Bought a car from this Location, Overall experience was great until couple of months later, we went to cancel the extended warranty during financing process we told this could be cancelled at anytime by calling ended up dealership uses bait and switch tactics and has no integrity. Wife ended up going down to dealership were she was meet with attitude and no one wanting to help her cancel. When they finally cancelled. 4-5 weeks before the refund can be issued. This wasnt the case when we were buying the car. Stand behind your product if you say one thing follow through.

I went to look for a Nissan at Nissan of Tustin in May. I talked to Junior and test drove a 2019 Leaf and really liked it. Junior is a nice young man that made my car lot experience actually enjoyable. No pushy stuff i told him i would think it over and come back to see him personally. When i did come back he helped me to find the exact car i wanted. Great job Junior! And Nissan of Tustin!

Same dealership vibe found elsewhere. The salesperson was nice and answered all my questions and advocated for me but I wasnt blown away from the experience. The finance guy did a fine job, there are just so many optional charges that were added (because they werent really optional) that ran up the tab $1,700 which is tacky and puts a bad taste in your mouth. I dont think mandatory optional features should be placed on the car until it is purchased those include Etch, Portfolio and Clear Shield. I am sure they are marked up 3X and make a nice profit for the dealership.

Searched on line for my specific needs in a truck and found it at Tustin Nissan. Was hoping not to have to go 250 miles to get a truck but they had the only one available for at least 300 miles. Their asking price was lower than most that I had found in other states and the negotiations via text and email were very pleasant with various folks. Set up a date and time to drive down and get the truck and showed up about 1 1/2 hours early. My wife and I were greeted by Giovanni who was our host through the whole process. This guy is in the right business! His professionalism and friendliness were second to none and he was about the nicest human being we have run into in recent months. Every employee we had contact with from sales manager to finance was top notch, friendly, and professional. But Giovanni rerally stood out as a great person and representative of Nissan products. The sales managers were funny and down to earth. Would definitely drive 250 miles again to do business here.

I negotiated the price, selected the model and color, and agreed to a delivery time. The Leaf lease price simply made fiscal sense especially with rising gas prices and the inefficiency of my Jeep Wrangler.

ASK FOR JUNIOR!!!. Although we had a very bad experience with a manager here and a finance guy, they were disrespectful, talked over us, were rude, etc. Junior made the experience better for us. He is one of the sales rep. We appreciate nice workers like him. He would actually listen to us when we would talk to him and did the best to help us out. If wasnt for him, we would have walked out.

The best experience in my life ! I went to Nissan of Tustin a while ago because I was looking for a small SUV. The salesperson who assisted us was extremely knowledgeable. His name is Steve Bohannon, and honestly from all salespeople I worked with in the past, I can say that Steve is the best ! . I usually get bored with most salespeople, because sometimes they over explain and talk. Steve is extremely efficient and tell exactly what needs to be told. Even the way he follows up is really professional, so I really look forward to work with Steve and Nissan of Tustin again. Also he immediately understood that I travel all the time, so he assisted me all the way to close the transaction. From now I can say that I will buy my next car from Nissan of Tustin. WOW! I cant even begin to explain how amazing my car buying experience has been. From the beginning, I was greeted by Frank (Junior), the incredible sales consultant that was with me throughout my car buying experience. He was very informative, gave me all specs, and was able to answer my questions about my soon to be purchase. Once I was ready to go inside, I met Steve. He kindly discussed the details and was so easy to talk to. I am a very apprehensive person and Steve was patient, kind, and at no point did I feel rushed into making any decisions. He was detailed and I felt really listened to my concerns.They were very supportive and I never felt obligated to buy. I mean, consider, that I cant even decide where to go when I want to eat out. Can you imagine my anxiety when it comes to making such a big purchase as buying a new car?!?!?!? I serviced my car last Friday and it was the best service. I always get excellent service, especially when Jeffrey Coward takes care of me. Everyone is excellent, but Jeffrey Coward has been helping me since I started serving my car there, even before I had the rogue. I had a Nissan Sentra. I always make sure he is there, not just because of the service, but because he already knows what my car needs and everytime at the end of the service he explains what was done and what needs to be done next time I go in. I dont know who the mechanic that services my car is, but he also does a great job. Like I said Tustin Nissan has the best people. Thank you Tustin Nissan and Jeffrey Coward for being the best. I came into Nissan of Tustin with very low expectations, i have lower than average credit and have had trouble in the past with car dealerships ripping me off. I first spoke to Linda who was completely professional and helped setting up a time frame to come in to the dealership. having come in Linda made me feel extremely welcome and introduced me to Jesse who would be helping me find the best match for my situation. Jesse was amazing he really listened to me about my needs and laid down the possibilities clearly and efficiently. after finding the correct fit we went through all the paper work with a finance specialist (Im not sure of his name but he was newer i believe but fantastic non the less) and i was out the door and into my new 2020 Nissan versa. Im extremely pleased and would definitely recommend.

