comfort, and their customer service is five stars. I wear the cargo pants and am very happy with the fit

Ordered the Skully Balaclava. The eyehole was very skewed to the left. So, if you centered the eyehole, the skull design would not be centered. And, vice versa.Customer service sent me another one (which took a couple of weeks). The replacement is skewed in the opposite direction. Though, not nearly as bad. See the pics below.I reached back out to customer service about the defective replacement. I said (tongue in cheek) that Id have to take it to get altered. I guess they thought that was an appropriate resolution - for me to spend another $15-$20 (on top of the $30 cost) to get a quality product. Because, they did not respond to that last email.Cool product, but very disappointing experience.**Edit: They did finally reach out to me and offered me a refund. So I changed my rating to 3 stars from 2.Im a big proponent of buying American so I sincerely hope that they can get their QC (and other) issues straightened out.

When it comes to health and safety I buy the best gear because Im in them longer than my dress clothes. Benchmark FR makes very solid Arc and Flash resistance clothing, made in America with a lifetime warranty. Which is unheard of. All for less then you would pay at a work store or outlet. Ive been rocking there beanies, smocks, ski masks, undershirts and skull caps. The staff is very friendly and even gave me a discount.If you or a loved one has a dangerous job please dont buy the cheap chinese stuff or fire-resistance that fails after 20 washes. Wear proper PPE and be safe out there.

Ordered shirts a month ago and after two weeks was told two more weeks still no shipping. Says free shipping but was charged shipping. Its ridiculous how much false advertising is on the website.

I ordered a couple of shirts from Benchmark for my boyfriend who works at the Refinery. My Boyfriend is always wanting to support local businesses. The shirts are great and all however, I recently ordered some T-Shirts and they arrived with discoloration and the logos were faded (I think the printing was done incorrectly) I have emailed them several times and I have not yet gotten a resolution. They did initially say they would make it right but, since have stopped responding to my emails. I have not gotten this resolved, I am more than happy to return these items and get my money back because I dont think I paid to get a shirt that is poorly produced. Too bad this had to happen, we were really looking forward to supporting a local business.

Ive worn there FR coveralls for a few months. It doesnt feel as restrictive as other brands. I highly recommend these guys. They seem to be doing it right.

WATCH OUT for this Company, I order pen for last year October 2017, they give me excuse that their shop been fire and my pen will be delay for around two weeks. So I waited for two months. Then I never hear from them so I emailled they never reply to me. So I call them about my pan, one of the lady said wait for two more weeks they will be send it out. So I patiently wait it again now March 2018 and they never send it out. So I call them same answer they will be send it out within two week and their shop is already up and running. But I already waited for almost ayear so I ask for cancle and refund for my money so they said 5 to 10 day will be refund. But still did not refunded yet. So I call again Miss Jennifer said she will be call me back this evening ot tomorrow.....So now I am waiting. ....All I want to say is THEY ARE DISHONEST AND TOOK YOUR MONEY.

Ordered a pair of tactical cargo pants specifically because of the knee pad pockets shows in the product image. I never got an update on my order status, then when they got here, they dont actually have the pictured knee pad pocket which makes them useless for my purpose. There is no where on the product page that says that the product pictured is different from actual product. From reading their policies, I will now have to pay for the shipping on the return of this item that they misadvertised. Be sure you know what you are ordering before placing an order with this company.UPDATE: I have been working with Jenafer and her customer service has been incredible. She is working with us to fix the pants, dealing with my change of address as all this ended up colliding with a move, and even gave me a tip that made the shirt I purchased fit better than any FR shirt my company has ever bought for me. While not an ideal situation, I cant thank Jenafer enough for the way she has handled it.

Excellent coveralls that can take a serious beating. I wash mine with acid to get the grease stains out, and the fabric doesnt seem to get effected.

Maybe she has a horrible life and is dealing with personal issues. So I feel like someone in that office should get her some help. Totally turned me off from spending any more of my hard earned cash!
