I had a wonderful experience with Ethan Allen when purchasing my sectional sofa. They made the process so easy and enjoyable!

My husband and I had a great experience shopping at the Ethan Allen showroom in Tustin, Calif. Our design consultant, Richard Warren, helped us update our living room, dining room, family room, kitchen and master bedroom. Richard listened carefully to our ideas, and he made sound recommendations. His space planning and fabric choices were excellent.Richard had an easy manner, and he was a good mediator between husband and wife!Ethan Allen also has a well organized website, with lots of room-by-room inspiration. Shopping for furniture, draperies and rugs at the beautiful Ethan Allen store in Tustin, Ca. was a pleasure.

David was such a great help here at Ethan Allen. When my mom and I walked in, no one even acknowledged us and David went above and beyond to better serve us. I was interested in the Disney Collection and even though I was informed that they were being discontinued in the store, they were avaliable to order online and he had showed me all of them using his laptop. I had to measure my room to make sure the furniture fit so I called again just to make sure he was working so that he can assist with the final purchases. Thank you David for making our experience awesome!

I have been working with Richard Warren from the Tustin, CA store for the past year on a new home I purchased. Richard has guided me through furnishing the entire house inside as well as outside with Ethan Allen furniture. He is very knowledgable about the product line, very clued into the customers taste, and has a wonderful design concept. He has helped incorporate artwork and certain other pieces from my previous home in a very artistic fashion - a diffuclt feat because my new home is contemporary and my previous was traditional. My experience with Richard has been extremely positive.

I met Peter Drazba at Torrance design center. He came to my house for consultation Friday after Thanksgivings. He suggested rug, picture frames and accent tables for my new Ethan Allen sofa and 2 chairs. Peter said he would get back to me. I never heard back from him, despite follow up email a week later.I expected better service from a district manager. Very poor customer service!

I love Ethan Allen furniture. I didn’t have any issues with the initial service for the order. I also understand why there were delays in my order- Covid has changed all deliveries - in every industry. The one complaint I have is I had to call the store after my initial delivery date passed by- which was a generous 12 weeks- only to find out there was a bizarre delay due to the fabric. I feel once the store knew of an odd, additional delay they should have called to inform me. I didn’t mind the delay- I get it- everything is slower right now- it’s just the not calling to inform that gets me. I do have to say, I love love love my new chairs!

The furniture was what I expected -- high quality. They definitely have not lowered their standards nor produced in China. Ninety percent of my furniture comes from Ethan Allen and will always buy from them. Havent found a furniture store better than them. Their delivery personnel were very polite and efficient.

Great furniture store. I changed the style of my room and I needed the appropriate furniture. At first I thought to make it to order, but here I found a ready-made option.

Paul Vidales is awesome. He has a great eye for design. Equally important, he takes into account budget and family life, making the finished product beautiful and functional. He is down to earth, kind, and professional.

The product was nice as always. Ethan Allen is for quality products. My order was delayed for about a month. I gave them 4 stars because nobody notified me about the delay. Also when its available for delivery, I was out of the country and I sent them a couple of emails and phone calls to let them know but they somehow did not communicate among themselves so I kept getting phone calls from delivery department wanting to set up an appointment for delivery.

Zoray is an excellent sales associate, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She always comes though with great ideas and help. Unfortunately Ethan Allen’s management isn’t that great !! Bought a couch along with many other items as well as a whole house worth years ago. Spent a lot of money on it and the fabric does not stay in place on the cushions and they don’t want to fix it. There were other issues as well, like dirty lamp shades being delivered for lamps that were purchased, then it taking forever to get replacement ones sent to me. Over all nice furniture but don’t expect much help with custom orders that may have issues.Manager leaves message on here for me to contact her when they have all my contact info and I have already been in contact with the store about the issue and can’t take the time to really address the issue with me by email or taking the time to call me direct. Again poor customer service by management. Communication though a review is ridiculous and Is just pretending to address the the problem.Never will shop at Ethan Allen again terrible customer service, management lacks the capacity to truly take care of any problem that may arise with custom orders, and inferior products. Custom-made furniture with Ethan Allen is taking a chance the fabric or quality Will not be what they promised.

