I just picked up my tractor from SunSouth. I had to take it back because of a little leak. They did great, that’s not the reason for my review. The reason is there was a little piece broken on my tractor that I just never had the spare time to fix. Well, somehow it is fixed now. I know they did it and didn’t mention it but I am going to make sure to thank them publicly for going above and beyond on my tractor. Thank you.

Sales rep didnt seem to want to sell. He wasnt able to answer many questions, responded Im not sure many times and then walked into his office, sat down and left us standing in the doorway during our conversation. We took our business down the street to Kubota.

Drew Ellis is the real deal, he knows his stuff and is very good at his job. He put me in the perfect tractor, I can’t wait to put it to use.

If you say you’re going to be open till 3 o’clock, then stay open till 3. I showed up a 240 and they were in the middle of moving everything. If you’re moving and can’t serve people don’t say you’re open so people don’t drive all the way up there and waste time and gas. If you’re moving all your stuff and can’t help anyone then just shut down the store and don’t tell people you’re open.

I recently purchased a 1025R from Matt Green. I was extremely happy with the experience and felt I was treated very fairly. I would highly recommend considering this dealership if you are considering buying John Deere.

Great place for all your John Deere tractor supply needs. If they dont have the parts in stock, they can usually get them in a few days. They also carry toy tractors, tee shirts, and hats.

And yes I bought a new tractor and the sales team was so nice and very easy to get information on how to operate the tractor. Awesome place and people

Walked in for first time everyone very friendly there and knew exactly what i needed.

I had a tractor tire I could not dismount from the wheel. The guys there took it as a challenge and did it for free. Y’all gained a customer for life. Blessings to you!!

Matt Green, Drew and service staff go above and beyond! I have purchased a lot of equipment in the past but these people earn your business! Just purchased another tractor from them and i will never use any other dealer! Field service is awesome as well!

Being the only place in town to get Rhino mower parts from. I’m forced to use Sunsouth to get my parts. Most of the time I go down just to make sure I’m getting the right part. Other than that, they’re great for other parts. Charlie in parts has always done his best to help me try and find what I need.

Staff is eager to help. Service is great, quick, and reasonable. They have all the Stihl equipment you need and John Deere equipment too.

Drew was very helpful in finding a replacement tractor I had stolen.

The people that are supposed to be in the know, dont. If we didnt already bought a tractor from them a few years ago I wouldnt step a foot in there. They really dont like to give good service or help you to find or order parts for your John Deere tractor that you bought from them.

Phone conversation with Matt was HORRIBLE!!! Guess theres modern day racism, that exists. Just witnessed it thru him. $500 customers is not important as $1500. O well. Didnt get the Nice female that help me,name. I think SunSouth should promote her. Wasnt for her that store,surely wouldve lost a $500 sale.

Called in for the 3rd and last time on some equipment that took 3 salesmen to still not get anywhere with no effort after saying they would call back obviously did not want to sell. Was a cash buyer. Waste of time. If you dont wanna work dont come to work.! Used equipment wasnt in good shape anyways and was overpriced.

Good service and the parts guy knew exactly what I was looking for.

I have only purchased a few items from them but they have been one of the fastest repair shops for small engines in town. I took my Stihl blower in because it was having an issue starting and they were able to get to it repaired within 2 days at a price i felt was very reasonable.

Very poor experience indeed; be certain to receive estimates IN WRITING prior to ordering anything from these folks. Very shady pricing on service vehicle jobs; I got a HUGE surprise when the bill came due. Get everything in writing, PLEASE.

Poor communication with main john deere customer service and when asked to return my calls this Tuscaloosa office has a 1 out of 5 calls returned.Main customer service has taken over a year to respond to my repeated E-mails.
