Diana and Juan were so helpful in helping me resize my wedding ring to a smaller size!!! Excellent service!! I was hoping to have the ring completed within an hour and they were able to have it completed in less than that. While I was waiting Juan was kind enough to show me all of the new collections at Jared and showed me some beautiful opal rings and jewelry. I had a very good experience and I would highly recommend coming to this Jared for any services or to purchase jewelry from. 10/10!

I went to get my ring fixed and it was a lovely experience. Juan helped and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I had my 1 year old with me and Juan made sure that I felt comfortable with having him walk around the store. The repairmen were efficient and did a great job! I will always be coming here!

We are very happy with our purchase as well as the customer service we received. They value their clients. I also enjoyed the ease of making an appointment. I went into the Jared the other day and had the best service! I was greeted by a lady named Ashley/Ashlee (I don’t remember if she was wearing a name tag so I don’t know how her name is spelled), but it turned out she was the manager. She was very polite, kind and very patient with me. Purchasing jewelry is a luxury expense for me, so I had a lot of questions and was pretty indecisive. There was a large selection of great pieces to choose so I was a bit overwhelmed, but I didn’t feel any pressure at all to have to quickly make a decision. The manager was very nice to answer all my questions.If you want a great experience going jewelry shopping I would highly recommend this Jared location. If the other staff members are anything like the manager of the store you will be in very good hands.

I was so impressed with Fernando when I went in yesterday to inquire about having my tings resized. He was fun and made the entire experience very enjoyable. He made sure I knew everything that would be happening to my jewelry which I appreciate md very much. I was very happy with the service I received.

I had an appointment with Juan today. I went all the way to Tustin just for him to tell me that he doesnt have what I am looking for, but never took the time to show me anything similar to what I wanted. Then he goes and helps this other couple that came in without an appointment and didnt care that he was already scheduled with someone else. He just made me waste my time. Thank you ashley for picking up after your unprofessional partner and assisting me with my needs. I love buying at Jared, but wont be dealing with this unprofessional man name Juan. I will continue to go to costa mesa and buy my stuff from that location or get helped by Ashley!

Came in to find an engagement ring and wedding band. Ariel was so incredibly helpful, answered all of our many questions, and had us out of there in about half an hour with the perfect set. We never felt rushed or confused, and she was great about offering suggestions to meet our needs and keep us within our budget. I dont often have cause to buy jewelry, but I would absolutely think of this place first if I ever had a reason to buy another piece in the future.

The slowest service I have ever experienced. Just dropping off a ring for cleaning took 20 minutes. They always have trouble with their system and have to go to other people just to help them do whatever they need to do in their tablet. Waiting to pick it up now and haven’t even been acknowledged in the past 7 minutes since I’ve been standing here. Such a waste of my time.

Diana was a rock-star !!! I was told by other jewelers that mounting a center stone in my wifes new setting would take up to four weeks for delivery and cost over $500.00 US. I was appalled. I called Jared and dropped off and picked up ring the same day two hours later for $250.00.

Absolutely amazing service & I highly recommend this specific locationI have gone through about 15 other stores before I decided to go to Jared.The door was opened for me as i entered and was asked what I was there for and that gentleman got me a sales rep. (Gustavo Rich) He asked what I was looking for instead of asking how much cash was in my pocket. Made me feel like he was interested in my ideas and making them happen instead of how much commission he can make by selling me a cheap ring. Then my ideas were met with logic on cost. He showed me what he could do and I decided to have a custom ring made. I couldnt be happier with the amazing service, the amazing one of a kind custom ring, the great price, etc. I was walked through the entire process and any changes I needed were done with no arguments and it came out amazing.

I can’t rave enough about this place. I have been to manyyyyyy jewelry stores (including various Jared locations) and THIS Jared’s is, hands down, the best. My husband and I purchased my engagement ring and our wedding bands at Jared’s including the bridal package (worth EVERY penny!) which includes free sizing, cleaning, polish, dipping, etc! Make sure to ask for ***JUAN*** when shopping; he will take excellent care of you! He has gone above and beyond to ensure my rings are just as beautiful as the day we bought them. He truly cares about his customers and their genuine happiness. What more could you ask for in a jeweler?!

Stopped in to see if they could repair my wifes wedding ring. Spoke with Gustavo who was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up having a repair done and we are so pleased with the entire experience. If you are looking for wedding rings, this is the place. Ask for Gustavo he was wonderful.