I came here for a service appointment. I got a tire rotation and oil/filter change. Ive always had a pleasurable stay here. I usually just stay and wait for my service to be done. Theres complimentary coffee and pastries that you can munch on while waiting. They have an area with a TV or if youre like me and want to work, they have a separate area with desks where you can work through your laptop. Thank you again Jeff for being an amazing service provider and Ill definitely be back for my next service appointment!

We purchased a preowned vehicle from this place and it was literally the most amateur dealer experience I have ever had and I have purchase many cars in my life. They tried to tell me I had a “leaky motor mount” on my trade in. Tried to get me to start signing sales documents without even discussing a payment. Used my middle name instead of my first on all the documents and asked me to travel 2hrs back to their location to resign everything (I insisted they mail them). Didn’t pay my trade in for almost 4 weeks and that almost made me late on my payment (numerous calls to the dealer, voicemails left, each person I talked to passed the blame on someone else). Now, two months later the registration is due on the car, but they clearly charged me for it on my sales contract. Here I am again, making phone calls to this ridiculous business to hopefully get this deal behind me....

I brought my Versa in for maintenance, I had an appointment but was running late. I called and rescheduled for a little later this was super easy and the person I spoke to was happy to help. When I arrived I was seen within a couple minutes of walking in the door. My service advisor was super nice and real, he didn’t push me to buy anything I didn’t need and helped decide what I absolutely needed.

Great experience at the Nissan Service Department. I walked in with my car 5 min before closing. The manager, Carl, was patient, took time to look at my car to see what was going on, and appropriately advised me to not drive the car. They fixed my car and I was good to go 5 days later (parts needed to be ordered). Excellent customer service. Thank you Carl!

I recently brought in my Nissan Rogue and needed an alignment along with getting the tires rotated. Jared was my representative for that morning and completely took over and handled all my concerns. I had a very good buying experience from Nissan of Tustin. I thought they were very professional in all respects. I thought they negotiated a fair price, they got to 15$ of the price I originally wanted for my truck. Walking in I knew what I wanted to pay and on their first counter they went right to where I wanted. I studied what people paid for Nissan Frontier trucks on the lowest end. It was sweet.They did my first 5000 mile service, oil change, for free. They wash all cars that get serviced. I did make an appointment for 7am, but mechanics dont start till 8am. I was out of there like 845am, no big deal. My truck, a work truck looked wonderful.In summary, Id have no problem buying from them again.

I find it very frustrating that customers are asked to go without their vehicle for an entire day without and sort of loaner vehicle offered when they are required to go through a recall process that NISSAN is responsible for. There needs to be better service for such an inconvenience when an error of such magnitude is made by the manufacturer. Do better Nissan.

Customers are not welcome here, your wallets are!They are after the sale at all cost, customer satisfaction (and communication with future potential customers) has left much to be desired. Feels cheap, looks even cheaper in person. No parking for customers. If you want to get a car here - better negotiate over email all the terms, so you can come in and sign contract and get your car and run away )I would recommend San Juan Capistrano Nissan, much nicer in everything. They wont push you to make a deal TODAY, they will answer your questions about the car. And they are knowledgeable about what they sell. And they are mature, their sales guys are mature. Tustin Nissan is 22 - 25 years young squad, inexperienced.-1 rating for Tustin, I thought its going to be at least mediocre. Nope. But positive experience still ) I know where not to buy the car. Still like the Nissan though )