I love the furniture, but don’t love delivery. We have a LOT of furniture from EA and without exception, every delivery has arrived earlier than the time frame given. Every time. I get calls as I am stepping into the shower or my alarm is going off to say they will arrive shortly, sometimes an hour to 45 min before the start of the scheduled window. I have brought this up every single time I schedule delivery and the next delivery is the same. Early might not be a problem for some, but for an insomniac already getting up after only three hours of sleep, this doesn’t seem to be a problem that is impossible to remedy.

Always a fan of Ethan. Richard from Austin is great and very helpful.He is always responsive to our questions and takes his time to help us with selections.Follow up with emails and inquiries on products are efficient and professional.Thank you.

My new chair is beautiful and super comfortable. I would not have thought of this color and it looks perfect with the room and other furniture. It was ready a little sooner than expected and the delivery was quick and courteous. They moved furniture around when the location I chose didn’t work at all. So helpful for two seniors.

We have had a great experience with Ethan Allen Store in Tustin, their staff is excellent and Zoray our designer was very well organized guiding us with the right options which we appreciate.

I was incredibly disappointed at every step of my last purchase from Ethan Allen. I purchased a couch, dining table set, and ottoman from Ethan Allen (Tustin) in 2011 and was decently happy with the experience. In fact, my only issue with that purchase was one of our dining chairs was not assembled correctly and was missing its bottom support.However, this last purchase in June 2018 had something go wrong at pretty much every step. I purchased a bed in June and it was not delivered until mid-November. My original purchase order had an estimated ship date of mid-August.Heres a list of everything that went wrong:1. I had to call Ethan Allen a week before the estimated ship date, only to find out it was delayed.2. They finally called to arrange a delivery date at least 2 weeks past the estimated ship date.3. The day before the delivery they called and said they noticed that the sizes of the the bed pieces were not ordered correctly (one eastern king and one cal king). So they needed to remake the bed.4. I had to ask about compensation. I was offered $75. (By the way, this whole time Im sleeping on a mattress on the floor.)5. I received a robo-call the day of the original delivery stating that my delivery was on its way (even though the delivery was cancelled).6. I was called a week after the delivery cancelled call and told that the material had arrived but was given no information about date of completion or delivery.7. I had to email a month after that call to get any information since I still had not heard anything.8. I was then offered $150 for my trouble (I was told since I purchased the bed at a discount, that was the best they could do).9. Mid-October I received an email that my bed was scheduled to arrive the week of November 5th and I should receive a call to schedule delivery.10. On November 11th, I had to send another email since I still had not heard from the delivery scheduler.11. On November 17th, the bed was finally delivered. The delivery men made a huge gash in the wall behind the bed.12. The welting on the bed was dirty. They reached out to send someone to clean. They came on November 28th to clean. Upon drying, the welting appeared to still be dirty.13. On December 7th, I received an email from the Tustin store asking if everything was taking care of (Finally, a follow-up!). I emailed back 4 days later and said that the welting still looks dirty. It is now December 15th and I have not heard back from them again.14. Meanwhile, I have received an email EVERY day this week asking me to rate Ethan Allen.I understand that sometimes mistakes happen. What disappoints me is the lack of Ethan Allens attempts to fix the issues at almost every step of this process. I constantly had to go after them. Then when I finally was fed up and contacted the higher-ups they got me answers but there was no follow-up. Then delivery came and more issues. I then get contacted but again no follow-through.There were so many times Ethan Allen could have reached out, apologized for the situation, and given me information about where we were now in the process and at least let me know that they cared. Other than one email from the service department, there has been no follow-up.This transaction has shown me that Ethan Allen couldnt care less about their customers. I will not be purchasing from Ethan Allen again and I urge you to also take your business somewhere else where they might actually care about the service theyre providing.

Very happy with everything. The only thing that was a mild problem was one of the things that goes with the furniture wasnt delivered with the rest of them. But they told us before the rest of the furniture & things were delivered so that we would know in advance.

It might be high end furniture but the store was understaffed. The selection was very traditional and lacked some of the newer option like sectionals.