They treat you nice when you go in... But when they ask you to enter value custom program or what ever they call it... DONT DO IT!!!! I did it, and I got a big fat bill on a diamond I selected but NEVER agree to PURCHASE IT.... unbelievable

If I could rate them a 0 star I would. They are clever at deceiving you. They will try to get you to open a line of credit and tell you to make 12 month payments and that if you make the minimum payment every month you will be fine. But then they take 2 month setting it up and telling you to make 12 month payment auto deductions on comenity bank. The thing is, you are still expect to meet the original date of purchase that starts when you bought the ring, not the start date of when they ask for first payment and begin the twelve month payment period auto payment plan.So long story short. If you buy a ring on Jun 2018 you need to pay it off on Jun 2019. Not what your auto billing cycle they set you up that starts on August 2018 and says to make 12 auto payments to comenity bank. 1 auto payment to them for each month. Which puts you past the auto payment where they then charge you all the interest you incurred back to when you bought the ring with finance charges and now owe an additional almost $300. And putting the payments you need to make will in the fine print of the statement the actual date you need to pay off and not the date they started you on. They avoid the responsibility because even though comenity bank is the one that sets you up on the payment, they say jared is the one that set the due date when you purchase the ring. Thus they point the finger at each other to say neither is responsible for setting up your auto pay to go over due date and neither take responsibility and that you are responsible to figure out if you were to pay the final amount on jun 2019 or if you were suppose to make 12 month payment auto monthly pay starting on August 2019. Thus they set you up to fail even though you call them in advance on July 2018 and talk to support and have it recorded that they told you to make 12 month payments at the date that they start billing you.So the lesson here is. Dont make monthly payments to these people. If you buy a ring do not setup credit with them when they say that it will help pay off engagement ring so that you can have credit towards the wedding bands. Just pay it all off day 1. You will have less of a headache making these payment on time only for them to sneak in additional charges at the very end and doomed you to fail and and tell you to deal with this. I had a gut feeling I should of paid it off day 1 when I got the ring, no building credit towards wedding bands and now it is a $279.79 mistake I have to live with. They also put in fine print that they say you cant take them for court for these charges but I may need to look into legal recourse for the validity of that statement.

Spent thousands at this location, what was supposed to be a happy time turned into a mess. Had to come back twice for repairs on my wifes engagement ring waiting months in all. And after all that they did not sign me up properly for financing and cost me hundreds in fees. Even then I did not get angry until they blamed me for not looking into it sooner. Stay away from Jared. I feel like I wasted my money and feel shame when I think about the ring. Stay away from this establishment, they do not do right with their customers.

My wife and I walked away from $900 purchase.We weren’t told if we apply for credit, we still need to put a 20 percent down payment .After we refused that, we kind of were pressured to make the purchase.We declined to go forward with the purchaseWe only bought a Wedding band for my nephew’s fiancée, only because he put the order there.Not a good experience.

I had a very good experience buying a blue, black, and white mix diamond kneckless. I was welcomed with water and capucino and taken on a small tour and ended up buying my moms birthday present. They have anything from $150 to all the way to high end stuff.

I was so disappointed when I brought my pendant my son bought me for Christmas here to have engraved. The engraving machine caused scuff marks and took the shine off parts of the sterling silver. The clasp broke after 2 weeks so when I brought it to be fixed I asked them to buff the marks out from the engraving machine. The gal said no problem. When I went back to pick it up they hadnt touched the scuff marks and said oh sorry there is nothing we can do. Well, yeah, there is...you need to replace it. A girl that seemed to be about 15 just starred at me like a deer in headlights and kept repeating sorry, nothing we can do. I am so disappointed this is how they operate. I wont be going back and will definitely tell all my friends in Tustin to avoid!!

The moment my girlfriend and I walked in, Diana and Juan made us feel like family. Both were absolutely accommodating, reasonable, and friendly and even made us laugh which relieved the tension and stress of buying a life-changing object. With little knowledge, we were both uneducated but Juan and Diana really took the time to answer all of our questions with confidence, humor, and knowledge. This made us feel comfortable in asking more and more questions to ensure that we were making the right decision. We were constantly assured that they would work for us and that is something we will cherish. Their level of service is beyond par of what weve received from any store/establishment weve come across. Thank you both for being so welcoming and accommodating and enabling this process to be fun and exciting. We will definitely be back soon!
